He retired this year so I began looking and got in touch with Brett at City High Rise Window Cleaning. Brett was extremely cordial and easy to work with. He told me about his associates , how they worked, their time in service and how he would approach our particular job. I expected an "ok" job, but what I got was far superior. Prior to starting the job Brett's on site supervisor (Billy?) walked through the plan for the job with us on site, was flexible and accommodating to our needs, as well as with working around our guest concerns. He and his crew coordinated with our Engineering department on access, and in all the process was smooth and painless. On top of that their work quality was at least equal to, and in some cases superior to my prior vendor. Lastly , where my building used to take 10 -15 days to complete, Brett and company were done in 3 days! I feel very good about the job that was done, and I can honestly say that Brett didn't / doesn't over promise. He delivers a job on time with excellent quality, and makes it happen easily. I will certainly refer Brett and company with my best recommendation freely to anyone.
