I couldn't get back into the shop due to caring for my wife.
I did lack communication to Jason.
But instead of saying anything to me.
In this time of pain and need they decide to dock my check by over 400 dollars.
I did nothing wrong by this company just came to help them out and they steal from me in my time of need when my wife almost dies. I would highly advise steering clear.

Ryan stuck out because he was thorough, responsive, and he was very respectful of our decision making process. Once we selected Ryan he did the job and sent us before and after pictures. The pictures helped to capture how clogged our drains were and showed the quality work that he did.

I had them come out to my apartment to do the initial inspection, once they sent me the quote to clean my one bedroom apartment, I scheduled my cleaning. I work in healthcare and don’t have much free time, but I do keep my place pretty clean, nothing a quick wipe down of things and some mopping couldn’t handle. I came home from work that night to look over their work and noticed multiple things that were missed. These things definitely shouldn’t have been missed, they were very noticeable and not difficult to reach or clean or anything, I think it was just some drops of yogurt on my end table. If they were doing a proper cleaning job, they would have easily seen it but I’m assuming they rushed the job because they had a pretty clean apartment to begin with. They also missed things that they said are part of their checklist like dusting the fans. I decided to give them a second chance, I scheduled my cleaning and was excited to come home to a clean apartment that night after work. Well, I got home and noticed nothing had been cleaned. Turns out they stopped by but left because I wasn’t home. This wasn’t an issue on the first clean so why would it be now? Apparently, they wrote in the wrong section on their work order paperwork that my door would be unlocked and the cleaner never bothered to check with his boss or me. I didn’t receive a call or text or anything asking if they could get into my apartment. I called the next day to find out what happened, the salesman told me about their mistake and said “sorry we messed up twice on your place”, I told him I’m going to have to go with another company and his response was “it is what it is”. No attention to detail, no integrity, and definitely no respect. I made this mistake but won’t make it again.

We were able to schedule the service within a week after receiving the estimate. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. In fact, my wife almost walked into a sliding glass door yesterday (it was so clean she though it was open). Brent and Julie were both very personable and very professional. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

In addition, we gave them a short to-do list and they were able to take care of that as well. They are very meticulous in their work, not only cleaning the glass, but also the tracks and window frames. They are also very personable and easy to work with. We highly recommend them to take care of your windows and your honey-do list!

Anyway, I called Brent and Julie several weeks ago to get an estimate on window and gutter cleaning and a few handyman type jobs. They had good ratings and reviews here and on Next Door and that got my attention. They responded very quickly with a reasonable bid and so I decided to go ahead with the work. They arrived exactly when they said they would (a real plus in my book!) and wasted no time getting to work. They are very organized and work together as a great team. By the end of the day, I was living in a crisp, high-def world and thoroughly enjoying the views from my CLEAN windows. They not only clean the glass, but also clean all the tracks, clean the screens, and if necessary, can repair screens on-site for a very reasonable additional fee (with no hard sell).
I was MORE than satisfied with what I got for my money and will definitely have them back next year! Great small business with superior customer service. Thanks for a job well done!

He does not do screens, so make your appointment at a time where you can clean your own screens, which is what i did. He took them out and put them back in. All in all very professional and meticulous. I would highly recommend him.
