The photos I have attached show their end product after two visits after initial installation. They do not do quality work. Also they did not bring to my attention that i had any rotting fascia boards, but they didn't have a problem attaching their product to it. They should have never have installed their product. I have asked several times to have it removed and money refunded. The person i dealt with was arrogant and not willing to do so. I have now filed with the Better Business Bureau. This all happened in the month of March 2021.

Before he went out to assess the gutter situation, he told me that he'd let me know whether I needed new gutters or if the current gutters could be repaired. I didn't even realize that was an option. I told him that I didn't think I was interested in LeafFilter gutter covers, and he didn't try to change my mind. Then he went out to look at the gutters and came back with more honesty and even pictures of some structural issues with the roof. Brandon said he was very concerned about the damage he found and said I should have a roofing company assess and repair the damage before I did anything about the gutters. I'm so grateful for his honesty, and for his referral to a trusted roofing specialist who will be replacing my roof very soon. Thank you, Brandon!

Fran and Brian were attentive, prompt, professional, polite, friendly, and extremely effective. They spent over 7 hours working on our home and a separate shed (soft wash, window washing, gutter whitening, gutter cleaning). The entire time they were here they showed trustworthiness, integrity, and an incredible work ethic. They showed us their progress throughout the process and they made sure we were happy with the results. They even walked around “spot cleaning” small areas with a rag at the end to make sure every nook and cranny was spotless.
We had some dark spots on our house in different areas that we tried power washing and scrubbing. We were unable to get them clean, but Brian and Fran took care of them without any residue remaining. We are very impressed by and pleased with the results. Despite getting a quote/estimate from them before the work began, we were certain the bill was going to be higher once we saw how long and how hard they worked, but we were wrong. The final price was not only very reasonable, we would consider it a steal!
We are shocked by the overall lack of integrity and workmanship among contractors these days, but Brian and Fran were an entirely different experience. We would not hesitate to recommend their services or to call them again in the future. They were amazing!

He worked with us to prioritize and get a ton of work done in a short amount of time. When the movers arrived I was able to simply unpack without worrying about the cleanliness. He heard (and saw) what a tough time we were having with contractors and selling our home and went well above and far beyond the call, to give us the most incredible deal on our window cleaning!! Chuck and his son came, super quickly I might add, and cleaned all of our windows, inside and out. They were IMMACULATE! I'd like to mention, given the deal he gave us, had they done a half a**ed job, I'd still have been thrilled, lol. But nope. These guys brought their A game and we (and the buyers of our home) couldn't be more ecstatic!

People showed up on time, worked hard, and offered suggestions and observations beyond what was expected. Very nice people to work with as well; will definitely use again.
James Traylor rated it 1/5: I scheduled at the end of October for the second week in November. Just Gutter Cleaning called me back and was prompt in scheduling. Explained payment, quotes etc. The day of cleaning the weather turned which was understandable. A few days later a representative called and said they would definitely clean my two properties the following day. Never showed up, no follow up call. I placed a call asking the status and there was no callback. A few days later I placed another call and the recording was that they were closed for the season. Still no call back. A co call no show is completely unacceptable for a business. I realize that this service is weather dependent. However, their failure to communicate is 100% their responsibility NOT mother natures. I called a competitor and they are cleaning both properties on Monday. Would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Jasmine O rated it 5/5: Was in the market for new cleaning service as last one I had started missing spots. Dealing with At Home Maids has been an absolute pleasure. The other day when they were cleaning one of the ladies ran over the charging cord for the babies room monitor with the vacuum. Accidents happen I get, but was kinda bummed out.
The owner took it upon himself to order a brand new baby monitor from amazon and shipped it right to our house the next day. I didn’t even ask. That just shows how much they truly care for their customers.

Tyler and Jasmine arrived and were so friendly and professional. The house is spic and span. Our fridge and stovetop look brand new and all of our indoor windows are sparking. The bathrooms were extremely clean as well.
We would HIGHLY recommend using At Home Maids and have signed up for regular service. Our neighbors even came over to inspect the work as they were thinking of having their home cleaned. Needless to say they were very impressed and mentioned they wanted to book an appointment too.

Communication was easy, prompt, and professional. My stickler grandma was absolutely thrilled with the cleaning job, and I am relieved that she didn't have to do all that work herself. Solomon3585 rated it 1/5: I set up everything over the phone since I was out of town. I told them a tenant had moved out, and the apartment needed a deep clean. They arrived late but stated the house was cleaned after 2hrs. I returned to the Unit a month later, and it looked like it was not touched. The walls were still dirty, as well as baseboards, doors, and windows. So I'm unsure why they are so expensive and no work was done. I would recommend someone to be present if you are to use them. When I called to speak with a manager they started the cleaning pictures had been deleted, and the crew couldn't recall the house. Smh. They never offered a refund or recleaning but wanted to keep their money and find a way not to be at fault. I wouldn't ever use this company. I have the phone conversations recorded as well, and I will try to post them for anyone else.
