They always arrive within the time window, typically right at the start of the window. Very conscientious workers, minding my plants and sprinkler heads, and exceedingly warm and friendly. Truly, this organization stands out for its overall high level of professionalism. Price is also quite reasonable for the amount of time spent on-site, and very high quality of work. I needed all my windows, gutters, and pressure washing done, and them being proactive took a huge load off my mind. The estimate was prompt and making an appointment on their calendar with my phone was easier than I expected.They were very responsive via email, and since I wasn’t going to be on the premises during the work, I sent them photos of the areas to pressure wash. They did exactly what I wanted and the work was very high quality.

When we talked with them they agreed it was awful work and would make it right and send someone out to take care of it. We waited 2 hours and no one showed up. Highly suggest using a more professional company.

The only person at home at the time was my grandma who doesn’t speak English very well and didn’t know what was going on. An employee came and talked to my grandma but she didn’t give any permission yet to go to our backyard.
While my grandma went back inside to ask us about what was going on, we caught on our cameras that the employee opened our fence gate from the outside and basically broke into our backyard. We had a carabiner lock on the gate so he took that off too and improperly put it back on. You would think that having a “beware of dog” sign and a lock on the gate would mean that you would ask for permission and have us open the gate for you first. Then he just left without saying anything. Luckily for the employee, our dog was inside and nothing happened. For the safety of your own employees and our pets, please be more careful. This was honestly just very unprofessional and we were very uncomfortable with the situation.

From start to finish he did a fantastic job. Excellent customer service, provided a ton of user education as I had a lot of questions, provided his expert recommendations on addressing issues he found, and lastly provided proof of performance with images of before and after.

I am very happy with the quality of work in all facets of this project and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend JD and Clear Skies Cleaning to neighbors, friends and family.

I will definitely be using JD and Clear Skies Cleaning again when I need gutter and roof cleaning, minor gutter repair, dryer vent cleaning or exterior skylight cleaning.

Cody did an outstanding job but more importantly was very meticulous in cleaning up all the debris. On the day of my appointment, Kyle worked quickly and was respectful of the property. I waited 24 hours to review the work and compared to how the windows looked before, I'd say they were at least an 80% improvement. With the sun shining on my windows the following day, I noticed there were streaks in some windows and the corners looked like they were missed.

Paolo & his coworkers, installed new gutters, fascia & covers. They arrived on time & did all work & removed the old gutters all in a day.
Paolo performed a small repair on my gutters a year or 2 ago. I was happy with his knowledge & the work he performed, so when I needed the whole new set of gutters & I knew he was the guy.
I recommend Seattle Gutters to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
Ted W rated it 1/5: They have done a very bad job last September on replacing gutters on my roof gutter. They did not practice what they promised and the good quality showed on other google reviews. When they installed the new gutters, they removed some original polymer retarders as pictures show and neglected to replace them with new ones. As a result, there were multiple water leakages on the gutter and underneath wooden fascia area in my roof on last October. When I called them to fix it, they said it was not their fault. Finally they came after I told them I would start a lawsuit but refused to reimburse the cost I had paid for fixing the problems by other two companies. I let two other roofing companies to install metal retarder and fix the water leakage problems and the wooden fascia at my cost. and They were not as professional and responsible as they were supposed to be. Actually they were irresponsible and told had false stories on how their quality was good. My case is a typical case to avoid getting their service. Otherwise, you would be in big trouble and cost you much more money to fix it.

We had a few crossed wires on the quote and scheduling but they were really good about ironing it out. Called me a few times to make sure we were on the same page. The crew was also fast, courteous and did a beautiful job. I didn’t get the “deluxe” package so wasn’t sure what to expect, but the final job exceeded expectations. Even little details like how a bulb is centered on the roof peaks. Wouldn’t have thought about that beforehand, but makes the job look professional. Highly recommended.

You can own a triplex on a very steep slope, for example, where the only viable means of window cleaning is repelling from fall protection anchors at the apex of a steeply curved roof. Add to that, concern with getting the job done right, reliability (twice a year, right on schedule Kiro shows up), combined with a fair price and you have my reason for a 5-star recommendation.

Tetyana was quick to respond, and scheduling was easy. The day of the deep clean, the team of two arrived on time. They were very efficient and did a thorough job. The gas stove, oven and bathrooms were especially spotless! This is a professionally run service and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
