• Gregory Keefer rated it 1/5: AC/Heat Pump Installation on September 15th. Came home to half the vents not blowing and attic stairs not reinstalled correctly. Duct was reinstalled with damper control inside. Carpet on stairs was dirty from their shoes. Called immediately and guy came out on Friday 17th. Tech came to look at stair damage, fix damper and oh yeah, bolt down outside unit because the first guy failed to do it. Tech said yeah they’ll need to redo your stairs. 24 September called customer service, because my original salesman wasn’t returning my messages or calls, and was told they would have a dispatcher call me. 28 September talked to Jamal in customer service, I think, regarding stairs still not replaced. 3 October still no action so I messaged American Mechanical via their website. 4 October received message from American mechanical and sent text back, as requested to say Thursday was best day to have repaired. Fixed on the 7th. Fast forward to January, heat is working but unbalanced: hot upstairs freezing downstairs. Went in attic and found several feet of duct work left behind. Techs came out to inspect airflow and said all duct work (that came with house) had to be redone and turned my case over to sales. Within 30 minutes salesman was calling me I assume to give a sales pitch because I guess when you are replacing an entire unit they don’t inspect how the duct work flows. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had for the amount of money I’ve spent. Highly recommend researching one of their competitors. Pictures show the gap they left in reinstalling stairs and the damage the stairs caused to a bedroom door trim when they dropped the stairs.

Our first contact with customer service started a great relationship. Within 2 hours, a technician (MORGAN) was onsite and accessing our heating issues (he definately knows his job). We decided to replace both systems since they were at end of life. The installation team installed 2 dual fuel HVAC systems w/ductwork. Entire worksite was kept clean during entire process. BEST 40K spent. We highly recommend them and will keep on our phone for any other mechanical issues that may arise. 😉 😀

He is evidently knowledgeable. The next day (today), the guys came over and replaced the furnace and the HVAC unit. They worked fast and left my AC running. They did an amazing job. In 24 hrs after I called them I had everything installed.

I called 6 different HVAC companies and Kellam were the only business that were able to send out someone immediately. The technician Justin L was extremely knowledgeable and respectful and answered all of our questions. Justin knew exactly what the problem was an was able to get our heat back on the same day. He had to come back the next day to install the last part we needed and to double check our existing wiring. He explained to us that the issue could have burned our home down because of the disconnect box some how caught on fire. I’m grateful for Kellam, Justin, and there great customer service. I will be using them for any of my HVAC needs going forward.

They put a mounting box for my ceiling, fan in for no charge. And when my original fan didn’t fit, they worked with me and were able to come back that same day to finish installing it with my new fan would recommend 1000 times to anybody who knows have a good work should be done. everything looks and runs great. Nice fellas too if that means anything.

I knew that I had chosen the right contractors to install my new HVAC system . On the morning of the scheduled install three technicians showed up James , Dillon, and Taylor . They wasted no time in immediately went right to work they kept me informed and the whole install was completed in about four hours all three of these technicians were very personable and friendly And they did an amazing job including cleanup . Tony explained the testing of the new system and the new thermostat education . I have never received such a great experience in my entire life.   Gary Gappy was the tech that visited us last time. We thought we were smelling gas from our heating furnace and after doing a very thorough inspection he advised that we were just smelling some gas released from the old valve upon ignition. While he was out here he also conducted our winter maintenance which was due. All of this was just before Christmas and with very short notice.   Finding folks capable of dealing with the kinds of issues you face in an old home has been a huge issue for me and I'm glad we found some.

I described my issues to Mr. Anthony over the phone and he was able to email me a quote and schedule a time for service that same day. When the technicians, Mike and Mario arrived to my home, I explained to them what the issues were. They took no time on getting started and not only did they address what I thought the issues were, but Mike pointed out other minor maintenance issues and explained to me everything that was wrong including showing me the old parts that were worn down. Another person on the team communicated with me via text about a choice in the new parts and gave me price points. The service was so efficient, they were literally in and out in a little over and hour and the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. In total they maintenanced 3 bathrooms with leaking or not efficiently functioning toilets, a shower that barely delivered lukewarm water, leaking tub handles, and low pressure faucets. The next day I noticed once of the sink drains was draining slowly. I called Cecilia's, explained the problem, and was booked for a tech to come out the very next day. Mike and Mario came again addressed the issue and explained what was wrong all in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Mike even demonstrated to me what the problem was and how even I can fix it if I needed to. Overall service was very efficient and professional. I definitely recommend Cecilia's Home Repairs!

Typically my wife and I would be able and willing to do the task, but with a newborn baby, we figured we would hire it out and save the stress and energy. We should have done it ourselves. We told them exactly what we wanted, a flush white door to match the other rooms in the hallway. First off, the tech came to the house and measured the door and went to Home Depot to pick up the door. He said he would do most of the work outside because of the baby and install it. I trusted he got the door we agreed to and didn't pay him much attention until the job was complete. He installed the wrong door, a 6 panel door, not a flush door and the work was incredibly sloppy. His excuse was it was the only one in stock. I called the main office, where they were actually very helpful in fixing the issue and sent out a second technician to fix it. I went to Home Depot myself to verify the door we needed was in stock and called them back to give them the exact SKU we needed and that there were 5 in stock. The only problem here was he had to go to Home Depot 3 times because he kept getting the wrong door. What was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job lasted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the whole purpose of hiring a handman is to save time and stress. We saved none of those. We had other errands to run that day that we could not get done. And to compensate us for the inconvenience, we received a whole $20 discount on labor. The only reason they get 2 stars instead on 1 is because they actually came back out to make it right, but is was a 9+ hour day of staying home and wasting our time. Not a happy customer and cannot recommend

Called Mr. Handyman of Virginia Beach. Was told that the BASE LABOR RATE for them to perform this work was $732.00. That’s right $732.00. Let that sink in. I told the (emphatically) NO. I’ll just do it myself. Strongly suggest you never use this company.

I called Magnolia on a Thursday asking them for the first available appointment because my air conditioner was dripping a lot of water every time it turned on. They said the first time available is that Sunday… fine, I get it’s the busy season. Sunday comes along and the technician’s equipment, a wet vac, isn’t working and says he will have to come back when it is working. He notes that the cause of the problem is likely the condensate line and that he will call to schedule the new appointment. Days go by and I don’t hear back from him or anyone at Magnolia so I called again. It is now Wednesday, 6 days since my first call. Miraculously, they say he can come that day! I stay home that day and wait for his call but it never comes. Late that evening I get a call from the tech saying he can’t come that day but he’ll be there Friday morning. He arrives on friday morning with his wet vac and nothing else and vacuums out the condensation pan and then asks for paper towels – I figure he’s cleaning up some of the splashed water that got on the walls and floor. Then he says something along the lines of “if the problem persists, we will need to rebuild the condensate line” and hands me his card reader to pay the bill. $189 dispatch fee and $235 for vacuuming out the pan. I was shocked. Had I known he was just going to vacuum out the pan for $235 and not actually fix the problem, I would have spent the $200 at Home Depot to buy my own wet vac. Unsurprisingly, the drip started back up within the day but was coming from a different spot now. I followed up directly with him and then with the dispatch team. I asked for them to apply the money I already paid to actually repairing it… a full week later and I still have not heard back. I’ve never felt like anyone has ever taken advantage of me so aggressively before. $424 is no small amount of money, especially considering the time I needed to put into this for negative results. Not to mention that when I hired a more competent company to clear the condensate line, they found the paper towels I handed the Magnolia tech shoved into the pan which caused the leak to move and damage even more drywall. I’m still waiting for my refund. Make this right, Magnolia.

  I can't praise Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Cooling enough! We needed a gas line leak replaced so we got 5 estimates. Magnolia's quote was 70% less expensive than the others! The technician, Nelson, was the only one that informed us about a much less costly option ($760) than what the others proposed, which were all over $3000! The others were going to bust up my patio flooring and replace an entire segment of the pipes, leaving me with the cost to replace all the flooring. They claimed that Washington Gas would not pass the inspection if they didn't replace the entire line. Magnolia replaced only the portion that was leaking and did not have to dig up my flooring.

  The technician was super friendly and easy to talk to, but also very professional. He was not only able to answer all my questions but also provided in-depth explanations and kept me informed of everything he was going to do in advance.

  In addition to the technician being awesome, my experience communicating with everyone at the company was also great! They sent me texts and called me to keep me well informed of when the technician would be coming.

  I highly recommend Magnolia and will be using them for all my future needs!

FYI, I had 9 holes in my ceiling for 3 lights because according to Michael, my beams are perpendicular to the direction of my floor. 9 holes. At least I would have preferred if they had some follow through. Also, I have tenants. I do not want to leave my tenants complaining about holes in their ceiling. Oh, and I had them install a light fixture that was supposed to go in the main bathroom but they installed it in my powder room instead. When asked to correct it, they told me they might have to charge. How are you looking to charge ME for your screw up? So, now I have to pay you twice? I'm all for small business, and was pleased up until the point that my calls/requests were not acknowledged or returned.

Called Reddi early in the morning and received a very quick call back from dispatch to set up a same day appointment time that I felt was extremely reasonable on what is probably a very busy day for them. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.

When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.

  Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.

• Richard Burke rated it 1/5: This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.

  When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.

  Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%

  I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.

  I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

They were prompt in sending Larry out to provide me with a proposal, and I very much enjoyed interacting with him. He quickly answered any questions I had and provided me with good options and advice. There was about a 2 week wait to secure the coil needed for the install after the first one came damaged. The wait was not their fault, but I didn’t get as many updates as I had hoped throughout that time. However, Dakota arrived on time the day of the install and worked quickly and efficiently and left behind a quality install. I enjoyed working with him also. A supervisor stopped by at the end of the job to do a final quality check. It was a good experience all around and I’m happy to have A/C back!

  The appointment process was easy, the receptionist was polite. The technicians arrived on time (early, in fact) in a clearly marked van with matching uniforms.
  Overall, I felt the work was completed timely and professionally, but I still feel sick over the price. The negotiation felt uneasy and pressured, which I was not prepared for based on the ease of the appointment call.

  My Goodman system was state of the art, but the service technician had access to Goodman's system installation department, conducted himself professionally with their techs, and worked out technical concerns in a timely manner.

  My system has been installed for > 6 weeks now without issue, and though I paid a little more for the 20 SEER system, I couldn't be happier with the performance, efficiency, and how quickly my house cools.

  In total there were 4 primary workers who all worked well as a team, the system took about 12 hours to install, but they removed the old and installed the new and cleaned up any mess as they went.

Most either pressured for a 'quick decision' before the "special pricing" expired, or they sent someone who couldn't answer some simple but important A/C questions. Acree was different. The sales rep–Marcus–knew his stuff, quoted two options, no pressure. They were willing to negotiate a few line items at our request. They installed two days later on a Saturday. The installers were on time, polite, professional, protected our home, cleaned up everything, and made sure a couple items missed on work order got followed up on and completed within 2 days. Love our new system– fast, efficient cooling, compact size (variable speed side discharge) and extremely quiet! We know we're ready for summer and that our new system will be well-cared for by Acree in the years to come!

• Nicholas Acosta rated it 1/5: Since our duct work install our air handler has had condensation dripping all over my 2022 jeep gladiator with the glue from the air duct box dripping over my jeep tire/rim and splashing up the side. The install guy said that it wasn’t a big deal. I mean we pay $19 a month to be a customer member and my valid concerns are never treated seriously or urgently. They say how great they are in their ads but it’s not true. They always seem in a hurry to get out of here.
• YFHC rated it 1/5: We had Acree come to our practice in Nov to help with toilets that were backed up. All though the representatives that came out were very nice they damaged our toilets and floors when trying to work on the backed up toilets.
  They also pulled up the wrong toilet to begin with and in that bathroom it created such a mess and over flow into our IV area where patients are getting treatments. The smell and the water was unbearable!
  Then they pulled up the correct lead toilet and proceeded to do the same thing with that one. This created the same problem on the other side of our clinic with overflow and smell.
  I am now paying to replace the two toilets, you can see from the pics that the snake scratched both toilets. I am also paying to replace the flooring the was scratched up in the one bathroom by the snake being dragged on the floor improperly.
  I have also paid for the carpets and floors to be cleaned and sanitized.
  Acree gave me a refund on the initial cost of the service and nothing else. Even though a supervisor came out and admitted they did all the damage and said he wants to make it right. This was ONLY if we let them come out and do more work they planned to give us more credit. I'm beside myself would not recommend using Acree for ANY plumbing needs. As I do not think this is their specialty.

  I chose Acree because of their size and number of positive reviews. My experience was not positive. Their plumber installed the valves wrong and now it will take $2,000 plus to fix.

  We were updating our master bathroom shower when I needed a plumber to replace the Moen faucet cartridges. At most a $300 dollar job.

  Their plumber lied to me telling me he was installing $450 shower valves that were only $118 at Lowes.

  He took advantage of me by telling me he couldn't just change the Moen valve cartridges because they were too old. Charged me $850 per valve even though the wall was open providing him easy access.

  My mistake in accepting because the tile contractor couldn't go further without the valves being changed. I was upcharge by the tile contractor because the plumber installed the valves wrong and had one sticking out more than the other. The contractor had to wait a day to finish the tile work while the plumber came back to fix the valves.

  I remarked to the plumber that now the valves seem to be too close to the surface. He told me that the adjustment on the handle would make up for the distance.

  After the tile was installed note the picture on how far the handles stick out and one is slanted or not level.

  Acree sent out another plumber who was sympathetic but said nothing could be done short of tearing out the tiel and redoing the valves. He did act surprise when I told him how much I was charged for the two valves.

  He told me someone from Acree would call.

  Another plumber told me it should have been no more than $450 per valve including the hardware?

  Several weeks later no call. I called and they sent out yet another plumber. This one agreed that that it was done wrong and tried different Moen trim to see if it would look better. It looked a little better but it was the old style trim that we were trying to upgrade.

  He told me a supervisor would have to come out because it was above his pay grade.

  Supervisor comes out and agrees that it needed fixed but it would have to be approved by "management". They would call me.

  Still no call.

  My estimated repairs from the tile contractor is $1,700 for tearing out the wall and redoing the tile if he could find the tile.
  The price is high because he could just cut out a section of the penny tile. He would have to do the whole wall all the way around the pillar!..cost of tile est. $550.

  Plus the cost of another plumber to reposition the valves correctly.

  11/29/21 – I am simply disgusted with the way And Services has treated my parents. They are senior citizens and honorably served this country as members of the Armed Forces. They were quoted $7K to repipe the plumbing in the house. The Salesperson, John, who came out to quote the job never left instructions on how to prepare for the service crew. Instead, we made sure every cabinet with plumbing was emptied. Apparently, the service crew was unaware that no instructions were left. This set the tone for the entire job. The rude conversation and behavior from the contractors in my parent’s home was appalling, and the contractors caused unnecessary damage to the property for the rest of the 3 days they were here. The crew ripped, pulled, and literally dumped; medicine cabinets, shower tile, bedroom closets, and other places where there were no pipes and no services completed. Huge holes were left in the walls all around the house (see pics- unbelievable).
  The salesperson also said that once the work was inspected by the county the drywall repairs/patches would be completed within 2 or 3 days from the inspection. It's been substantially longer than that…
  There was management intervention for a proposed (unacceptable) external plastic tubing from the main water supply to the attic (it appeared as fragile as a garden hose and homemade). The crew seemed to respond to management (who had JFK embroidered on his shirt- otherwise no name, no card). For this reason, my parents felt comfortable paying the remainder of the balance prior to the crew returning for the cleanup job. The problem is, they have not returned and have not been willing to make an appointment. This morning, they advised my parents 'maybe next Tuesday' when asked when cleanup services and drywall repair would be completed.
  This experience makes it difficult to trust even the reputable businesses with payment prior to the work and clean-up.

  There are random holes in the ceiling, damage from them stepping through the ceiling from the attic, uncapped pipes coming in from the ceiling, pipes that are capped but not flush against the wall. We still have holes in the walls and NO appointment confirmation for a drywall patch/repair. See for yourself. Review the pictures of the 'finished work' to get a sense of why this experience has my parents and their entire family frustrated and disappointed. I am astonished that any company would treat any customer’s property this way, much less Senior military veterans. I’m also disappointed in the lack of professionalism we’ve experienced on an organizational level when we tried to resolve the issues we had with the contractors. Every part of this experience lacked professionalism and kooth Most of all, we want to make sure others do not share this experience. Especially our community seniors. We will take to social media and share by word of mouth, the problems experienced as well as the resolution.

The re pipe went well with a few issues, like the guys that did the work, threw away some parts that I had just purchased and installed, without asking me, which cost me $80 and we had to be put up in a hotel, because they cut an a/c wire and we had no a/c. To this day, I still haven't been reimbursed for the parts. Once the re pipe was done, it took numerous calls and weeks went by before Paul Casano, got in touch with me to schedule a city inspection. The inspection failed and they had to come back out to fix the issues, which finally passed. Now after this, AND had agreed to have their drywall guy, Alex with MR. 24/7 to come out and repair all the cutouts that were made to do the re pipe, at their expense. This was wrote in the contract by John Ritchie. As of today, July 31, 2022, the drywall cutouts are still there. No repairs have been made by Alex. I have called more than a dozen times. Christina, the one in charge to schedule this finally called me to let me know that Alex would be in touch. After several days, Alex finally called me on a Friday and told me he would call me that following Sunday to schedule a date and time to come out. That was a week ago. I have called Alex at least 6 times, texted 3 times and emailed once. No response back as of today. It has been over a week since he has contacted me from the first call. Every time I call AND and speak to someone , they say they will send an email to the one in charge to give me a call and that's where the ball gets dropped. AND has been paid in full for their services, but all of my services have yet to be completed. I guess the only thing left to do is maybe hire an attorney or get a hold of "Better call Behnken" Think twice before giving AND a call for your repair needs. I wish I did.

• Anthony Grim rated it 1/5: This 1 year 3 month old system has had to be serviced 4 times. Today we are paying 300-400 to have refrigerant put in. Last year we had to pay for a compressor (it wasn’t covered). We have 4 children and it has been down a total of 11 days.

  They install the system, plaster their name all
  over it with stickers to calm them for service. We have their extended warranty but NOTHING we had fixed is covered.

  On top of the 7k install we are 1100 more on for service calls and repairs.

  Sure the techs are polite but the company is a massive issue. I deeply regret working with them. There are better options.

  Don’t be stuck like we are.

  PS we have spoke to their “customer service” and it’s just lead intake reps. They don’t derive anything they just schedule calls.

  It’s my deepest hope that no one else has to deal with these “professionals”.

Hoffman sent me an advance text with Ray’s picture and a mapping app so that I could see that he was on his way to my house- great use of technology. The bulbs are only a year old and I decided to wait a bit longer before replacing them mostly because I find Hoffman’s prices on the high side for parts and felt like I could get them replaced cheaper if I shopped around.

After a few easy adjustments I was able to reinstall the ceiling fan cover and the half inch gap no longer exists. Not sure what happened. We usually have great service from Brandon Electric. Maybe just caught a down service day.

We called them for a couple of things: installation of outdoor outlets on 2 sides of the house and replacing a backyard landscaping outlet. The Electrician's name was Ryan and he brought a younger assistant. They did great on the on the outlets on 2 sides of the house. Although they did have it so that when one of these outlets tripped the circuit breaker, both outlets go out. This has proven to be highly inconvenient. Anyway, when they went to replace the landscaping outlet, the electrician told the younger guy to dig up the wire going out to it. He dug and dug (maybe too much). The end result was whoops, the wire going out to this is damaged and it will be $2000 or so to redo it. When was it damaged? Before or during the digging – I'll never know. We agreed to part ways with just the 2 side-of-house outlets done. Ryan and his helper asked if they could use the pool. Yes, you read that right. The next day, a whole room in our house lost power. We called and Ryan came right out. He went outside, removed something from the area leading to the underground wire, put it in his pocket and then charged us $800 or so to get the room turned back on. Anyway, I let this go at the time but I wish I hadn't. Since then we've installed security cameras that record so we have evidence of any "work" done outside of the house. I caution you with this company. Observe closely. On a side note we called Mr. Sparky for our next electrical needs and they were great. Up front pricing, no after-the-fact power loss and fair pricing.

Now Joe Cool says nope I’m a liar and they will hire their own inspector. Riddle me this it’s been since June 1st install date and they can’t even do a good enough job to clear the permit. City is laughing at them but then they want to blame me for spending money for a new AC and I’m at fault. Joke of a company and management will cuss you out, call you bad names, smoke cigarettes in your driveway, tell you good luck to find someone else to fix my house, laugh at you with their team getting into the car and then speed off making rude remarks. Sad display of a business and I’ll get what I’m owed!! You’re lucky I can only add photos to this review because the videos would shock you. That’s if you actually send out a licensed AC guy to check on my unit instead of a guy who only works in plumbing hahahahahahahaha

  We had them come out to repair a leak in a pipe that was under the edge of our driveway. Their quote went from ~400, to ~1300, to ~5000. They said that the entire pipe would have to be re-ran from the main city line up to our house, including all the baggage that comes with digging up your yard and landscaping. They had tried a whole 15 minutes to repair the leak but quickly resorted to the $5,000 quote and a new pipe altogether.

  Being the quote was ridiculously high, we got a 2nd opinion. The more-experienced plumber fixed it in less than an hour, and charged us $400.

  Since then, we've been leaving messages each day asking for a refund for what we've already paid them. All they've done for us is cut a hole in our driveway, and leave a thick layer of dust all over our entire garage. (Yes, they left the garage open while jackhammering the driveway, as we were away from the house.)

  Joe Cool, please return our calls and give us our $1,300 back.

  UPDATE1: A week later since I've written this review, and nothing has changed. I continue to leave a message every day, but hear nothing back.

  UPDATE2: Finally, a month and a week of calling and emailing and waiting, we finally received a check for about a third of what we've paid them, for doing absolutely nothing except jackhammer a hole in our drive way, leave us a huge mess, and give record-levels of poor customer service. We had to pay a separate plumber to do their job right. They are a huge disappointment.

  The initial install date was bumped up when they had an opening. They didn't have the ducts ready by the time they started however, so I only had half my system installed for a few days. When they installed the rest of the ductwork, I had one square hole in my ceiling for the next three weeks, while they figured out how to get a drywall guy down from Phoenix to Tucson. Once that was patched, I was still waiting for the registers and a special ordered air return. When the air return was finally ready the guy didn't have any registers so he left. That was three weeks ago. Now they're telling me (only because I contacted them yesterday) they won't do the registers since they aren't in the contract, and I just found out that the ducts they installed aren't a standard size so I have to order custom registers or pay (another company) to come out and redo the ducts. On top of that, the damper they installed was only half secured to the vents and is louder than a chipmunk sanctuary, and every time it rains there'll be a reflecting pool on top of the intake. I don't know how serious standing water is on sheet metal to be honest so maybe it will be fine.

Almost a full year has gone by and this company has done as little as possible to get by. From December 4th to October 30th to do a standard job. No contact for MONTHS at a time. Then tried to extort me for 2500.00 to do something that was already in the contract. Unsafe conditions left for my family and neighbors for MONTHS. I had a moat everytime it rained, with all my lines exposed. Vandalized our property and unannounced and left for 2 weeks before i had to contact ROC. Ripped out the swamp cooler that they weren't to do. Everything they did was on their time, never our families time. Turned off the power to my house without notice and my daughter was sick at home with wife and now couldn't prepare for food and drinks. For 8 hours. The only way to get anyone in the company to help you is filing ROC complaint. Disgusting and I have proof for ALL this. I have pictures, videos and all messages and correspondence in regards. You know what their resolution to all the issues and problems were…they didnt make a profit on me so the think thats fair. The CUSTOMER who contracted you, whom is absolutely the only reason companies like you exist, was the absolute LAST thought and thats sad. I hope you get shut down. We are nothing but good, kind people and you just take advantage of us. Eat sand.

The staff are friendly, patient, and helpful, and take great pride in their work. I've used them for two HVAC installations and have been extremely satisfied with their work. The first install in 2020, a new inverter system with the solar option, had some delays but the team at Strongbuilt corrected any issues that arose and showed a strong work ethic and job knowledge. The second install in 2022, a mini-split/ductless HVAC system, was flawless. Strongbuilt is also one of the few companies in Tucson that offer the solar option for HVAC systems, which is a great way to save on energy costs in the long run. I highly recommend Strongbuilt for HVAC services and appreciate the budget and peace of mind they provide.

  Discovered a leak at the valve connecting main water line to the city's mete on 3/10/22 Called Strongbuilt – Dispatcher was very friendly and professional, but explained that there would be $150 extra charge because they could only get the tech out there after hours. I agreed. The Tech showed up diagnosed the problem right away, but said he could not fix it right away because he did not have a replacement valve, because they do not carry them on their truck. He did have a valve that would allow a hose to bypass the main line to the house. Reluctantly I agreed, because it was around 5pm and did not want to be without water. Cesar Lopez was great, very knowledgeable and profesional. I blame the the company for not sending out a part to him so the job could be completed. Next day I had Bob the Plumber show up to price the job. No people skills, had to hear about his two truck payments and his sick mother and that the bill would be around $1200, I was getting charged twice, once for the by pass, and once for installing the valve. No taking responsobility for lack of a valve. (That somehow became my problem) Oh and the tech could not return till monday) Temporary hose tripping hazard had to remain over the sidewalk till, then got to hear all his problems, lack of techs inflation, no one wants to work etc. Spent the better part of 3 hrs. To make a long story short. Cesar Lopez came back Monday, but because of other problems, had to extend original trench, (The orginal tunnel under sidewalk had collapsed, over the long weekend, and he had to rebore the tunnel.) Cesar did a Great job – he fixed the problem perfectly however my bill was now $1789.15. And all this because Cesar was not provided a replacement valve on his first go around. In my prior life I worked as a Mangement consultant and Business Analyst. Going into a company I looked at what was the problem people or system. In this case it was the system. Waste of time sending out the quoter Bob, should pass that down to tech. Also some companies I worked with either had all the parts on the truck, or would have a "runner" who could get them out to the job so that ther would not have to be a "be back". Again definitely would give Cesar Lopez five stars. But the company would only get one. Company did express regret – but no offer – am still out $1789 FOR A $600 JOB.

  I have a leaking duct under my mobile home.
  Yesterday, Brandon Hicks and another tech answered my service call. Brandon literally took five minutes to place his tablet/camera under my home and take 2 pictures (or videos), and then proceeded to make up 2 estimates for the next ten minutes. The other tech just basically stood there and watched.
  I paid for my service call, and they started to leave, and I had to remind them to please replace the access grate under my home.
  After a couple of hours, I called the office to get a copy of the pictures/video and the estimates.
  What I actually received was a copy of my bill and a picture of the front gate of my park. Like that is going to do me any good.

He is a genuine first rate master automotive technician, with a specialty in vehicle electronics. His workmanship is never anything less than top notch. Jim does absolutely fantastic custom work, as well as very diligently executed standard maintenance. To top it off, he is an honest, straight shooting, standup guy.

I suggest just dropping your car off (if possible), and wait for their call. That's what I did.
• Steeldaddy 41 rated it 1/5: Worked with them 10 years ago and they were great, this time, not good at all, dropped my car off in February to install some gauges and correct some electrical problems, I knew the were busy so I tried not to bother them much, dropped by in may to check any progress, had not been touched, was assured, he’s almost done with the one he’s working on and yours is next, dropped back in first week in August, not touched and the had a car in the bay that they probably just took in off the street and had it hooked up for diagnostics, decided they really didn’t want to do the gauges so I told them to wrap up and throw the new alternator in and be done with it, 3 days later it was ready, a $400 job plus $800 for diagnosing problem that weren’t fixed, will never use them again and would certainly not recommend them

You can go to Home Depot or Locke Supply and get one without an account for $50. Nope they hit me with a $900 quote! 🤦🏼‍♂️ without being an electrician common sense tells me to see if the back up battery is bad. So we spent $13 on the battery and would you look at that it works. I hope you can sleep at night knowing you are ripping people off. If I would not of had common sense I probably would of paid $900 knowing I had to have that working. • Jeffery Campbell rated it 5/5: I called Mr. Electric in Tulsa, desperate to find a repairman who could fix an electrical problem that was causing my mother-in-law to be without AC in the stifling Tulsa heat. I called on Saturday and Nathanial Wilson was at her house in 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the entire panel had to be replaced and relocated. Nathaniel secured all the necessary parts and completed the work the same day. It took several hours, but by 6:00pm the box was installed and the AC was functioning. For a Saturday, the service was incredibly fast. It was also thorough and completed as described. Nathaniel gave us three cost options and was clear about the differences for each one.

  This was an expensive repair, but given what had to be done, I absolutely believe we were given all the options and given an appropriate price. My mother-in-law is 81 and wary of strangers in her house, but Nathaniel was excellent with her and put her at ease.

  We received excellent, incredibly timely service from Mr. Electric of Tulsa. I recommend them very highly and Nathanial was really excellent.

  They covered their shoes with booties to keep from soiling my carpet and I really do appreciate that. They fixed the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink. They took their time cleaning out the pipes and making sure that the pipes didn't leak. They did a great job on repairing the dripping faucet in the bathroom. Michael cleaned up the work area after he fixed everything. These gentlemen were a great blessing to me. I would definitely recommend them as they are professional, conscientious, friendly and care about the quality of their work. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We called Acts of Service plumbing to see if they could get us in quickly.
  Not only did they schedule us in within a few days, but they also worked with our schedule in being home for the service. Ricky came out to cap the gas line and was super friendly. My kids kept going into our laundry room to watch him work and he played with them, even though he was trying to get a job done. He even tightened up our washer line so it wouldn’t leak and fixed one of our shower’s draining problems before leaving. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. Not only that, but the best part about this business was their shared Christian values. We won’t use another service in Tulsa—this business is our go-to from now on! Would highly recommend!!!!

They were only coming up with two options for me, one of which was super expensive and the other was not working. I called superior air services. James came to look at the issue and I explained various things that were happening along with the fact that we had a new thermostat installed. To which he then spent a solid 15 minutes reading the manual to our new thermostat and determined that it wasn’t configured correctly for our system. He re-wired it and the system has worked great ever since. Every interaction I have had with someone from this company has been outstanding and professional. Would recommend them for anyone. They’re not out here to take your money and just want to help!

The office returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment within a few days. She explained that the electrician would review with me the things I wanted done, give me a written bid for my approval and begin work that day. We had several lighting and smoke detector issues to resolve, indoor and outdoor. Lucas, from K&K Electric was patient and willing to educate us about ways to accomplish our desires and the cost trade-off for the more difficult tasks. We determined the color of lighting we found most pleasant was in the 3,000K-3,500K range. Some of the lighting problems we had were improved with higher wattage bulbs in the 3000K-3,500K range rather than installing new light or fan fixtures for the time being. New can lights with dimmer switch and under counter lighting in the color range we like made everything in the kitchen much more pleasant and bright. Also, he got the fire alarm system in sync so they all go off if one goes off. Before starting any work, Lucas put together a list of items and cost for the work. He made a list if we did everything and a list for the main items we thought were most important to do first, so there were no surprises. We still have “to do’s” on the list, especially outdoor lighting, so we can attack those things later.

Fortunately the technician from Professional Appliance that came out to do the repair did an incredible job getting it to work like new. Had a very unique problem that included ball bearings falling out of rack assembly and getting lodged in the drain but he resolved the issue professionally, and with definite expertise.
