The team had to do the job in nearly 100 degree heat and never complained, so I was impressed! Two issues prevents me from giving 5 stars, though: 1) the team showed up about two hours early for the appointment. This was during my work day and I was unable to check their work (part of the contract) or share concerns. I scheduled the job at the time I did so that I could be available, so this was disappointing. 2) While the quality of work was pretty good for the most part, the price was a bit expensive for the quality we received.

We met with Kyle and immediately had a better experience than we had with the " other" gutter people. Plus, they were much less expensive! The guys came out on time and put in the gutters. They did an EXCELLENT job, were personable, friendly, quick, and also made a follow up phone call to ensure all was working correctly. Very much recommend this group. 1.Return customer-I felt I should have gotten some kind of a discount. None was given
2. I asked the technican to clean all the window wells. He did not, so I had to go around and clean all of them. For over $300, I felt asking him to do that, was no big deal. Will I hire them again, probably, but next time I will do a research on other companies as to cost and other people's recommendations.

I had a last minute meeting come up and I was able to provide instructions on how to access my building and do a completely contact free cleaning. I felt safe having the cleaner in my home alone and was provided updates on when they arrived. The deep clean was phenomenal as well! I will definitely be having a deep clean every 3-4 months. It saved me so much time and provided me a ton of peace of mind not having to do it myself. The price is extremely reasonable and booking process takes less than a minute. 10/10 recommend!

The next month, we continued with a "standard service". Matt was our provider, and even though he was on his own, he was timely, efficient, and did a amazing job! I love that Lake Maids has the option for us to use the same people, since it makes it much easier with our dogs once they know the person. Matt was wonderful with our pups, and helped to work around my schedule. We look forward to our cleanings, and LOVE that they tackle the stuff that we don't have time to get to on a regular basis. The staff are responsive, easy to work with, and the website gives easy options for updating scheduling, credit card info, and adding personalized cleaning options for each service.

I looked at a lot of local companies and liked that Lake Maids had a convenient online booking option and also very customizable services. There were lots of add on services that I felt like I didn’t necessarily see with the other companies or that the others said they would not do.
I had one initial deep clean and so far two follow up standard cleanings every other week with Matt. I have been super pleased with the service!! It’s a such a better cleaning job than I do and has saved me stress and time. My house looks and smells great afterwards. I have one antique shaggy rug in particular that is hard to clean- this is the cleanest I have ever seen it. Matt is also very personable and doesn’t mind my cats hanging out with him. 🙂

Their customer service has also been stellar so far. The couple times I have called (I believe it’s the owner or manager I’ve spoken to), they are very helpful, thorough, and friendly.

I have already recommended Lake Maids to some close friends and would recommend to anyone!

When I say the overhangs were gross, it’s an understatement. What should be ivory vinyl was grey with moss and mold. We bought the house about 9 months ago and I truly thought we were going to have to reside the entire home.
They are now bright and clean! Windows are spotless and gutters cleared. I was so shocked I was snapping pictures of the overhang and sending to my husband. In disbelief. I wish I had a before pic, but I have included the after. Worth every penny and is a true investment in your home for a small price. These guys are a class act.

He gave me suggestions on color combinations (I didn't know there were so many) and help me pick the right one. I was so happy he was able to fit me into the schedule before Thanksgiving (I should have called earlier)
The guys who came out to hang the lights were very friendly and efficient, I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be using Pine Creek from now on and its worth every penny!

Pine Creek was not only able to get me in right away (not in the middle of the summer like the other places), but they were fast and efficient but more importantly did a FABULOUS job. Will definitely be hiring them again! Priced fairly too!

Cody and his crew are outstanding. They provide incredible service and if something is missed they will always come back and take care of any issue that was omitted. When it comes to the holiday lights, if a bulb goes out they will come out and replace it. Their service is incredible. They have always provided exceptional service to us over the years. If you need exterior as well as interior window cleaning, siding washing, and /or Christmas lights, they are the ones to get it done for you.

For starters, Alex is super professional! From the moment I initially inquired about his services, I felt assured my home would be in great hands.

Upon arrival he went above and beyond to take care of prepping my home for sale and had recommendations that I really did not even think about(basic things that typically get overlooked or forgotten in the process of home sales).
