We finished before the week so I was able to schedule an early pick up and I didn’t have to do anything for that. Super friendly and very easy to use. Also was more cost friendly compared to Advanced Disposal.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and patient and took the time to explain the different sizes/capacities. We used the largest dumpster for our demolition project and we were also able to include some yard debris as well. The walk-in doors were quite an asset since we were hauling away heavy lumber. The communication is most excellent!! I received emails, phone calls and texts throughout the process, including updates by the driver. We finished early and they were able to come get the dumpster. We did not have to be there for that. The driver was very professional and made sure the bin was exactly where I wanted it. The road was left in pristine condition, no damage and no debris. They cleaned up the entire area afterwards. Have already recommended Bin There Dump That to several of my real estate customers and neighbors. I would not hesitate to use them again.

At 8:02a the following morning, a very nice rep called to let me know that the truck had already left my area but it would be back later in the day. After running an errand, I was back at my home about 90 minutes later and the pickup was complete. This is a prime example of world class customer service! Our family also owns a parcel of commercial property and Waste Pro handles our dumpster services and they also do a great job in that arena, as well. The city of Jacksonville left trash on our curb for 2 weeks and didn’t touch it and landlord would not release our deposit without the trash removed which left us in a bind. I sent them a photo. The photo below is everything except a small desk, so…surely less than 1/4 load.
stevesellsre rated it 1/5: Tried to schedule a dumpster for a Complete Home rehab needed the dumpster at least 2 weeks but 20 days desired offered to pay after the one-week daily fee he refused and stated that he turns his dumpsters every two weeks and wasn't interested ..lost a real estate agent and a house flipper who uses 10 dumpsters a year ….absolutely ridiculous… will never recommend in my business in response to his answer…YOU did in fact say we turn these dumpsters every week but it doesn't matter I've already got another dumpster service and I'll never recommend you no problem

But I have yet to contact any, nor see, witness or even observe. 7weeks I've been trying to get bulk pick up and excuse after excuse. From that's not a city right of way to we don't take it off a trailer. Well sad to say but they have been driving down a privately owned road for the last 20+ years, and after unloading it at the so-called designated drop site they still didn't get it . And twice I have loaded it up and brought it back to my house so we don't look like the middleburg stereotype. To now a so-called supervisor Kevin Clark calls, as possible his work side chick pulls up in the bulk pick up truck and says they don't go down that road. "Never have , never will" , and stated to me my scheduled pickup of over three weeks would not be picked up . That he told the driver not to go down a dirt road. Well she had already driven down one dirt road and was sitting 100yards from the bulk. So now after contacting Mayor Lenny Curry's office, which we see he doesn't care about residents, I have filed a formal complaint and now on FB which I hate doing. But now I see the worthlessness that the city of Jacksonville hires. And also I see why Jacksonville has become littered with trash and illegal dumping. Simply do your job and pick up the trash . But they will be the first ones to ask for a raise.

But I’ve called customer service several times about the issue. They make a ticket to investigate call me every week. Waste hours of my time on the phone. And still never can’t get the driver to pick up the trash. I still need the trash to be picked up, now today. My WM dashboard is full of documentation and pics the driver takes for proof but they are of different properties, proving that the driver doesn’t show up to our location. Customer service will verify this with me but not know what to do. Except resend the driver and hope. I really need the action of my trash being removed as agreed. They have a crazy 3 year contract, long time to be stuck with terrible service. Can’t trust this big name. Just beware of Waste Management. There are other options and local companies you may want to look up before you choose. Just remember Waste Management is not not reliable
Kontroversy Da King rated it 1/5: I worked through a temp service and KEVIN treats the Temps like garbage. He's real disrespectful and gone be the cause of a police presence cause he feels he doesn't have to respect a temp worker. (His words) he like to disrespect in front of other people but in a office one on one he has the upmost. Then they got the lady that put hours in and she likes to take away hours. There's no way possible you can mess up putting someone's time in when especially when it's whatever time they report they're done. Jack is the only person that actually tries to help or does.
John Bayer rated it 1/5: Not sure why my trash was not picked up. I watched truck #382549 completely ignore my one trash can. It was windy out and my trash can had fallen over however non of my trash fell out. Through my security cameras you can see the guy walk right past it not even a hesitation or look was given and walked right to my neighbors trash can wow. I attempted to call but of course no one picked up. We all pay for this service, and I expect better than this. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, so im not sure what the issue is? I'll upload the video.

alex Allen rated it 5/5: I see some negative comments about cans being picked up 3or 4 days later I don’t understand why ppl are complaining I have called other companies for dumpsters an they want to get me one 3 or 4 weeks I’ve been waiting a months for one an they still didn’t deliver I’ve called north Florida they brought it on time an swapped them out on time they are a great with communicating they never disappoint me

B Cannon rated it 1/5: Company worked on house next door and knocked down a cable line to my home early in the day. I called and spoke with Kevin 3 or 4 times was told someone will be able to take care of it, unfortunately that was a lie and I have an elderly mother that could possibly trip and fall. just lost a potential customer I would never use this service EVER!!!!
B Mcneal rated it 1/5: It took them almost a week to pick up the dumpster, and now they "Kevin " refuses to answer my calls. VERY bad business…I don't recommend them for anything…and all I wanted was an invoice from them..if I could give them less than one star, I would.
