We hired them for a "move in cleaning". They came on Tuesday to clean an EMPTY house, and when i went to go see the house after their cleaning NOTHING was done. our shower was full of dust. I paid extra for them to clean the cabinets and they were not even touched. the floors were full of dried loose paint, the track for the sliding door was filled with dirt. I called Maidpro and scheduled a second cleaning (they do a 24 hour guarantee cleaning in case you're not satisfied). So they come on Wednesday to "clean" the house and they assured me that the house would be left spotless and that a SUPERVISOR was going to be there to make sure that the house was cleaned properly. when i go check on the house on Wednesday, I was in complete disbelief at the fact that i spent $450 for someone to come in to my house and NOT clean. I called the company immediately and they said they would get back to me about a refund. Then the next day they send me an email saying "after carefully reviewing the pictures and videos you sent and comparing them with the pictures our pro took, we have come to the conclusion that our pro did not leave those areas like that" when i asked them to see the pictures they "took" they refused. yet my pictures have time and date stamps to show that they literally did not clean my house. they refused to refund me the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

Tomas Layrisse rated it 1/5: I would give them 0 if it were possible. I requested a deep clean service and they were very responsive to send the contract and the maid.
However, the maid failed to complete the services paid for and had a terrible attitude when we gave her instructions. I will give you a few examples of their poor service:

used the same vacuum to clean outside and our couch.
Never changed or washed our sheets
Left dust all over the floor and base boards
Did a poor job on cleaning the kitchen and fridge

When I called back and requested a re-clean or refund the manager took 5 business days to get back to me with availability and a resolution.

I would NOT recommend this service to anybody.

She using the same vacuum to clean outside and to clean our couch.

Either they pay to get reviews on Google removed but, if so, I'm going to repost again. The only reason they don't get 1 Star is because the booking online convince they have. They rescheduled me during text which is fine. I have a small studio apartment that shouldn't take a long time to clean and organize. I had paid extra for laundry. The cleaning lady spent 5 hours doing what? Figuring out the on button to my laundry, not only did she mess up my white dress by throwing a red shirt in there she didn't have the decency to finish the 2 loads and just left the wet clothes and the other load in the dryer. But, that's not all, somehow this maid left my house even more messier than before, everything was scattered things like my contact solution and ceramic hand soap left in the tub, the few items that were already in the dishwasher she ran but, didn't put back. It was clear there's some areas she didn't even bother to clean. So what did she do for 5 hours you say, fiddle with my washer machine. Mind you, I get it, I don't blame the cleaning lady as much as I do the service in charge, because when I told them that my house was a mess and that I wanted to cancel the upcoming bookings, they offer a new cleaning lady next time. No, there's no next time instead of how can we make it right, which in this case other services have brought in someone to fix the last person to fix the mistake to find someone consistent for future services. If they would have fixed it I would have not canceled and maybe tried the next service with the new person. But instead the person in charge has the audacity to say well there was clothes on the floor so she couldn't finish cleaning. Yes there was clothes in a pile outside the basket so she knew which to wash and defend mediocre work instead of sending someone to correct the mistake, is terrible. No, if this is the quality you offer and you don't try to fix it after I paid for services then why trust you again on the next cleaning I have to pay for. The rudeness of the person stating I wasn't home, that's part of your slogan. Do not recommend.
Simone Girma rated it 1/5: I booked this service online because of great reviews. If you choose to use cleanduo, I suggest you stay home to monitor, and make sure cleaning actually takes place. I was partially refunded for a terribly cleaning job, but truly should have been refunded in full. This is a scam service, beware.
