So I called on July 1 and I was told they were going to put together an email quote using Google earth but that doesn’t tell them how many windows my condo has or screen doors that need to be done! I’ve seen this company in my area in fact they did my neighbors condo. Then the gal proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t want to take on any new clients at this time and told me to call somebody else. Well if you don’t want to take on any more clients why don’t you put that on your website stating you are not taking any new clients at this time.

When my husband called Derrick to tell him about the damage, he completely denied our claims, said he had no other complaints and then hung up the phone. He will no longer answer any of our calls. Do NOT book any services with this place!

First Derek called after our scheduled appointment time to say he had equipment problems and couldn't make it. After rescheduling for the following Mon, he was a no-call, no- show. My husband finally reached him on Tues and he said he would be there at 5, didn't get there til almost 6pm. He ended up leaving his garbage and more stains than were initially there. Not only that, the place where he left his machine soaked through and took over a week to dry. That area ended up with $400 worth of damage under the carpet through to the wood underneath. When we contacted Derek, he denied even being here and then hung up on my husband. He will not take any more of our calls. So we are left with carpet worse than before and an additional $400 expense to fix this. Do not use this company!!!

If a window isn't perfect, they will come back that evening to redo it. They have a great power system that keep them off high ladders (for working on 3 story houses and around pergola's), this gets the job done faster, trims all washed and no streaks. I hired a basement inspector and his report suggest me to hire someone to look at gutters and downspouts because he saw some moss growth on the surface of gutter guard. I made several phone calls. Daniel responded to the call promptly. He is also a honest guy. When he came to my house. he did a check around the house and use ladder to climb to the top. Then he told me, my gutter guard is doing pretty good job and the moss we saw from ground was just surface and did not clog the gutter. My down sprouts are clear as well. So, no need for me to do gutter clean and repair gutter guard. The other guy quoted me $500 to remove the gutter guard and clean it inside with additional cost to replace gutter guard when needed. I guess that guy did not even check my gutter before he gave me this quote.

A screen from a window in an upstairs solarium was left propped against a wall vs put back. Far from a complete job. Very defensive woman. Would never recommend.

He returned my call later in the afternoon and I told him about the 42 locations that I needed a window cleaner to do a monthly service at. He said he was VERY happy to get this kind of work, i.e., multiple locations with a monthly frequency. We went over my listing and he selected 24 locations that he wanted to service. I sent him all the necessary information and only requested that he get back to me ASAP with either an acceptance or a decline so that I would know if I had the work covered or if I had to continue recruiting for a proper window cleaner for all of this work. He assured me he would do so. He even emailed back that he had received my information. It is now Friday afternoon and I have left three VM's for him and sent an additional 2 emails and have not received the courtesy of a reply to any of them. In my book, this is simply not the way to run a business, especially one that you are trying to grow. I would never even consider using him after showing such a lack of professionalism.

Three men worked continuously all day on my three story home with barely a break for lunch. They brought my windows of varying types (From giant 100 year-old storms to tilt-in modern windows) from cobweb covered near-opacity to sparkling clean clarity in one long day. These guys are not afraid of hard work; they treated my windows, and anything they had to move to get to them, with appropriate care; and they were pleasant company to boot. Highly recommend.
