Today the team of 3 only cleaned 2b2b (they don't have a staff of 2 anymore). Many times they were doing some light dusting when other places had a lot of dirt to clean up. Had to ask them to redo cleaning after seeing hair and dust in almost all areas (kitchen, living room and bedroom). They used to accept zelle but now only accept credit cards, cash, check. The credit card data is not read by a card or chip reader but by manually entering the details which was uncomfortable to share.

I called QC and asked for a very deep deep clean of our empty house. Because I am a germaphobe, I asked that every inch of every surface be cleaned, and was assured they would do so. Again, because a big part of the house was completely closed off, they only had to clean 3 empty bedrooms, 2 empty bathrooms, an empty dining room, and an empty living room. House was professionally cleaned when put up for sale, so it just needed a once over to clean after the open houses.

    Maria was very nice, and even scheduled the cleaning to start at 6am to accommodate our move in later that day. Two cleaners arrived on time. I let them in and left to get ready for our move. I returned at about 5pm for the move in. Unfortunately, most of the house they were to clean was untouched. In no way shape or form was this a "deep clean", let alone a standard cleaning. Worst part, I was told the cleaners were here 3.25 hours. Considering how dirty the place still was and the small area of the house that they were responsible for cleaning, there is no way they were here actually cleaning for 3 hours. At best, maybe an hour, considering the number of dirty/untouched areas depicted in the attached pictures. Standard simple things, such as wiping down shelves and a bathroom door were not done. Baseboards left untouched. Mold remaining in the shower grout. Dust on top of trim. I called Maria to let her know, and she did offer to send them back again or to reduce our invoice. Not only did I lose confidence that they would rectify the situation, but considering the cleaners were dishonest in the amount of time they cleaned, I could not allow them back into my home and feel comfortable about it. Additionally, because we had already moved in and our stuff was everywhere, I just couldn't agree to bring them back. Accordingly, I chose the price reduction. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250 for a no good job and my house was still unclean. While I appreciate Maria's kindness on the phone, I cannot and will not be doing business w QC again. Despite their claims, the crew sent did a horrible job, assuming they did anything at all.

    I recommend them highly. Chris was a pleasure to work — he is consistently responsive and professional.

    I had some challenges that required him returning the gutter guards I had ordered and he did so for a fair price.

I got multiple quotes and CA wash pro was the most competitive. I called Chris to understand his pricing and he was able to explain what was included which was basically what all the others was offering. Scheduling was straight forward and his system meant that there were reminders leading up to the day of the appointment.

    Chris arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and got on with the work. He was also able to clean out my gutters for a nominal fee which added extra time. The before and after pictures shows the quality of the clean and when I sent it to the solar panel company (reason for the moss cleaning), they were happy with the clean too.

    I was super impressed with Chris’ professionalism and communication. I later found out that he also does window cleaning as well as gutter guard installation. I will be recommending him to my friends and family for their cleaning needs. I hope his business will continue to flourish!

He was very responsive from the start and gave us the most genuine quote. I had initially only talked about cleaning debris from our roof while booking his time but later noticed that a small patch on our roof directly under a tree needed some chemical treatment. Chris was more than accommodating and told us he would get the needed equipment and do some spot treatment on the roof and also cleaned our pergola on our request at a very nominal added charge. He did a great job in cleaning and also unclogged one of our drains, was polite and answered all our questions. Would recommend his services to everyone.

Aside from being great at his job, Chris is also really pleasant work with. There are a number of small things that impressed us: 1) While cleaning, Chris accidentally blew some of our gutter leaves into our neighbor's backyard. He then proactively knocked on our neighbor's door and offered to clean it up for them. 2) We initially got a quote from Chris when he evaluated the difficulty of cleaning our dirty and overgrown gutters. However, after finishing the work, he realized the job was a bit easier than what he had originally predicted so he adjusted the price for us, saving us money in the end. Very few people are this honest after you've locked in a price. 3) This was a 2-day job and Chris worked hard the entire time, even skipping/delaying lunch two days in a row to get the job done on time. We decided that, when he finally did sit down to eat, we wanted to treat him for his hard work so we grabbed some food for him. When (delayed) lunch time finally came, Chris also brought us some goodies to try and introduced us to a new food (quesabirrias are amazing…).

    Overall, we are very impressed by both Chris's job and character, and we would highly recommend him to anyone. We've already recommended him to our neighbors and will definitely come back to him in the future.

They always arrived in time, left our apartment sparkling clean and sometimes surprised us with lovely messages. We have been looking for a green cleaner that brings their own equipment and products and cleans homes with pets. We asked Anita’s stellar team (Gloria and Erma) to do a deep clean with the add on cost of baseboards. They were punctual and ready to go. They efficiently moved room to room and made sure to return everything in the original position (that’s important to us as we have cleaners before that quickly place things in random places making it hard to find again). They were great at working around me because I work from home taking calls at a desk. After they cleaned our 2bed and 2 bath condo (about 3 hours for the deep clean), a wave of ease came over us. A clean and sorted house quickly gives you peace of mind. We decided to hire them for regular standard cleaning based on their thorough service. Thank you Anita’s Home Cleaning!

    I would like to commend Octavio. I have used his services and talents for several years. He is a personable, hard working gentleman. He is always punctual, pleasant and offers quality work at a reasonable price.

    The neighbors have asked me about using his business. Without hesitation, I highly recommended Octavio. He can be trusted to do exceptional work. So far each neighbor has been exceptionally pleased with his work. We now use his service yearly.
