I called Reddi Services and two other plumbing companies, not knowing if I would get anyone to return my call on the weekend. I soon received a call from Reddi Services and they quickly dispatched Pepe. No return calls from the other 2.

After determining the need for a new tank he told me that if I picked one up that day he would comeback on Sunday to get it installed. Which he did.

I had some restoration work that needed to be done after the installation and each time I needed something done, Pepe was there as promised and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use Reddi Services for any of my plumbing need.

I was bringing my spouse home from a chem treatment and pulled into the garage about 5PM and opened the car door and stepped into a pool of water. The hot water heater was leaking. Since we just moved to the Phoenix area I googled plumbers in this area. Reddiservices popped up and they had 7 days a week service. I called them and within an 1.5 hrs Marco Prieto appeared at my front door. I didn’t need a new hot water heater it was a connection that was configured incorrectly when it was installed several years earlier by the previous owner. Marco first stopped the leak and took his shop vac and vacuumed all the water up in the garage,. He then started to reconfigure the hook up to the hot water heater. It was around 9 PM when he was finished. He was just as pleasant and polite as when he arrived and happy he could fix this for us.
I did not need a plumber for another 2.5 years. My spouse had passed away by then and I was returning home on a Saturday same time around 4:30 with my 9 yr old grandson. Yep, i opened the car door into another pool of water. The hot water heater finally reached the end of its life., I called Reddi services once again and around 7PM the doorbell rang and it was my friend Marco. He went to work removing the old hot water heater and had a new one installed by 10:30 or so that evening. Again, pleasant and polite he once again helped us out by installing this new heater and explaining the operations of it etc. Reddiservices does not charge an up charge for weekend or evenings always the same rate. What a great experience .

About a week ago my outside spigot was leaking and the other spigot I could not get the hose unhooked due to it being corroded so I called Friday afternoon and the dispatcher said he could have someone there Monday. I would be away all day Monday and the dispatcher ask me if Saturday afternoon would work. I told him that would be perfect. It was a late arrival which was ok with me and around 7PM Matt Mattox arrived at my front door, pleasant and polite and smiling. How do these guys do that when they have been working all day especially on a weekend. Well Matt just as gracious as Marco went to work on my outside spigots and within 1.5 to 2 hrs he had the old spigots off and new spigots installed., He explained in detail exactly what he did and how to maintain the new equipment to get the longest possible life I could out of them. He did another great job and again no extra Saturday charge.

I will use Reddiservices for all my plumbing needs, no need to look for any other plumber with these guys around.

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of how to assess the leak source as he bounced back and forth between units explaining every step of what he was doing, why and what he was looking for. He is very bright and personable. He took the time to help educate me about a variety of plumbing issues. Because of Marco I will absolutely use Reddi Services in the future for my plumbing and air conditioning needs. Thank you Marco!

We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.
Michael Berkner rated it 1/5: We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Brian Poole rated it 5/5: I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.
I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

Kayla Henderson rated it 1/5: MUST READ!!!! We are not one to leave bad reviews but I was completely in shock by the disrespect from the owner and this company. We had them come out to pump and inspect and workers hit irrigation lines, failed to call and report to us, left pvc pipes sitting out of the ground and wouldn’t repair. Completely disappointed!!

Next day guy comes out does the service charges my credit card $225.00. callse a few days later asking if he had left his sunglasses at my place. I look around tell him no. Then I go in the bathroom to look more to see if I can find them. I notice that my bathroom cabinet has damage on it. I text bapicture of my cabinet and he tellse he cannot see well and will come by and check it out. I am still here next day waiting for him to come by.

Yet very effective in his service. He addressed my blockage, and educated me in the process, and what I can do to prevent the blockage in the future. If you have black tank issues, don't waste your time on YouTube remedies, call Tanktech- Skip and get results and make a new friend!

Jeanette Camba rated it 1/5: Skip came out to clean our tanks last week. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I called was because our camper smells of sewage constantly. I thought having our tanks cleaned would help with this problem. When he was done my black tank was still 1/3 full. Well now a week later it says full even after emptying. I paid $240 to have our tanks cleaned. It was a complete waste of money because the smell is still in our camper. I'm not happy and it's upsetting.
