We live in a contemporary house with massive windows. We hired Window Wizards to perform all this work for us and they did a superb job. The employees performing the work were prompt and efficient in our project covering several days. They were neat in their appearance, polite , on time, and efficient. We had major concerns as hour home has huge and expensive windows which we did not want to be scratched, and thus were very careful in our selection. We are exceedingly pleased with Window Wizards.

A week before they were scheduled to come out they sent email quoting almost $300 each. We complained. They said they ‘made a mistake’ and would not honor their original quote. I received email from them outlining their stance. We ALL canceled.

So – They make mistakes and won’t stand by their promises.

Let me start from the beginning. I emailed his business on a Sunday and had a prompt and professional response from him via email and phone call on Monday. He was well spoken on the phone and we scheduled him to come to my home to provide an estimate later that week. I called him the day of our appointment early in the morning and asked if we could push the appointment back by 30 minutes and he was extremely accommodating and understanding. Even with me pushing the appointment back I was running 15 minutes behind and notified him and again he was kind and understanding and waited for me until I arrived home. He was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of what needed to be done and how often the windows and screens should be cleaned. His estimate was surprising!! It was less than I had expected to do all of our windows and screens in our 2 story home. I immediately booked him on the spot.
He and his worker came on the scheduled day on time and they immediately got to work. When I came home my house had a new shine to it!! The windows, screens and sills were immaculate.!! He also makes it easy to pay via emailing an invoice with a link attached for payment.
Jacob is a hard worker and perfectionist and it shows in his quality of work. I recommend him and his company highly. His professionalism is outstanding. Please don’t hesitate to hire him, you will not be disappointed!! We will definitely be using him again in 6 months for a refresher!! Thanks Jacob!!
