The WM – Quarry Landfill is a great place to take your trash. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. The landfill is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this landfill to anyone.

He was not happy, clearly didn't want the 4 customers before us, us, or the 2 after us dumping what we paid to dump. He sincerely needs an anger management course, SAFETY COURSE, and how to interact with the public course. I certainly hope you have cameras available and if not you had another truck employee dumping too who may have seen this as well.

Truck pulling 6x12ft Uhaul trailer. 1 bedroom apartment clean-out so had queen bed (box, mattress & headboard), sofa couch, recliner, rocker glider, bookcases, chest of drawers, lots of Rubbermaid containers full of trash, etc. The trailer was fully loaded plus some in bed of our truck. Price was $66.00 so not too bad at all! We have used this landfill in the past and they have always been decent on their prices. Process was quick to get in and out.

Here comes the tough part ; they ask you to drive all the way on the ramp to into the north scale ( left hand) but if you are hauling a 53’ you will need to slide your tandem all the the front to make your turns smoother otherwise you’ll stuck by the scale or inside. After they scale you you’ll drive inside as if you’re going out but only to back in to a makeshift loading dock where it’s very tight to do but it’s doable. Best part of it they’re really nice people from start to finish.

I found myself in a deadline situation and needed trashed removed within 24 hours. Once this was realized, I called 4 different places including the city, and found I had missed deadlines by 10 minutes to 45 minutes to schedule pick up to meet this deadline.
Now, to what really matters… I called Junkman and received not answer. I called back about 6 times, as I would assume the receptionist would eventually pick up and it being almost 4pm, I knew they would be closing soon, and preferred not leaving a message in wich I could not guarantee would even be listened to today.
On the 6th call, someone finally answered… a male who very shortly and rudely barked" got my hands full, leave a message". And hung up on me before I even had a moment to say okay no problem, I'll leave a message.
I did leave a message… and I stated plainly within it that he was rude and that I assumed an answering staff, as well as the deadline and the too late to schedule calls with other places.
Being rude to anyone that calls you for services,
Especially a new client shouldn't happen. And DEFINITELY when there's no way of knowing you don't have a business with a receptionist or scheduler aside from yourself.
Lastly… Mr. Fox did call me back… almost immediately at that. Ironic as you had time to listen to my message but could not spare a second to let me reply to your hang up.
But if you're thinking he called to schedule or see what I needed… NO. His one purpose was to call and try and start an argument about rudeness.
He said… "YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT RUDE? You called me 6 times"…
With that I hung up.
Very unprofessional. I had already moved on to look for other options, as I assumed he wouldn't call back… but to call back just to fight with a stranger?
All I can say is wow.
