Our master bathroom has always been a major headache for me – it was dirty when we moved in and no matter how I cleaned it and with what it never seemed to make any difference. After just one clean it is looking so amazing that we’re willing to shower in there again! The two gentleman that came were extremely professional, super thorough, and didn’t freak out at the barking of my dogs.
Even before they came it was an amazing experience because the owner called me to get more details about what my major concerns with with the apartment. He even had me send pictures so he could work with his staff to bring the right cleaners to tackle the gunk.

All in all it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone that is curious about trying a maid service, if you need regular touch ups, or if you have that area that you just can’t get clean.

My husband and I normally set aside a Saturday every 6 months to do this task, we spend an entire day doing it and I am always only somewhat pleased with our results. This was well worth the money and the windows look great! The tracks on all of our windows are clean as a whistle. Two thumbs up- highly recommend.

Because the skylights were so difficult, and they were diligent in their work, they ran late to their next appointment…yet, they did inform them.

This is a physical, thankless job and worth every penny!

There were two gentlemen and one was very detailed in his work and I felt the other was very rushed. You can definitely see the difference in the quality of their work.

The attitude and behavior of the billing person was unprofessional and unacceptable to the point that I will no longer do business with this company. I was not told that payment was expected at the time of the service. In fact, I offered to pay the technician doing the cleaning and he was quick to say that they could bill me by email. I received the email that afternoon and a rude text message that night saying that if he did not receive the payment by tomorrow at noon he would file a lien on our home. I thought perhaps he had confused me with another customer who had delayed payment because he said the bill had been pending for several days. My service was done that day! Beware! this company lacks professionalism and seems a bit desperate for payment.

He also washed all of our windows inside and out. His work is thorough and efficient. His price was reasonable for the work he did. He was also very accommodating. Scheduling was a breeze, and Benton came out ahead of our appointment to measure for lights. With his advice I was able to order the exact style I wanted from Amazon within a day. Setup day went quickly and after a few hours we had perfectly aligned lights!

After that first appointment, I was hooked! Our cleaners did a wonderful job, and I was amazed at all they could clean in just a couple of hours. Communication with the office was clear and easy—we chatted mostly by text, and I was able to pay my invoice online.

I could go on and on about how great Rhino’s Cleaning is, but suffice it to say that after that 1st visit, I’m now a monthly customer.
Beverly Goldstein rated it 1/5: I have used RHINO HOUSE CLEANING for about 5 months. I was very satisfied and had planned on being a long term client. Elizabeth, the gate keeper, is in need of customer service training. I will try to condense my experience, but there are multiple layers. The cleaning before my last, the crew broke an antique ceramic piece. I didn't report it, because as a business owner myself, I understand things happen. However I was not happy that they didn't inform me, and think I wouldn't notice. So last cleaning, my bathtub drain was completely removed (not a clue why) and just left in the bathtub. When I tried to reattach it, it won't close completely, leaving the tub useless. And, again, the crew didn't inform me, which is wrong, dishonest and frustrating. So i called to request Rhino repair it. Elizabeth was infuriating, basically accusing me of lying. First she said neither incident wasn't reported to her by the crew. When she asked them about both damages they said they didn't do it. Showing me they are dishonest liars. Elizabeth clearly wasn't budging on the fact were innocent, making me the liar. I explained to her, I wasn't asking for monetary compensation. I JUST WANTED MY DRAIN FIXED. She said the crew will get a warning and she won't send them back to my house. No! Rhinos employees are dishonest. I requested MULTIPLE times to have the owner call me. As a business owner myself, I would want to know these important facts that are going on in my business. Its been 4 days and no call from the owner. If our business got a complaint of this magnitude, a return call would happen within minutes! I was also giving the owner enough time to divert a really bad review. Sadly, if the owner had called (at all) they could have salvaged me as a client. I am so insulted and infuriated at everything Rhino has NOT done for me. But I'm happy to at least learn now that their crew is dishonest. And Elizabeth should be looking for a new job, by the way she treated me and the situation. Luckily I have the ENTIRE conversations saved via text. I've always had my house cleaned regularly for the past 30 years and have never encountered such an awful experience! Beware!
