Beginning with their initial follow up on my call, as well as the ease of obtaining an estimate and scheduling my appointment. I initially scheduled my visit for much later in the month because of other construction we were having done at our home. Victor was my contact although he is not a scheduler in the office. When I asked if they could move the appointment up on a very short notice Victor was extremely responsive and happy to accommodate. Not only did they make a visit for the same day, but they were able to arrive earlier than expected and called to communicate that before coming!

I like how they always show up on time and are very reliable. They also call 30 minutes before they arrive to let me know that they're on their way! For my house, I got two ladies who were worked very hard and made the house spotless! They did an awesome job at cleaning the bathroom which is the hardest part for me to clean. I love how after Maid in Orange leave, my house is spotless! I love the attention to details especially in the bathroom and kitchen!

I would usually not go for this, but since I was in desperate need of having them done for a while, I quickly google the company and saw all the awesome reviews, so I agreed for them to wash my windows inside and out, including the screens that same afternoon. Three of them did an awesome, very reasonable and fairly fast job on my 2-story home, even though it was getting dark! And trust me, I’m very picky when it comes to clean windows! 😉

Jessica Penalosa rated it 1/5: I removed my previous review as the owner, Kyle, finally reached out to resolve the issue with my poor Christmas light installation. I believed he was trying to make things right but after I removed the review he contacted me to inform me they would not be coming back due to my review and because he did not think they could fix them to my satisfaction.
This company installed our Christmas lights very poorly, the pictures speak for themselves. We spoke with Kyle, who initially told my husband that it was completed that way because I was budget conscious–not once did I complain about the price. I simply said I would purchase the clips as he provided me the option to pay an additional $45 or purchase them myself. I purchased extra clips to make sure we had enough. Kyle told us he was going to call us to schedule to fix them the next morning. We never heard back from him either by phone, text, or messenger.
Find somebody else to install your lights and don't waste $375 with these guys. Btw, the $375 is what they charged just to hang the lights as we provided the lights and clips. They also tried to charge me more than I was initially quoted but fortunately I had a screenshot of the price quoted.
Additionally, prior to installation, I confirmed with the installer if light removal was included in the price and he called Kyle to confirm the quote DID include removal (I have this on camera). When I asked Kyle if they would be removing them he said "removal is included for an additional fee."

I suggest you look for a reputable company with experience with holiday lights.

They scrubbed and vacuumed the floors in the warehouse and left them in fantastic shape! Their team was quick and and finished even quicker than I thought. Rose Ornelas rated it 1/5: Very bad Company Management coming from the owners to the owners Mom… they work overload people, they dont paid what it's deserved and they have their morning staff relatives doing nothing but walk around during the day and always take retaliation against their employees when they complaint about having the morning cleaning lady messing with the night crews supply. They also never care if someone gets injured, instead they have them work without having medical attention at all. They rather fired the good hard working people instead of fixing the issues with a great ownership ethic, they just fired them because people tells them they need to fix the issue they have and they even accepted that the problem there is their relative from the morning shift, yet they still don't do anything. Once they had this girl coming to work even when her son have had an urgent surgery, they told her she either go to work or she will get fired. They have nothing Professional at all, no ethic, no experience nothing… Yet, they still think they can get away with all they do to their employees… They have been sued several times including from Owners Brother in law or sister in law for work over load and injuries. Who would want to work with that type of irresponsible people. Also trying to back stab their so called "PARTNERS" on Carpet Cleaning. It's such a shame they don't want to learn from people who Has Experience on these jobs.
