Today was no exception. Our crew consisted of John, Jordan, Leighton and Jonas. They were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job as per usual. I do want to give an extra acknowledgement to Jordan though. We have had these strange white specks on most of the windows and he took extra time today and did a fantastic job getting those off. While the whole crew was great, Jordan went above and beyond and we are so very appreciative.

We will continue using Crestview and will definitely refer them to everyone we know.

Overall and solid A on the job! And, I think I wrongly assumed that the bottom track ( not sure if that the right name, where the window drains water) would have been wiped clean, and screens taken off and cleaned, but maybe I needed to add that to the job.

In response to the owner – I had no idea I should expect such poor results, otherwise I would have instructed my MIL to carefully inspect each window from every angle. Not a good look to respond with "well your representative signed off on this mess."

AFTER cleaning them and charging me the told me they weren’t reparable and I’d need a different quote to replace them. Why in the hell would you clean gutters that need replacement? After promising a quote for replacement it never arrived. I emailed support asking if I was still on the radar, was assured someone would be in touch. Almost 10 days later, no communication. Can’t recommend them. They did fine on the moss removal and roof treatment. But my primary concern was the gutters and they utterly failed to repair or replace them and were terrible at communicating, use another company if you want to get done what you actually care about getting done.

The last cleaning by the COMPETITOR was earlier this year and here were the results:
– Gutters were clogged again after four months.
– Exterior of gutters looked as dirty as before. I was told by the technician that they were permanently stained and would have to be re-painted since they could not get them clean. An expensive project on a three story house! Premier was able to completely clean them and they look new.
– The debris which the competitor removed was spread in our garden, which had just been cleaned of leaves a couple of days before. They advertised that they put the debris in the compost bin. Premier hauled it away themselves.
– After complaining, a different technician was sent out and who said he couldn't fix the problem because it needed two people and they only sent him. (Premier did their job with only one person)
– I paid 10% more to the competitor, despite the poor result.

We had a couple south facing windows in particular that get covered in sap from the pine trees, and he took the time to scrape off all the sap for us, and everything looks great! Would definitely recommend.
