Tony Hito rated it 1/5: The quality you should expect is that of an automated drive-through car wash. The house will be sprayed like they say, and that is what they guarantee. Whether it will come out clean or not, that is not their problem. Again, just like a drive-through automated car wash. They won't use ladders. They sprayed a 2 story house with a hose from 30 feet away.
I paid $450 to pressure wash only the soffits and the porch ceilings of a brick house. As the work was being finished, I noticed several areas that were still dirty with mildew. I asked the employee to go over them, and they said they did, but they won't come off. I rubbed my wet hand over those spots and they came off right away. Their response was "we don't scrub, we only spray". They left with a job which I consider undone. I called the owner and he had the same attitude. I paid him in full and I spent my entire Saturday pressure washing most of my house again. All stains came off with some bleach and little scrubbing.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I will let you decide for yourself. I expected more from a professional crew.

Overtime I have become disappointed with the quality in their service. The initial cleaning was spectacular but ever since then I have seen the attention to detail decline. Additionally, they damaged our newly installed shower from aggressive scrubbing. The newly laid tiles have been coming up. We’ve had to repair it at great expense. My most recent issue was the final tipping point for me. We had them come out to clean and I had them skip our owner’s suite because my baby was sleeping inside. So they skipped an entire bedroom and bathroom. It took them an hour less to clean then it normally does. And yet I received the bill for the same amount I always pay. When I inquired as to why it cost more they told me I needed to let them know days in advance if I was removing rooms. So I guess next time I should just wake my sleeping baby to remove him from the room because it’s an inconvenience to my cleaners that he sleep and I not tell them days in advance that this will be my plan. It’s ridiculous what they will nickel and dime you for. In the end I have found their services to be less of a convenience and more of an inconvenience.

For a move-out cleaning, the home was completely empty. It was a 3 bed 2 bath home. We were charged about $450 and they did not touch any of our appliances, windows, porch, or garage. According to the cleaning service, these would have been add ons. So for $450 dollars I believe they wiped our counters and maybe vacuumed.

We decided to go with this service in good faith after reading all the positive reviews and they completely took advantage. We are now having to pay an additional $300 to get another service to come in and clean.

He had all the necessary tools, including tools to handle clogged covers on gutters. He was precise in timing—providing an estimated date for service and then sending a text to ask if a given 2-hour window would suit us. He used tarps to catch the debris, minimizing customer cleanup. His pricing was reasonable, and service was great. Craig’s Gutter Service is now my on-going gutter cleaning service. I highly recommend!

Craig came, with a partner for safety, and did the job quickly, neatly and completely for a very nice price.
