Then they sent me to a collection agency 5 days after service (sorry for getting so sick I couldn't get out of bed to pay your invoice). These guys have no respect for your time or the appointments they set and are insanely aggressive at collections. I will never use them again. I can not say one positive thing about this company.

He cleaned the windows very good but what I wanted was the tracks cleaned he said he would charge me $5 a track. Over the phone I was quoted $200, when he got here he told me $320.
I was not pleased with the tracks they were still dirty, mud left in every corner. The manager told me they would send someone back out two different times, they never did. In the end he told me the guy's been working for him 20 years and that if I wanted to have had a pristine job I would have to pay more money.

And there’s really no accountability from person to person that way. I have them clean all my windows, but somehow, the number of windows the tech counts keeps changing 🤔. The last time was the final straw. My washer (a subcontractor not employed by Bubbles) was 3 hours late, making my 4 hour appointment window go to 7 hours. Sat around all day waiting for them. I got a copy-and-paste response to my complaint which was so generic and silly that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Bubbles was proactive and reached out to offer to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. When the service person arrived, the first thing he said was that the house was bigger than expected, although we provided accurate description and SQ FT and additionally that window count was more than they understood. This was at the door before he actually walked around the house. He came back to the door after taking notes and informed me that the cost had increased by 21%, and it was only that because he did me a favor on a couple of calculations. He advised that he would call the office and see why we were misquoted and see what could be done. When 30 minutes went by I called the office and was told that we were misquoted. Not that we provided incorrect information, but that we were misquoted and that they could not honor the quote because Bubbles is a small family owned company and the price was just too low for them. I will say that everyone I talked with was polite, not emotional or argumentative. They did lower the price, but my issue was principal. The time we spent getting quotes, accepting the Bubbles quote in good faith, which in fact was not the lowest we received, my time for staying at home for the morning and changing schedule to be able to be home while the work was done. I cannot speak to the quality of their work or how they manage the margins the operate on, but this was a very unprofessional way to manage the situation. Be clear and up front on expectations and how costs may be impacted by how information/data is understood.

The windows are so crystal clear right now, I lowered some blinds to be sure birds don’t think the window is missing! Jeremy and his crew are meticulous, cleaning off the screens as well as windows. Care is taken to protect the floor and surrounding area. Everything is left clean so that you can’t tell they worked there. Communication is excellent, any calls are answered promptly and we’re sent a text message letting us know they’re on the way.
Everyone is very polite and friendly. We feel very comfortable with their trustworthiness.

I was not there to monitor the job, so I appreciated them sending pictures of the work. When the added gutter was not in the pictures, I asked to see a picture to make sure they did the extra area that I requested. Andy got very irritated and acted like I was putting him out and that he was doing me a favor. I was merely trying to make sure the guys did the right gutter and there was no confusion. I talked to the guy who did the job and he sent me the pic I was asking for. It wasn’t really that hard, but Andy wanted to make a big deal about my request for a pic. When you offer to take pics of the work, don’t complain when asked for an additional picture. He was very unprofessional and I will not be using Crystal Clear again and recommend you don’t either.

The windows in the apartment were so filthy they were nearly opaque. They looked brand new after Donny was done with them. Super impressed with this company and highly recommend them. The quality of their work really stands out. Simply the best. Look forward to working with them again!

I have large floor to ceiling windows with glass deck panels / railings, and they do a great job! (In fact, as I am writing this, it is February, and I can't wait until they can come again.) Recently, I cancelled my appointment because our condo association decided to have someone clean the windows, and I ended up calling back to reschedule shortly after because the association's cleaner was not nearly as good as Lux Street. Matt and the team are also really knowledgeable… knowing how to deal with all kinds of issues like paint / sealing spray getting on the windows, etc. I highly recommend working with Lux Street!

Terry Flood rated it 5/5: Outstanding customer service. Tarah got me scheduled quickly and efficiently. Matt showed up early and was done with the work in a shorter time than estimated. My windows were in VERY bad shape. Some likely hadn't been cleaned on 20 years. The brick on the building had been sealed at some point a few years ago and the sealant was all over the windows. The outcome? Matt and team did an amazing job cleaning them up and making the windows shine like new! Great job, highly recommend.
