Called them to have them pick up our bin or a credit since we paid for the service and they gave me several lame excuses as to why they can’t do this. If your in the service industry please just perform the work people pay you too. This is not about staffing or truck problems. It’s not hard to make it right. If you don’t or can’t perform the work people pay for then credit your customer.

When their driver refuses to pick up a run, as they are onsite, and nothing wrong with it. everything is crushed below the top of the can. It gets pushed out 24-48 on their driver refusal. After already having it scheduled 2-3 days in advance. I have a business to run and I can't do my job with the udder disregard from this company. I would say this company needs some new management and overhaul to get some personnel in there that care about the customer. NEVER use this company.

From my first contact with them to the last, they were friendly and professional. Great sense of humor! I texted with Rolando and he made working out the details so easy and straight-forward.

Value for money is exceptional. I looked at a couple of options and the prices in many cases were more than double. Don't use the national chains, TLC is local, fast, and budget friendly.

They got me scheduled with short notice, and over Christmas. The work ethic is out of this world! They were on time and sent me a picture after they completed the pickup.

There is no way I won't use this business any time I have something that their skill set can help with. The cost was vastly less than I expected, communication was easy and enjoyable, and the service was second to none.

I wish they had more stars so I could rate them even higher.

Now I have to unload the truck and do it all again next weekend. There was a line of other people trying to dump as well. Terrible.

I just had mine in the trunk on an old blanket and when they finished unloading, I was good to go. Crew was courteous and kind, which was a plus to the experience of doing something right for our environment! Building was clean and as I drove around it, a wild turkey was strutting around! Would recommend using this alternative for disposing of chemical’s, which is easily accessible from 120th street.

I asked for prices email me prices that wS 4 month old for ferros n non ferros, brought it up to the people there, they go that's not right. Here the current price sheet wow way higher, sad thing is the other lady took it back. Was told the ewaste contact will be calling me I said Cant I talk to him while you have him on the phone, no he will call yours he says, meanwhile unloadingvthousands of pounds off my truck NO CURRENT PRICE SHEET IN MY HAND. Never got that phone call from the my point of contact as promised, got my check didnt even hit 2k. I was mad. They then stated we closing now. Had no choice to leave. I drive 7 hrs round trip. Confronted the President in regards to this. Oh I'm sorry about the lack of communication. What are You serious. How about lack of professional people. Not the first rodeo I've heard. Its ashame that a good employee left and the replacement is one that doesnt communicate or return calls. I lost money on this deal. BIG TIME.

I asked to work with a different accountant as told no.

So unprofessional.

The President of the company stated he was gonna get back with me. He didnt I had to call him n then email him to get a response. Truly disappointed in the management's of this company.

2. Was promised I would be recieved a phone call while I was there. Never happen.
3. Product unloaded without a face value of my commodities and already dumped into their containers
4. I had to leave because they were closing.
5. Lack of communication

It took me alone 1.5 hours to load but once there the employees just came over and help unload all of it and it took only 10 minutes. I love to recycle but metal is heavy and I am so appreciative for there helpful friendly employees. That's a hard job and I am glad they are there doing it for me.

I had to get rid of old/broken furniture along with some other stuff that was occupying space that I didn’t need anymore from my apartment on a Friday morning, a day before my moving out. I was professionally assisted and was offered quick service at a reasonable price and got the job done in a few hours.

Was greatly pleased with the service with barely any issues. Would recommend to work with this business again!

He told another company that he was not dropping off because I did not answer any phone calls or texts and wasn't home when he came to dropoff. I have been home all day had to take a day off work to wait for him. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

jeff tu rated it 1/5: I recently use the service for two houses, they have my credit card on file, the first dumpster Robert the owner charged $240 plus $60 extra for 12 yard total $300
The second dumpster, Robert the owner called me yelling at me for over load the dumpster, which i said sorry, then Robert the owner charge me $240 plus $150 extra. which total of the second dumpster 12 yard. total of $390.00
Be careful, he is mean. I could have dispute the charge, but he need it more then i do.
