Vasyl Galata rated it 4/5: I had old tinted windows on driver’s side, it started to peel off, and they didn’t tell me, that they charge 5$ per window plus cleaning, so I was charged 15$, although it would took me literally seconds to remove it, and there’s no residue after old tinting to be cleaned… no problem to pay 15$, but I like when people give some explanation before they will do something that has extra change. Possibly they forgot.
Overall, satisfied. They work quickly. Would recommend this place. Also they give 3 years warranty

Once complete I inquired about an issue with the window tint (you can actually see thru the rear view mirror that the tint is not fully covering the third brake light) and stated they will not resolve the issue. If I wanted to resolve/fix it they would have to charge me AGAIN! What kind of service and attention to customer is that?? Even worst it was from the “owner” of the business. They just lost a customer that would actually refer people to them and I hope people stop going to their business just like they don't care about their CUSTOMERS. Very Bad Customer Service!

I had a few hour drive to make it back home and all the detailing places in town were closed due to the weather. Kustom Kar Wash opened up their gates for me to come in and get my car cleaned so I could make the drive home. I am sooooo appreciative of them doing that and taking care of me when they didn't have to. Customer service at its best! Highly recommended!

I work during the day, so the fact that I can drop off car and pickup later on in the day was very convenient. I had 6 cans of soup that were in a bag in my back seat that exploded over the weekend because I forgot them in my car. It exploded all over front to back and on the roof, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new and smelled brand new too! The price was very reasonable being that they had a lot of chicken and dumpling soup baked onto my seats to clean up…..GREAT job guys!!👍

Because of the nature of our business we had to schedule the repair to be after hours. We contacted Sanchez Construction Services and they were extremely prompt with their response. They came out to the office gave us an estimate and by the next day we had our issue fixed. The very next day the owner of the company came out to the office to introduce himself and to let us know that any type of construction work we need he would be able to take care of us. Hands down the best in South Texas! Recommend them 100%!

Not only did they replace the roof; they removed any all all debris from the property. We have had strong rain and winds since the roof was replaced and there have not been any problems with it. I have since asked Mr. Sanchez and crew to do other jobs and the results are always the same. Timely, professional and work is of the best quality. The professionalism of Sanchez Construction is like none I have ever seen. I recommend them for any and all jobs without any hesitation whatsoever.

It’s sad that the owner has no idea how customers are being treated. As long as they are there I will not be going there again .
