    We did our entire home, driveway, garage, backyard and patio furniture!!! I can finally enjoy my home and all the amenities now that it’s free of spiders, webs, dirt, dust and urine from all my for babies!!!

My home now looks like it was freshly painted. I asked them to do some extra things and they didn't charge me extra. They accept credit cards, debit cards and checks. I would not only recommend them, but I will use them again. It was a very pleasant experience!

The whole purpose of booking was for a “deep” cleaning not just a regular cleaning. Not sure where that miscommunication came forth after inquiring about it on phone when booking. She gave me price for it and I agreed but even after asking when finished because that was not done, there was no customer service courtesy of even acknowledging if they were able to or not for extra payment. They just left my message on read. There’s dust over the fridge, stains still on the floors, on balcony door, and walls no attending to. I’m very disappointed in this company as I would have paid extra to get those matters resolved since it wasn’t in the “total package” but they just left. Now I am moving out with subpar cleaning

Then to save me money on the hourly, since it was a bigger job than either of us had anticipated, they sent a 3rd and 4th person to help out. When I popped in to check progress, everyone was hard at work. Really impressive. This is now my go to company!

The Cleaning service has not changed this past year unfortunately I reduced my rating because something or someone in the administration has changed. Billing has become a challenge. I use to receive an invoice in the mail. One month I was paying late and decided to call and give them a credit card so they would receive my payment on time. I. never received a mailed invoice after that and No matter how many times or ways I asked them not to charge my card they ignored me. I finally had to cancel the card to stop it. Only then they started emailing me an invoice always after its due date which I would dutifully print out and send a check but now they are texting me the bill but I refuse to respond and give them my new credit card. It feels like is has almost become a battle of wills. I'm weighing whether or not the service is worth this aggravation.
