ALC VACA rated it 1/5: I scheduled a deep clean of my home. The team arrived after 3pm and was upset that they had a deep clean scheduled so late in the day. Spent more time talking trying to figure out what to do than actually working, but their clock started as soon as they showed up. They didn't do baseboards on the second floor, only the first (but I found multiple corners that were still full of dirt), used my lysol wipes to do a half-a** job on the blinds, didn't even do the windowsills, and my floor still had footprints and other dirt on the floor when they left. Not to mention they didn't both to actually clean the closet or bathroom floors. Then they act offended that I only tipped them $10 per person after they cleaned for 3 hours and charged $420. Don't use this company for deep cleans. Their overall performance is lack luster. They are all very friendly, but they spend too much time talking and 1-2 of the people on each crew do a bulk of the work while the other(s) just wander from room to room doing what they want to do and only doing it halfway.

He saw it was forecasted to rain, so he sent his crew to come out early and did the work on Monday. I needed a new gutter installed across the front because the previous owners took it off for some reason. I also had him suggest how to fix a splash and overflow problem with gutters around my deck. He explained with the way the roof pitched all rain to that central area, I needed larger gutters. So, he switched my 3" gutters with 6". He also removed a downspout on the second floor that let directly over a door! His crew did all this work in about 3 hours. They came back later in the day and cleaned out first and second floor gutters as well.
Victor communicated in a timely and professional manner and quoted a very fair price. If I need more gutter work done, I will definitely be calling him again.

Javier visited us to provide a quote and was very patient and knowledgeable when explaining the process. He gave us a great price and options for the quality of work done. Since we decided to paint the outside of the home, Javier’s team came before the painter to remove old gutters and replace rotten wood and soffits. Painter came the next day to pressure wash and complete all preparations before painting. Once painting was completed, Javier, Mauricio, Daniel, and Gabriel came back to install new gutters.
They all work efficiently and pay attention to details. They made sure to leave all areas clean once work was finished.

The quality of their work is outstanding and Javier does an excellent job communicating through every step of the project. Most reasonable price in Memphis for excellent workmanship.

Drew Mason rated it 5/5: We have about a half acre lot with about 8 massive white oak trees that had dropped a good half to foot of leaves across the entire yard (blocking the back porch and a good bit of the driveway). I had gotten a few quotes (tried to get more but the other people never showed or called back), and Andrew was competitive on price, but was by far the most prompt and professional when I met him. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard and efficiently, and most importantly didn’t leave a leaf in site at the end (no bags either!). We are extremely happy with the work and results and plan to use them next year.

The owner is very professional and came promptly to give us an extremely competitive quote. In my experience, everything was clearly stated and there were absolutely no hidden costs or "fine print miscommunications." You can trust all of the employees to take excellent care of your home's windows. We plan to have them back for our gutters later this year, and will certainly use them again next spring! We recommended them to our neighbor as well. They credit their beautiful windows and the additional light with selling their home so quickly

Each time their work was very thorough and excellent. They are very professional, friendly and courteous and it is a delight to have them do work for us. We already have them scheduled for more work next month. I highly recommend them.

I will definitely be using True Shine again and recommending their services to my friends. I just hope Micheal Scott doesn't come in here and hear the ice cream truck, because he would definitely run through the glass because it is so clean.

He removed his shoes and wore a mask while in our home which I really appreciated. We will definitely use this company again.
