These simple gestures from Edward makes our son’s day every time! This has become part of our family routine and we look forward to it all week!
Tracey G rated it 5/5: I only use West Valley Collection & Recycling for the weekly trash, recyclable and yard debris pickup. Since I started doing the organic/compost bucket for food scraps, egg shells, coffee grounds, food soiled paper towels, bones, spoiled left overs, etc, I have reduced my trash to the point where I requested the insert installed in my weekly trash bin to make the interior capacity smaller and save money too! There is still enough room for a full, large trash bag plus a bit more. (The contents of the organics bin go into the yard debris bin provided by West Valley Collection).

The person who helped me by the name of "G" answered my questions regarding the rate clearly and professionally and exhibited a great deal of care and concern during the phone conversation. She ordered the container and explained when it will be dropped off. She was an amazing listener and was very respectful throughout the conversation. She should be recognized by management for her stellar customer support!

She explained my rate details, resources for what is eligible recycling/composting, and how to replace any damaged bins. I'm very happy with their service thus far.
Shirley Harget rated it 5/5: A few weeks ago I was out early to put away my empty trash bins. Only recycling remained full. As I was hauling back my empty bins, the recycling driver arrived. I turned back and yelled, “Thank you.” Thinking he might not have heard over engine noises, I waved, smiled and repeated. His clamps raised and emptied bin, then he roles forward and gently deposed my blue bin right in front of the f me. He then gave me a big smile, waved and moved to next bin. I thought he was very gallant. I was charmed. What a happy way to begin a day. These guys on the trucks make my life so much easier. They should get more feedback of appreciation
