They wore shoe covers inside, as requested, and made it work when we asked them to use the rear stairs instead of the front entrance. They did exterior windows only – in the case of the glass walls on the exterior balcony, was interpreted as only the outward-facing side of the glass, which was a bit frustrating. The skylights weren't on the initial order but they were very accommodating and added them for us on-site.
They did a fine job, and where we pointed out residual sap or streaks, they re-did the entire window to ensure it was clean. They even re-did some that ended up being an issue with the window. There was one window that was difficult to reach and he tried from inside and outside the building – I appreciated the time and effort he spent on this, but would have preferred it if he'd come to us and said that it was simply too difficult to clean, instead of leaving it streaked without saying anything about it.
When he was done I noticed two windows that hadn't been cleaned at all because there were screens in the way. One of them had left without reminding us to remove the screens and they would have gone untouched if we hadn't noticed.
We received a call from their office questioning why the cleaner needed more time and why he was re-doing some windows.

Pros: Decent value, hard workers who will put in the additional time/effort if asked
Cons: Communication could be better; check the work before they leave
Allen Beaney rated it 1/5: I was very sick on July 18, 2022 when the cleaning people came and I was to inspect the work I needed and when I started feeling better I realized they had done the worst cleaning I've ever had done and I have used a service once being disabled I could have done a I could have done a better job if light cleaning instead of deep cleaning that was what was needed and when I complained I was shut down because I was told I waited to long because of being sick.
Worst cleaning experience ever do not use them.

Our trash bins were disgusting. Things were growing on top of things that were also growing in there. I dreaded opening the bins. We keep the in the garage, so they stunk up the garage and I had to continuously set up fruit fly traps.

We don't have a hose in the front, and I also didn't want to waste fresh water. I figured there must be a service out there that cleans bins. After I did some Googling on yelp, I found Bin Cleaners. They only had a single review, so I was skeptical, but I had decided to try it anyway. Boy am I glad I did! The bins are spotless. They did such an amazing job, I've signed up for their monthly service.

We like that they are eco-friendly and found them to be customer-friendly as well. Signing up for services online was a little confusing, but it worked. I was easily able to speak with someone on the phone and now they send text messages, which I find convenient.

I signed up for quarterly cleaning of just the green bin. They thought there was a truck in the area and they could do so that day (as long as the bin was still empty). After I signed up, I was informed that the truck was just leaving the area and could they do it the next morning. Fine with me – no need to waste time and fuel.

At 7am the next morning, the truck appeared in front of our home and the guy cleaned all three of our bins! I went out to ask him and he said, no worries, he'll just clean the one next time. No additional charge.

Very nice people. Nice service (who needs a stinky, dirty green bin attracting critters and flies?).

They cleaned the fronts of my kitchen cabinets, inside the toaster oven, and left all stainless appliances sparkling. Will definitely use again.

For the quality job they do, you are getting a good deal with their pricing also. I'm seriously in awe and filled with gratitude at how thoroughly wonderful my apartment feels.

I have a studio, but it hasn't been professionally cleaned in well over a year, and whereas I maintain it okay, it was SORELY in need of a deep cleaning. I payed for two hours with two people.. I pointed out my main areas of concern, which were the floors and carpets, left sheets out to change the bed, and asked for the standard bathroom and kitchen cleaning. I thought this would be PLENTY to fill two hours. When I got home, not only was everything I asked to be addressed 10/10 clean, but they had even tackled some of my more shameful neglected areas, like the top of my dresser which was covered in odds and ends. Somehow they organized this, and whereas I need to go through everything and throw some stuff out, they made it approachable for me.. I didn't think that was possible. Also, it was clear they had moved my furniture to clean; not because anything was out of place, but because the floor and fuzz behind my furniture is GONE. I'm looking around, and there's nowhere I can see that isn't better than how I left it. I can't believe that they didn't stay longer than two hours here… it's more than I could get done in two days with a second person.

I will now be scheduling them for one hour every two weeks. I am motivated to get rid of clutter so that I can have even more beautiful surfaces to come home to next time. I didn't think I could afford to have cleaners come to my home… with the difference Greenforce makes, and with how discontent I retrospectively realize I was, I now know I can't afford not to. Do yourself a favor and book Greenforce to make your home the beautiful place that you never knew it could be.

Mayra and Lily were here for 5 hours and I was left with a beautifully clean home. They worked around me as I work from home and treated my space with care and respect. I am definitely using them for regular service as they raised the bar on me!
Paul Murphy rated it 5/5: I manage a small retail store in my area and had a plumbing issue. The plumber came out and did his thing but left a real mess for me and my staff to clean up. The Greenforce crew did an amazing job for me. They were very responsive and got out to my store quickly and cleaned and sanitized everything up for me very quickly. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for my staff and patrons is very important to me and thanks to Greenforce I was able to keep that commitment. When they finished the place was even cleaner than before I had any issues. I will be calling Greenforce again for sure. They are wonderful and everyone in need of cleaning should give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Greenforce!

We hired Greenforce for cleaning services per our condo management's recommendation after our interior renovation and they were some of the worst cleaners we've come across. I'm honestly not sure what they even cleaned after being here for 2 days. There were still thick layers of dust everywhere to the point you could swipe your finger across it and see it. We just had a baby and had to bring the newborn back home to this mess. They also left bags of trash in our common hallways instead of throwing it out and actually walked out on our designers when they pointed out lots of areas they had missed. We ended up not paying them for their second day of "services." We had to have another cleaning crew come in the week afterwards.
