Even before meeting, from texting on the phone down to the moment of our first meeting within a 24-hr span (in itself impressive), I knew it from the way he passionately spoke, and offered some advice, even for the future life of my driveway. He took his time, and went over, and beyond, and did more than even I had anticipated.

He seemed interested in cleaning my retail storefront glass and aluminum inside and out and said he would email me an estimate. After realizing I did not receive the estimate, I tried multiple times to contact him to see if it was a simple mistake of an incorrect email address. I did speak with him once and he told me to text him the email address, but I don't think the number he told me to use was even a cellular phone. I left voice messages multiple times and he never returned my calls. If he didn't want the job, he could have just said that so I could move on to find someone else. He just wasted my time.

Well, I've heard that before so we invited three more tradesmen to quote the work. One of them took one look and told us he couldn't do the work – it was too difficult. The next one said the pavers had lived their useful life and needed to be replaced.

So we gathered some quotes from folks who install new pavers. They 'confirmed' that the pavers had lived their life and should be replaced. That's when we did some research and discovered that pavers have an expected life of 35 years – ours are less than 20 years old.

We then invited Mark to do a 'test patch' to see if he could back up his claim. It actually looked pretty good so we hired him and his company to strip, deep clean, re-sand and seal all our pavers.

The day he finished – it took four days – we couldn't believe how great the pavers look. In fact, they look better than they did when they were first installed.

He has sent a subcontractor – a pool guy – to help us restore the swimming pool to normal and a cement guy to fix a few pavers that came loose in the cleaning process.

Not only did she get someone out there promptly, but they did an excellent job on the house and driveway pavers! It looks better than I expected and they went above and beyond with the areas they cleaned. The house looks amazing and the pavers are perfect! We will definitely use them again!! Today we had him back to do our windows inside and out and Wash the Screen around our pool. I cannot begin to say what a difference it made.

Every place I called was the same: Rude, Disrespectful and basically did not want to help me, some even hung up on me. But when I called " Christian Brothers Powerwashing & Windows, LLC" I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Roger, he went out of his way to make sure that i got all the information that i needed and that all my questions were answered. He was so quick and detailed and knew so much. Thank you again I will definitely recommend you guys! We will be in touch!
