Our technician was Martine, he arrived right on time, explained the process and what he would be doing, not only did he clean our gutters but he checked roof tiles and informed us about a clogged drainage pipe. He worked non stop for almost 5 hours on our gutters! He was kind, professional and thorough! Very happy with the service, will be booking with Masters cleaners again!

The person who came out blew all the gunk out of our gutters and flushed them with water. They texted me pictures of all the gutters as they were working on them. After the gutters were all cleaned they blew off all the stuff from our patio and yard. The windows were cleaned very well. There were a couple windows that had hard water stains on them so didn't get completely cleaned, but we didn't buy the package that would cover that so I'm fine there. They worked very quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend them and will be using them the next time we need service.

We scheduled the cleaning a week later and they did an AMAZING job. Nam and his colleague Pablo were so polite and so eager to do a good job. You can tell they care deeply about their work and doing a 5 star job.

In our first discussion they wanted to know what our safety standards were and took proactive steps to ensure they were met. We have many high level client meetings and it is very important that our office is well maintained. Our conference room is one the second floor, surrounded by windows. They were extremely thorough in their cleaning and open in their communication of what they would do. They delivered perfectly, they even use a special water for the cleaning. In my case the cracked and misplaced tiles I had on my roof- Benito repaired and glued them back on and did not charge me any extra. Very solid work- I am a customer for life. He was on time, had great communication and customer service skills and he went above and beyond for no extra charge. I really love how he inspects the roof while he is up there, takes pictures of damages and reports them back to homeowner. Did great job and have before and after photos to show his work. Made some free repairs to my roof as well and repaired some cracks and glued some other areas. All for free just being an honest businessman. Always recommended.

I got my gutters cleaned three years ago and I was satisfied. Recently, a loose piece of molding wood on my third level came loose and left a big cap. Benito of course gave me the best price, he was able to come out within two days to re attach it. He’s a reasonable honest guy with his prices and I’m definitely calling him again for future gutter cleaning or roof repairs.

I received 3 bids from different companies to do this work. They showed up 10 minuets before they were scheduled to arrive, showed up ready to get started on their work. Definitely was worth every penny spent.
joshua elder rated it 5/5: I hired this company todo the carpets and clean the windows in my house about 6 months ago, I opted for a protectant which was a little more expensive but totally worth it, 6 months later and my carpets still look as if they were cleaned yesterday, there were no hidden fees. My technician pretreated, vacuumed, steam cleaned, and raked my carpet all for the price I was told over the phone. My windows were so clear I forgot there was glass there, and they do reoccurring maintenance so my windows are cleaned once a month. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs carpets or their windows cleaned
