My complaint is that when I went to open the master bath window for a breeze the storm window was put back in wrong so it woudn't open. I popped the window out to fix it and couldn't get it in place again so called them to do it for me. They were going to charge me $75.00 for 5 minutes work on something they did wrong to begin with. They finally settled for $20.00. Needless to say do not think I will have them do my windows again.

We initially used them after being at our house for 2 years and never cleaned our windows. Opted for the indoor and outdoor cleaning and man oh man did nature looks even more beautiful from the inside.

Fast forward to about a year later and we had that crazy storm and blew trampolines around like a flock of doves. Our windows got extremely grimy from the dust and mud. Enter Fish Window Cleaning.

I can actually see outside my window without the trail of Nebraska dirt. I only wished I would've done the full service this go around because I just got injured and now can't do my inside windows like I intended.

Nevertheless, Fish will definitely be getting a call from us when I tire of seeing my kid's fingerprints on every 3 foot window point in my entire house.

They contacted me via phone that same day and the owner, Ian Clark, came out to prepare an estimate within two days. Ian was very interested in making sure he understood exactly what the scope of work included so we were on the same page.
Seven days later, two excellent employees arrived and did an excellent job of discussing the job and some access to areas. They did a great job and were very respectful of the property while performing the work.

I had one window he was unable to do as he didn’t have the necessary equipment, so that was disappointing. He did discount the total because of this. One other suggestion I have would be to clean the window tracks as well, I went behind him to do this myself and also his cleaning tool dripped on my floors a bit, so maybe contain that or wipe up the floor where you spill. Overall I am very happy with the job!

I called 8 local companies just to get "static" and excuses of why and how they were so busy, 35 days in advance, going through dysfunctional websites, no callbacks, having to wait over 48 hours to just get a quote, then argue about timing and quality of services.

We paid for the service for 3 cleaning professionals to come and help relieve some stress and professionally clean the kitchen and bathrooms. After 2.5 hours of 3 professionals working, it looks minimally different from when we called them, and the difference in the kitchen is worse. The floor looks like they swept all of the debris to the very far corner and left it there, the counters had new debris on them that were not cleaned, the cabinets and appliances still had cobwebs on them in plain sight, and they did not get to one of the upper ledges of the counter that we had specifically asked them to get to and clean. They were friendly and on time, but did not provide the service needed.

On Monday, they removed the old gutters and on Tuesday the new gutters were completely installed. Everything was done very professionally and quickly. The crew members were great. We called them on a Thursday afternoon to make the appointment, Scott and Lisa were out at our home that evening for an estimate. They were able to email the estimate that same night. Estimate was very quick and very reasonable, which I really appreciated. We called and accepted the offer the next day. On Monday, they removed the old gutters and on Tuesday the new gutters were completely installed. Everything was done very professionally and quickly. The crew members were great. I had questions, they were able to answer. Price was reasonable, quality of workmanship was perfect, the experience was great.

Joshua Gulick rated it 5/5: A tree fell on my roof, ripping off some gutter. Mike fixed everything and made it look like nothing had happened to the house. He also fixed my downspout for free, so I can push it up when I mow. That saves me a lot of headache.
Mike also saved Omaha Gutter Company some stars on this review because I had trouble getting the guy who did the estimate to get back to me.

Apparently they are going to launch a customer portal online to improve communication. I hope he learns how to use it, haha.
