I was able to tell him the goals for my carpet cleaning, he spent extra time explaining the entire process and spent extra care and making sure all the stains were removed. I told him upfront my budget for the project and he was very accommodating and professional. As I used to always carpet clean my home, I knew that you should not be walking on your carpet for at least six hours after the fact. He was very personable, transparent with his prices and service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I was a little skeptical because of all the yelp reviews, but also noticed those who left reviews were not avid yelpers and with any type of business you always have those looking to ruin people people. Without reservations I would recommend him for any type of carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Juan brought a drone to fully inspect our roof and provided a very reasonable quote that included cleaning and pigeon abatement as well as replacement of some broken roof tiles he discovered. His friendly team worked hard to complete the huge job quickly and efficiently. They are amazing! A few months later, another company did work on the roof, and damaged some of the wire mesh installed around the solar panels. We didn’t realize it until we noticed the pigeons returning. We called Juan and his team came quickly to repair the damage at NO ADDITIONAL COST to us. It is so rare today to find a company that takes such good care of their customers, and provides such quality service at a reasonable cost. You are in great hands with Pro Sol!

He came out the next day, was on time and gave me a more than fair price to do the job. He was able to knock it out right then too! Only took him a little over an hour and he also fixed where the gutters started to pull away from the roof, due to poor new construction and their use of short screws. Ben added longer screws into the gutters for me, making sure they would hold in place.
I am so happy with how clean my gutters are and also how CLEAN Ben left my house. He cleaned off the concrete around the house, the outside of the gutters and also made sure my windows were clean. Above and beyond! I am very appreciative of Ben's hard work, attention to detail and quality of work. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to everyone.

I was very hesitant to hire professional cleaning services due to cost, and these guys offered to save some money if we do cleaning of the floors ourselves. It seemed like a great option so we agreed. Marc and Julie ended up cleaning floors anyway, provided supplies for cleaning the carpet and tried to help with advice/equipment/ suppplies as much as they could.
The house is spotless. They spent an enormous amount of time and effort. I plan on taking some pictures to show you proof of how remarkable the job was. I also appreciate that they used vinegar where appropriate, so the house was left without too chemical of a smell. Strongly recommend. I have saved their number in my phone and I will absolutely hire them again!

After it was cleaned by this company, I found spiderwebs in every corner of the room, floor is very dirty, kitchen surfaces that had to be cleaned, are still have small old food particles in there. House doesn't even smell fresh as it would if they would swap and dust. Call them on your own risk. Totally waisted money.

They don’t seem to care anymore like they did in the beginning. I pay a lot of money for them to come every other week. Very disappointed 😫🤬😡
Robbi I rated it 1/5: The Maids are not worth the money! To make a long story short they charged me three times what they charged the previous owner (which I found out after the fact). My house was empty when they cleaned. I called the owner to discuss her pricing and she never returned my call. For the amount of money I paid my house should have been spotless and I shouldn't have had to address issues on how to clean and what to clean. They shouldn't have given me excuses as to why something couldn't be cleaned and then have to do it myself. They are supposed to be the professionals with professional grade cleaning products not lemon fragrant Lysol. Such a disappointment! Never again!
