    Update in response to owner: This review was for an apartment cleaning from spring of this year. The cleaner showed up an hour late with no updated estimate of their arrival time. Upon arrival, they were very uncommunicative, with no reason or apology for being so late. I was the one who interacted with them, face to face, on behalf of the tenant. When scheduling the cleaning, we had specific requests as for what was to be cleaned for the agreed upon price, but those requirements were not met. Specifically, the tenant had request cleanup of pet fur from the previous tenant, but after the cleaning, there was still significant amounts of fur in the apartment, including a large pile that had just been swept under the bed instead of being removed. The cleaner also left without notifying me, as I had requested, so that I would be able to examine the apartment and lock the door behind them. As you couldn't lock that apartment door from the outside without a key, they departed leaving the unit open and unlocked. They were unprofessional and I would not recommend this service.

When he finished with cleaning my windows I was so shocked , the windows was so cleaned it looked as if their was no windows in the frame,he did a great job. I highly recommend Professional Window Cleaners.

Clenton also took care not to track dirt in from outside, and offered to sweep a very minor clump from the front porch. He is very hard working and also very friendly . I highly recommend Professional Window Cleaners.

Not only do the windows, screens and doors look magnificent, but the team was also very polite and respectful of my 95 year old mother who lives with me and at times worked around here. I was referred to Kyle's company ad even though he was booked solid he fit us into his schedule. Since then I've used Windows Done Right for multiple projects, and every time I have them clean a clients windows I get rave reviews, and our customers end up scheduling future cleanings. I've worked in construction and cleaning for the last 20 years and have been absolutely impressed by every aspect of Windows Done Right, their communication is fantastic, and the work they perform is amazing.
    Five stars is not enough.
