The owners son did a nice job on cleaning our windows but their non or slow response to numerous phone calls and messages to address the white streaking in the new sun screens is why I’m writing this review. I was only trying to ask why the new screens I purchased from Sparkle Tech had white streaks in the new screen material. They didn’t want to deal with me as customer because I wasn’t happy with the white streaks in a just a few of the new screens, so it was easier for the owners to fire me so they didn’t have to take care of the problem.

If I just received over $1500.00 in new business and wanted to have a long term customer relationship then I guess I would take care of the customer issue? But it’s just easier for Sparkle Tech to fire or get rid of the customer rather than respond or handle the problem head on? It wasn’t about how much I paid but the principal of the non customer service and support from Sparkle Tech.

After providing Sparkle Techs number to my neighbors and a friend I had to call them back not to use them because of what happened to me. But I guess it’s better for everyone involved ?

The team showed up on-time and the team leader walked around the house and gave me a firm price, which was still reasonable. 2-3 men worked inside and 2 more were outside. They were done with 34 pieces of glass in about 35 minutes. They were also very neat as they worked inside my house. Great service. I will use them again.
