The sunscreens are high quality and made a huge difference in our upstairs temps. Unfortunately, a bad storm blew a screen out and destroyed it during monsoon season, but Thee Window Ninjas replaced it for no additional cost. I was not expecting that! They just washed our exterior windows and screens…..after a crazy monsoon season our windows looked terrible. Now they look clean and sparkly. We will continue to use Thee Window Ninjas! Their communication is also great, they have always been on time, and everyone we've dealt with is very friendly.

He was very polite and personable, which made the experience that much better! I hired Beehive come clean the carpets in my new house before I moved in. Everything appeared great except for a stain that was still left by the back patio door. I messaged Beehive to make them aware of this missed section and requested that they correct this. I received a message back stating they would come back to clean this for an additional $75 "pet treatment" charge.

I informed them that this house does not, nor has it ever, had pets in it. I have been in contact with the previous (and only other prior) owner of this home. They did not have any pets in the house. That stain was merely dirt tracked in from the outside. Beehive insisted multiple times that it was a pet stain.

After telling them once again that it could not possibly be a pet stain, they changed their story. Apparently the previous owners has also hired Beehive to come clean the carpets back in January, and they believe that after two attempts at cleaning it, that stain wont come out.

Well, I decided to take a pass at it with some Resolve spray and a little elbow grease. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

However, I still had to go back through over half to clean missed spots and streaks, clean up the trail of used paper towels that were left in piles both inside and outside the house, and remove used paper towels that one of the crew mistakenly put in a gift bag instead of the trash can. I would call this company average.
Len Scaffidi rated it 1/5: I had used Pour Water in the past for the first time and I was happy and that’s the reason I called them back. What a disappointment!!! When the tech finished outside and came in to do the interior windows I started to tell him about all the water marks left on the exterior windows and he acknowledged right away that he seen that too and said it was from the early morning (7:00am) shadows and he planned on redoing all of them. I had t go to an appointment and left my husband home. When the tech finished my husband was on a business call so he only briefly looked around and the tech left. After 5 hours of doing only 28 windows I came home to see a few windows that I was unhappy with so I wiped them down. The next morning as the sun came up, what I noticed in my family room, was in total shock!!! My windows were worse shape then before he (attempted) cleaned them. There are died water marks, smudges and squeegee marks. I tried twice to make this right with the owner but just got unprofessional responses. His answer to this problem was “I’m sorry your unhappy, so I’ll take you off our every 6 month service”. I was in awe that that was his response. I then asked him if he could come look for himself and he never responded. I would NEVER recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Beware of their second visit. The first one made a good impression, the second one left me cleaning my own windows after spending over $200.00.
