During the cleaning I got a call from Maids in Brown, and the woman told me that the cleaners said there was something in the tub they couldn't get out, and that my place might require more than a standard cleaning and I'd have to pay more money. I had no idea what she was talking about, but after hanging up I went to the bathroom and asked the cleaners what the issue with the tub was, which looked fine. They showed me a photo of the tub covered in this red-brown dripping liquid, and said it appeared after they poured bleach in the tub. My tub is cast-iron, so that's why that happened. You're not supposed to use bleach on cast-iron tubs because it immediately causes it to rust and can stain. Anyway, I think the tub will probably be fine, it was just a little frustrating to get the call and deal with a lot of miscommunication, because the woman who called me seemed to think the photo the cleaners sent showed the tub when they got there, not after they poured bleach on it. And in general I think cleaners should probably learn what not to use bleach on before they use it. The cleaners were perfectly nice and did a good job otherwise, but I won't be using Maids in Brown after this incident.

Floors weren't swept or mopped. These were the things I specifically asked the salesperson for and why I got that "upgraded" package. This was a Friday night, so I waited until the weekday to call to complain, and the lady said I needed to send an email with pictures. I did, and Erica (the manager) responded saying that I missed the 48hr window in their fine print, and tried to justify the lack of work done. Complete waste of time and money. I'm surprised no one has sued them for deceptive trade practices for their bait and switch scam tactics. Their bad reviews are the accurate ones. Save yourself the headache and AVOID them.

The technician was very professional. He took and showed me pictures of everything as he went. He explained everything in layman's terms, and actually had technical devices that he used and explained the readings, where they should be, etc. If this company was this thorough for my free estimate, I can't imagine what they'll do for paid services! I had just had my dryer vent cleaned, and the dryer was still malfunctioning. I didn't trust that the previous company had done a proper job, but it turns out, they did. Homesafe could have easily bilked me and went ahead and charged me unnecessarily. The technician did not. He were honest and ended up walking away after only the free estimate. He also shared info on next steps, which he didn't have to do. Helpful. Courteous. Professional. And most importantly, HONEST. If you're looking for dryer vent service, look no more. I would highly recommend Homesafe.

We had to reroute the whole dryer to a new location which included drilling a hole through brick for the new vent. He was very meticulous and I can tell he cares about doing the job right. They don’t know how to teach their new cleaners and try to blame them for errors when they should have been taught better, they also lie about their services and what their prices are actually based on by claiming they should get paid more based on just how “dusty” your place is, like what? I suggested they use my Pledge instead of just pushing dust around with water on our wood (water on wood, seriously?) and then they literally left with it when it clearly wasn’t theirs! Also suggested they wear shoe coverings I provided for them myself that I paid for out of my own pocket so that they don’t walk dirt over the areas they just cleaned and they ended up slipping them off. They don’t speak a lick of english, tell you to let them know if everything is good enough afterwards, then become incredibly rude when you are able to show them that there’re a few things that they missed. Incredibly rude and condescending customer service when they don’t understand you, which is all the time and was just the worst. It took them over 2 and a half hours with 4 people to clean less than 700 sq ft and they had the gall to tell me it was because my home was as big as a mansion (it’s a one floor one bedroom one bathroom condo I kid you not). For reference, my other house in a different state is 3 floors, over 2200 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and that take 2 hours max with 2 people for better quality work at $25 cheaper than what this company charges. Yes I know, just ridiculous. You can find any better service than this for not much more expensive at all, and doing so would save you so much time and headache that it’s well worth it to look elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, Do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE

  Edit: I am raising my one star review up to a four-star review because the owner smoothly agreed to pay for all the damages and in the past (about 3-4 visits prior), they’d always done a good job.

He came out from their office that same day and did a walk through of the house with me and agreed that the technician could have done a much better job.

  He later came out himself and re-did the entire carpet cleaning. I haven't looked at it myself yet, but my mother-in-law is at home and called to let me know that it looks 100% better so I am really pleased with the resolution! She let me know that he did an amazing job. Peter apologized that it took him having to come out to make this right and assured me that if we needed their services in the future, this would not be a problem.

  Every company can have a customer situation go south, but not every company will take the steps to make it right, and Warren & Sons came through and delivered what they promised. I have deleted my previous review because my first experience with them was wonderful and this experience turned out well in the long run too.

  I really appreciate them making the effort to come out and make things right. I think that's really valuable in a company!! Thank you Peter for coming out and taking care of our home. I really appreciate it and will continue to use you guys in the future!

I was unable to be there and didn’t see the house again until after it had several viewings. There was still some debris from remodeling and the laundry room and entryway needed to be scrubbed out badly. The carpet had already been shampooed and 3/4 bedrooms were already cleaned. When I finally saw my house again after the cleaning, I saw that the toilet and shower still had drywall dust and vinyl debris stuck to them showing that they hadn’t been touched. The kitchen counters still had sawdust etc. The cabinets and drawers still had debris in all of them and stuck on food in one drawer. Closed cabinets in the laundry room still had debris from shoe storage. I could go on. They had multiple people there about 5 hours based on doorbell cam. They took smoke breaks and had chats right outside my door multiple times. They charged me $575 after quoting me $70 an hour and not telling me that was the apparent minimum. I paid it with the assurance that the house was very clean and ready to go. A few weeks later I saw all that had been missed and called and asked for either a partial refund or for someone to come and finish those tasks that had been completely missed. Christina argued with me and sat there and complained about how awful the laundry room, entryway, and walls were and how long it took to clean. She said she personally witnessed someone clean all the things that hadn’t been done. My biggest complaint aside from the poor service and high cost is that she wasn’t honest and didn’t at least tell me they didn’t finish what I trusted them to take care of. I expected my house to be fully clean and presentable to buyers. I went with this company for the good reviews and expected better. I’m not the type of person who tries to BS people and get refunds. I was blatantly ripped off and lied to by this company. I would avoid commercially clean. I will be going back to doing my own clean outs because I know I can get the job done right. I regret not putting aside time to do it!

The job requested for your FOUR employees to complete was mainly the kitchen (cabinets, walls, countertops), 3 regular sized windows (bd, dining, kitchen), 2 relatively small bathrooms, and the floor to be mopped.

Your manager is the one who walked through and quoted it as a 2 hour job because our home was so clean! She asked if we wanted the walls in our bedroom to be wiped down which would require more time. It was at that time I told her it was not necessary and that all of the trim had already been wiped down, just the floors and window in the next bedroom needed to be done. I left shortly after. My husband remained and said one of your employees asked what needed to be done and was directed specifically to the dining room window which I ended up having to actually clean when I returned that evening and left my initial review.

We paid and tipped your crew under the pretense that all items requested had been completed thoroughly. It wasn't until an hour after your crews departure that the person who referred you had to call your crew back because the walls around the range had not been cleaned. I came home later that evening to look over the job since I was told you all had to come back to find that the windows were not even touched hence again my initial review.

Trust me when I say you arent the only one shocked! The fact that you would respond as though you did me a favor! GOH! Be happy I didnt have before and after photos! Your crew was over 30mins late, had 2 people per section, returned and I still had to clean thereafter. Your manager quoted 2 hours and if she needed more time than she should have informed us!

All future customers: It is obvious this company requires direct supervision. Be sure to cover yourself and take before/after photos. Customer service is not customer service anymore! So as stated before, they are a friendly bunch of young adults…double check the work completed before payment.

I contacted Grace about cleaning our home and scheduled with her to do a walk through. She texted less than an hour before to reschedule for the next day (3/16/22).

We did meet for the walkthrough the next day. We agreed upon a price, and Grace informed me that her next available deep clean appointment was 3/31/22. We scheduled for that date.

On 3/31/22, she contacted me again less than an hour before to inform me she couldn’t make it. She offered to come 4/2/22 and give us a 10% discount. I felt this was reasonable, so we accepted.

Today (4/2/22) she contacted me just over an hour before to let me know she wasn’t coming. Given that we’ve been scheduled with her for over two weeks and already agreed to reschedule once, I am extremely upset with her lack of professionalism. We were depending on her coming today, and we have now had to cancel our plans with our son so that my husband and I can clean the house. Screenshots attached.

Grace could be a great cleaner – I didn’t get the chance to find out. Unfortunately, she’s incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. She’s currently advertising for new business on Facebook and Craigslist, but it appears she does not have availability to take new clients.

  The team that came out for the cleaning day was on time and got right to work. On the inspection day they showed up and corrected a handful of items that the inspector pointed out. At the end of it all we cleared base housing with $0 in charges and a stress free move out.

  These folks know all the trouble areas that base housing looks for and the huge plus is that they come to the inspection to police up anything they may have missed…because face it, we are all human and rarely achieve perfection on the first attempt. They stood by their work and ensured we were fully satisfied. I can't say enough great things about their service.

We had to call them 3 times to get them to email us the document and while on the phone with one of the representatives of this company during this time they told us they kept forgetting. On the day of inspection they never showed up to my house to conduct the cleaning we had scheduled and when called they said its "PCS season and told us they could reschedule". We just canceled ther service because of how unprofessional, rude, lazy and neglectful this company was with us. I'll never recommend them to anyone with the extremely poor service my family recieved.

She was incredibly friendly, professional, and super thorough, I felt very comfortable with my experience.   I felt a little uneasy letting a group of people into my home when I was not here but they were so professional that the fear faded away very quickly. The cleaning team was super prompt and did an incredible job.

  For disclosure, we have a very large home where the residents are a pair of very messy and busy guys with dogs that shed an infinite amount that they defy the laws of physics, but the cleaning team handled it so well. I had no idea that my home could look so clean and spectacular, they managed to clean 3+ years of crud like it was nothing. They polished every surface, dusted every corner, pulled every piece of furniture, handled all the linens, and left the house smelling wonderful.

We have hired various individual house cleaners over the years and they just don’t last or they get too overwhelmed or it’s inconsistent. I finally hired The Maids and my team is absolutely amazing! They allow my whole life to run! Debra, Juanita, Maria Garcia, and sometimes Juana and Brenda all come in and clean the entire house in 1 hour! Magic! Each week they change our sheets, dust, vacuum, disinfect kitchens, and bathrooms, clear trashes. The clean is always reliable and always very impressive. They clean my house first thing in the morning, they are always on time and when I am home they are incredibly enjoyable company while I am doing bits and pieces of the house as well. Very sweet and always working happily with each other, it makes my whole day motivated. I have grown very fond of all of them and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free, fantastic clean, for any occasion or frequency. Thank you guys!

Then each week they would arrive 1, 2 & sometimes up to 4 hours late with no phone call! Consistency is key and keeping the same girls (so they know your house) is important. Now fast-forward that I'm looking for a company I saw a dove and had to leave a review. Sadly I can't give them a second chance because my time is obviously not valuable and it's ok to show up to a job hours late!
• 505piano rated it 1/5: Tried to use this business, but after 4 times of Adove failing to show up and having to reschedule, I said no more. The last excuse from the owner was: "I wasn't sure which day it was." So, didn't you put it on your schedule when we scheduled by phone? Did it ever occur to her to pick up the phone to call me ahead of time to verify if she wasn't sure of the day? Too bad, as the company has received good reviews. The owner lied twice in the same call, as she couldn't keep her excuses straight! How she ever managed to be in business for 30 years, as she claimed, I'll never know. Horrible business skills and no common sense.
