They also scoped several drains and replaced a broken drain line. All work was done professionally and communication was great. This project took several months due to new construction wait time, to no fault of A+, and they were great at doing work in intervals once they were informed construction work was done. The picture below is of the unattached garage when it was finished.

They sent pictures of before and after and even cleaned up our sidewalk and deck. In addition, we had two downspouts that were broken. They were fast, attentive, and extremely reasonable in cost. I have included before and after pictures so you can see their work. We will definitely use them moving forward!

Andrew the owner called me the same day shortly after I inquired. We discussed the project and the cost. He was very respectful and easy to talk with. After I accepted the quote, I received a call from the Todd, he wanted to introduce himself and to arrange a time to come and check out the project and decide on a color. A few days later the material came in and Todd started this past Sunday and finished up the finishing touches of the project on Tuesday. He was able to do the job himself. Todd kept me updated on the times he would be here and was on time each day. Since I am very inquisitive type person, I really appreciated the fact that he was willing to discuss and explain the project with me. Thank you both for your assistance with my gutters.

The following week, Pat and Jacob returned to steam clean an area in my daughter-in-law's room that had been contaminated with dog excrement. Their work is outstanding! A sleuth would not be able to see any traces on the carpet. I recommend them and Technicare highly. I will be using them again!

Resulting in a good job but couldn’t totally get the stain out. My only disappointments were how long it took to get the service and the minimum charge, however I do think this company is the best.

From the first time I reached out to them until they were complete, they were professional, courteous. Scheduling was easy, did the online quote. Set up my appointment time, they text when they were on the way and arrived on time. They did a GREAT job too, thorough and complete. One side of my house had some bad algae, from some everygreens that were up against the house for many years that were dying and I had removed, and when they were done, it was all gone. They were up on ladders, scrubbing at times, to ensure it was completely removed. I've attached some pics so you can see for yourself.
Please, do not hesitate to contact them! I really do highly recommend them. They are a family business, not a chain, not a corporation, and Kevin more than met any expectation I had. If I need any of the services they provide, I will be sure to call them!!

Tedious work but Charles did a terrific job removing all the mold and mildew build-up from every surface, as well as areas where the beams joined the house and the outside deck perimeter. He arrived early, answered all my questions, and had a plan to avoid soap build-up on my actual deck surface while working below, even though I did not include deck washing in the job. The initial contact to set up the appointment was easy, he followed up with questions to be sure he understood the job and I got the quote within a day. An excellent experience all around. I would not hesitate to use them again or provide a recommendation.

I was LONG overdue to get this done. I just kept putting it of because I couldn't find a business I wanted to work with. Finally, I just started Googling and found K&T. Let's start with booking our appointment. It was SO easy! I booked online, selected the service I wanted (they had alot of selections on services and levels of service, WITH pricing!) and the dates and times. The time/date slot I selected was ultimately not available, but I got a super fast text back from K & T to get my appointment rescheduled. Day of service: I got texts telling me the status of our technician (Marshall's) arrival and when he arrived, he was great! He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our siding was cleaned to our satisfaction. He walked us through the process, told us how long it would take, completed the job and my siding looks amazing! What a difference! It looks like a new house! They introduced themselves and explained one would work outside and the other inside. He started with my office so he would not disturb my conference call. Once the screens were removed he showed me 2 with damage. He recommended not cleaning these until repaired to prevent additional damage. He also showed me what I thought was dirt was actually condensation due to broken seals. He took time to explain the impact and possible avenues for remediation. They do a fine job in terms of what they actually clean, but they missed an area of the house and hassled us about whether they had done so even after we provided pics. They eventually came back out to do the area and still somehow still missed a small patch but luckily we caught it.
The real problem came with the window cleaning. We paid for exterior and interior cleaning, and the crew had to remove the screens. The windows looked great but a few days later, a storm came through and the wind ripped out a screen that hadn't been properly re-secured, causing damage to the window frame. We contacted K&T and the (new) owner came out to look at it. He kept saying over and over that he couldn't see how it could have happened despite the obvious damage, even after we showed him that the screen could be put back in with the lock not fully engaged. He promised to speak with a window repair place and get back to us but he never did.

There were also scheduling issues that I won't get into. Bottom line, I would not use this business again. It is under new ownership and service levels have noticeably declined.
