As for the house windows, they look great! The team was professional and courteous. All work was completed in about one hour – which exceeded expectations. The quoted price and price paid (the same) were better than other competitors. I will definitely use Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning again – which will be in the Spring of 2023.

I don't trust this company any more.

After they did their job I checked a few of my gutters and the loose debris from my roof shingles and rusted nails were still there. I let them know and they responded that someone would come out to correct the issue but never did.

Jason came initially and did most of the windows and was courteous and professional and thorough. We had additional needs so Chris came out today in 100 degree heat and changed some 2 story outdoor light bulbs for us and a few more windows. Very impressed with Adam and his crew. We will use them again for sure.

The screens had had dead bugs in them, and some kind of tree debris (sap?) on the windows. They now look beautiful, they make the rest of the house feel cleaner too. They had been driving me crazy and now I can relax while decorating for the holidays. Besides doing a great job, Chris was very respectful, personable and I enjoyed talking with him very much. I'm so glad I chose High Shine, and I hope they know how valuable Chris is. The next time I will definitely ask for him again.

The two ladies who came out were very nice, they did a great job on what I asked them to clean, my only complaint is the fact that I paid for 4 man hours of cleaning, the two ladies arrived just after 3:15, and walked out of my door at 5:03, that’s 24 minutes of cleaning time (12 mins per cleaner, x2 cleaners) that I missed out on. A lot can be cleaned in 24 minutes.**update 6/1/18 **the owner or manager (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) contacted me to discuss the issue I had and to try to rectify the situation. He listen to what I had to say and sincerely wanted to make it right. I appreciate that level of customer service and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was told that if I had any problems within the first year that they would come back and fix it. That unfortunately is not the case. Starting at the beginning of spring this year, I now have approximately 3 families of birds living in my gutters. The guards are obviously installed with the end high enough that the birds can get in, it is an installation error that caused this. I only have this problem on my front side of the house, as they had a different team of installers for the back. They won't return my calls and I can't get my one point of contact to actually commit to return to fix the problem they cause. I didn't have birds living in my gutters before these guards.

Every communication from this company is from a different cell phone number and when I called one of the numbers, someone who didn't speak English answered the phone briefly and then hung up. No one has ever bothered to call me back.
Still waiting on getting a refund for work that was never performed that we were charged for. Every day that they have offered to clean gutters is a day with 100% chance of rain (so no one is able to come out and they have to "reschedule").

If I ever get a refund, I may update this to a 2 star review, but at this point that is doubtful. I'd recommend against anyone using this company.

If he owes you money he will block your number and ignore all contacts. Really sad when i didnt even work the whole day. Its an extreme measure to avoid paying working men what they are owed.

A-1 let me down, they charged a lot and missed several windows. I asked them to come back and they never did. Paying them was crazy in that they went to a late night check cashing store and couldn't cash it. They made it my problem by constantly calling. Eventually had to go to my bank and get them cash. It was an unpleasant experience.
