Austin did not only do the installation but was insightful and willing to educate me on the issues that needed to be address, as well as patiently explain to me how the overall system operated so that I was better prepped for my own preventative maintenance. I got way more than a new water heater but knowledge about what makes it tick.
In addition to his openness to educate he was overall genuinely easy going and a joy to talk with. He made the whole experience which normally would be aggravating and overwhelming more personable and engaging. I could not speak highly enough to my friends and family about the experience and the superb service that Austin provided. I hope to avoid any future plumbing issues in the future but without a doubt I know who to call when it occurs.

Appreciated that, but was a little stunned by the quote of $600 labor for work that was completed in under 30 minutes. I was immediately given a 50% “discount” which was designed, I’m sure, to make the $300 dollar charge seem low. Still, I was thankful that they were available on a Saturday only hours after I called and Adam cheerfully delivered exactly what we needed.

Sara Annichiarico rated it 2/5: I have to leave a mixed review for Roto- Rooter. We had a supply line water leak on our toilet that caused extensive water damage. A plumber came out on Labor Day weekend within a few hours and wanted $300 to replace the water supply line ($7 part and 10 minutes labor). Plumber was friendly, but that was a pretty high dollar amount for that repair.
The water mitigation team that came was also friendly. There were some last minute changes in times for them to show up and appeared to be lots of staffing issues. They removed wet flooring and removed our toilet and sink in the bathroom. All in all everything went well until it came time for us to put our toilet back. The tech had put the toilet in our garage and covered with a black trash bag. We didn’t think anything of it, but apparently the toilet tank lid must have broke or something during the process and instead of telling us, they appeared to cover it up and left me scrambling more than a month later to try to find a new tank lid.

I would not recommend them as plumbers due to their high pricing, and I would not recommend them for mitigation after finding out they either broke or took a piece of my toilet and didn’t tell me. I understand that things break, especially during demo but not telling me was the issue.

First septic company to ever dig up and open the second part of the tank to address the problem and how to resolve it. Have had companies come out and pump the septic over the years some had to come back with in a month to pump it again due to backing up. Never once did anyone of them ever tell us the problem as many of them charged for a inspection 🧐. Will definitely use them again!! Thanks

It was in our best interested to have it taken care of as soon as possible. The plumber was able to contact Lane Septic who responded and came out the same night. Together they worked to dig up access then proceeded to pump it out. It was cold and quickly approached midnight. It did not take long for the work to be completed. I had almost no knowledge of septic use when we moved in and tried to be diligent in my care over the 3 years we lived in our house and alas the time came to have our 1000 gallon tank pumped. They were able to come out a week after I called to schedule a pumping. Both him and his wife answered all of my questions, they were prompt with their service and cleaned up before they left. They come highly recommended! Worth every penny. We will be using them again when we need to have the tank pumped in 2 years and for any problems we may have.

He was very upfront about every step of the process and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and how much it would cost. My husband contacted All American and were provided a lot of great information just over the phone, and they scheduled an appointment for us. They then were able to reschedule the appointment earlier to accommodate. Michael arrived on time, explained to me what was happening, and helped me understand what was going on with our system. He also explained that our maintenance of the system, which is much appreciated. I would just like to say I really appreciate the help. He was able to replace a distribution box, empty the tank, and clear the lines all within the timeframe. Hopefully we will not have any issues for awhile!

Also they asked to install risers on my septic tank to prevent digging up my yard and to have access to the filter for cleaning yearly. They got all the supplies on site within the hour and installed them. I highly recommend this company to anyone with septic maintenance or repairs. The technician Jason and his helper did an amazing job with making sure everything was done the correct way and the prices was reasonable. When you need septic tank pumping or repairs All American Septic is on the top of my list.

There were a couple finds, but he was not pushy or "salesy" he seemed genuine with the services his company provides and was done in a timely manner. Very nice, super professional and even was super chill with my aggressive chihuahua barking at him the entire time. Will definitely utilize these services again!

I was worried (as with any company when you schedule maintenance) that they would find TONS of things needing repair. Justin Sellars rated it 2/5: *Edit update – Just had my septic drained yet again a year later AFTER the fact. Followed all of the suggestions and still needed service. Called another vendor and got taken care of for a fraction of the cost and a whole lot quicker as well. I dropped my rating due to the fact that I shouldn't have had to drain my septic a year later after its already been serviced. I live in a house with just my wife and pets. Our next service date should have been 3 – 5 years…. Even after using the septic blue liquid as directed crust build up and overflow occurred. Never going to use service again. Also for the price tag I paid for service was extremely disproportionate to what local vendors charge.

I had worked out a deal with Tammy, but then she did not return my calls for over 2 days. I ended up going with another company and we now have over 20 people set up for next week. Hoping there were no illness issues, but it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. I'm sorry I could not give them the business this time but they still deserve 4 stars!

I called Bobby and despite it being late in the day Friday and all his crews were out on jobs not within 20 miles of me, he found a way to divert one of his best guys, Terry, from a construction job, drive all the way out to my place within 2 hours of my call. Terry found my issue (bad board), repaired it, got the pump going again, charged me a reasonable fee (I'd paid 2x for a similar issue years before), gave me advice on how to keep my system running optimally, and scheduled a pump date within a few days (it had been 5+ years). These guys must get calls like mine every day, but I felt like Bobby had a genuine sense of urgency and empathy for my situation. He cared that I had a real problem and he juggled around his business to make sure my emergency was solved. I highly recommend this company.
Elton Noway rated it 5/5: I've watched my fair share of septic tanks being pumped over the decades. Its not always a simple pump out as many people think. Tanks form huge solid chunks, grease layers, soap buildup, non biodegradable objects end up plugging the pump hose, years of neglect etc. The gentleman from Bobby Davis that showed up to pump my tank knew all the tricks for handling all the various issues that can be encountered and stayed with it until it was pumped and cleaned properly. If a jobs worth doing its worth doing right and Bobby Davis he delivered for the price quoted. Very satisfied.

Drew Register rated it 1/5: Beware these folks – called to see if they could help with a septic issue, and the woman on the phone said she'd look into what they could do and give me a call back. We never agreed on anything or any service. Next thing I know a few hours late someone shows up at the house ready to pump our septic tank, but I'd already found someone who came out sooner. Now she's asking for a $150 service fee from me because she left a voicemail that she thinks counts as an agreement of services. For future notice: you don't tell someone you'll get back to them, then just send a truck without speaking to the person and expect to get paid for it.
Oh – and she hung up on me while we were talking on the phone. I spoke with 10 different septic tank technicians yesterday when we had our issue and these folks were by far the most unprofessional. Will certainly be avoiding them in the future with any septic issues.

I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

Their quote was significantly cheaper than a quote I received from another local plumbing company, and they didn't engage in any pushy tactics or upselling as I have experienced elsewhere. Everyone I spoke to on the phone while getting my service scheduled was friendly and responsive. The techs were punctual, friendly, efficient, and were patient with questions I had during the service.
