He also provided quick and thorough service of our A/C unit, and provided sound advice on what caused our issue, and how to prevent it in the future. We will call ServiceOne for future HVAC maintenance and repair, and consider their other services as well.

  • Frank Tinney rated it 5/5: I use Service One for my home warranty and they also replaced my heat and AC system, so I had them come do my annual check as well. Alan, the Technician who came, was so knowledgeable and thorough- we're talking wow level service here. Highly recommended.
  • Scott Piper rated it 5/5: The service tech Alan was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He went a little above and beyond and took care of everything I needed and helped educate me on things I didn't know. I would definitely recommend using the service and would give two thumbs up to Alan and his work
  • Heath Gerlock rated it 5/5: ServiceOne did excellent work. John, one of their sales engineers, worked with me closely over three visits to understand my business needs and budget. I picked an option that met my needs from multiple proposals. The group of guys that did the work were very polite. They showed up on time. They we're careful with the equipment. The install looks very sharp/professional—zip tied wires, made a plate for the thermostat, unit heater hangs nice and square… looks very "neat", which I appreciate and for which I am willing to pay extra. They ran into some blockers and required extra parts, but they persisted and got the job done the same day. I called MUD and had the gas turned on the day after the install. I called ServiceOne and the installers were back out to check that everything worked as expected within an hour. Also, they showed me how to use the thermostat and talked about how the system was setup.

Overall this level of attention to detail, timeliness, and quality work is uncommon. That's why I keep voting for ServiceOne with my dollars!

  • Ing Teck Wee rated it 5/5: Alex is the technician who came to my house for dishwasher repair. He is fantastic and professional! He ran through all the tests after he completed the job. His work is excellent, and he is kind enough to explain things to me. Besides that, he helped me resolve my concern about the recently purchased microwave. He found the problem immediately and opened a ticket to get it repaired. With him taking care of all my appliances, what else can I ask for more 🙂

  • Jaci Garreans rated it 5/5: Wonderfully easy scheduling process.
I was able to get a next day appointment online. Communication was superb for this process.
Mike was very professional and engaging. He let me know after a quick diagnosis that the transmission repair would not be worth the money as the cost would be greater than just replacing the washer itself. He then spent time having a conversation with me on pros and cons of different styles and options, recommendations for a replacement with good longevity, and answering my questions regarding options for what would work for my laundry room space and meet my needs best. We discussed the value of different types of warrantees. When asked, he also took the time to talk with me about the other appliances in my home and what to watch out for as common issues for each type/model as well as the signs for when to repair vs replace them. A pleasant experience all around even though I will need to get a new washer now. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again when needed.
  • Tony Vacanti rated it 5/5: Great experience overall. The scheduling and coordination was streamlined/effortless. Kudos to the staff for a great process and tons of transparency built into every step. The day of the repair went very smoothly, Derek was super professional and friendly. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our ice maker and other aspects of the fridge. He was thorough in everything he did, going above and beyond to make sure his job was done well and that our fridge was working well. We won't hesitate to work with you all again in the future, keep up the great level of service!

Gretchen Roe rated it 5/5: My 25 yr old raised vent behind my cooktop had basically stopped working. John was able to diagnose the issue and check to see if parts were still available. He gave me an honest assessment on repair vs. purchasing a new vent.
He was very helpful in suggesting many options.
He also told me there would not be a second service call charge if I decided to have them order parts and come back later to repair it. I was very pleased with his honest assessment and advice.

Most relevant reviews:

  • Danielle Beebe rated it 5/5: Brad was outstanding. Within five minutes of digging into the washer, he knew the problem and the action we needed to take. It wasn’t good news, but his personality and kindness made it easy to swallow. He also was so generous! He made a quick lap of our appliances and told us how to properly care for them and how to avoid common issues that need repaired. Best of all, he was SO SWEET and patient with our fur babies! 🥰
  • Christopher Pelach rated it 5/5: Andy's was prompt and professional. They had a tech out weeks before any other company could, and he was honest and professional. He pointed out that the parts for my fridge were still under warranty so I should go through the original retailer for the repair. While this meant a delay due to the other company's lack of available technicians, it saved me several hundred dollars on the repair. That kind of honesty and integrity speaks volumes about Andy's and I will use their service again.
  • Doug Seaman rated it 5/5: Had a dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Before we committed to buying a new one we thought we’d try to repair it. So glad we did. Thanks to Dennis and his knowledge and experience we are up and running again!

  • richard duncan rated it 5/5: I called because my oven was not working. An appointment was scheduled for the next week and I received a call the night before confirming the hour time frame they would arrive. The technician arrived almost to the minute he said he would! He was thorough, friendly, and explained the issues clearly. He gave me the cost estimate up front and did not pressure a repair. We ultimately declined repair due to cost and age of the range, but I will definitely call Andy's again if I have an issue with an appliance because I trust they will provide great service again!

A big shout out to Chris the plumber. He takes great pride in his work and is a most conscience and industrious professional. Special thanks to the amazing Ms. Taylor who kept me informed and up to date throughout the process. Thank you!

  • john winnail rated it 5/5: John was our technician. He did an absolutely fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even removed his shoes before entering the house and was conscientious about protecting the floor and area around where he was working to prevent damaging anything. He knew what was wrong and was able to get the repair done very quickly. John took the time to explain the issues and answer all our questions.
Thank you so much, John. We appreciate you and the effort you put in.
We highly recommend ASAP and John, if you can get him.

  • Missy Smith rated it 1/5: They came to my home to give me an estimate for hooking up a new kitchen sink. Including putting together the new sink together and one shut off valve. A 400.00 dollar service from any other company I spoke with and that was the high side of them. The estimate he gave me was for 1235.00 a complete rip off never use this company. They want me to pay 149.00 for an estimate. He was at my home less than 5 minutes and not a tool used are you kidding. What a joke. I didn't realize they would be 4 times higher than any other plumber. What a complete scam I bet they just make money from the estimates and never actually do any work.
I would like to ad that after posting this review they had me call the office manager who was not in. The assistant manager did end up waiving the fee. I was told the new program they are using is sometimes not good.

Jen Mitchell rated it 1/5: Made an appt Saturday for a repair in Wednesday. Scheduled the appt for 8am-12pm. When I called at 12:10, they said they have me for 12-5. Can't turn back time, so I accepted the mistake. Now at 5:30, no repair , no response. Nothing like waiting 9 hours for nothing. Such an inconvenience a to work around a work schedule

Most relevant reviews:

  • Marissa Kreifels rated it 5/5: We had a condenser go out on our refrigerator and after a terrible experience dealing directly with the manufacturer, we got great help and advice on what to research/questions to ask from All Appliance, then ultimately had them handle the repair rather than going through a insanely lengthy process with the manufacturer. Our fridge was fixed promptly with the right part (rather than waiting for actual MONTHS for a repair). Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service!
  • Laurey Steinke rated it 5/5: This business keeps my appliances running for decades. They have repaired my oven, my dryer and my dishwasher (several times!). Thermostats have gone out–no problem. Dishwasher clogged? They advise me on how to keep it from doing that. Faucet hook up on the mobile dishwasher not working? They know what to do, and didn't try to replace the extra parts I thought I needed. My oven worked better than brand new after they worked on it. They come out in a timely manner and charge a fair price. Highly recommend.
  • Cathy Campbell rated it 5/5: Tim was so knowledgable about the Maytag machines that we recently purchased! I thought we were going to have to replace the machines, but the problems were fixable! Tim quickly and thoroughly identified the problems in each machine & explained it all so well. He had everything needed on hand and fixed the problem quickly. He also explained to us how these machines respond in different settings and gave us advice on how to use the machine efficiently to prevent future issues. All of this was done in a friendly & kind manner. I could tell that Tim knows what he is doing and enjoys his work! If I ever need to use this service again I will be requesting Tim! Thank you for your service!
  • John Dickerson rated it 5/5: We have used All Appliance a number of times for years to repair washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc. They give good advice on what to expect on the age of an appliance and how long it might last before replacement is necessary.

Stacia Payne rated it 3/5: The service technicians are excellent but you have to watch Sears billing. They'll try to charge you twice for the diagnostic fee if they have to come twice for the same service call.

  • janelle krings rated it 5/5: Service man showed up on time! Was very knowledgeable, and courteous! He was able to fix both washer and drier on the same day not needing to reschedule for parts! I would definitely recommend them!
  • BrianJ Masters rated it 5/5: I called LG after a local repair man checked my fridge and said he believes it's a compressor issue. Kosivi came out from A&E appliance which in text told me to review here. He was quick and professional. Told me LG would cover all expenses and replaced the compressor which he had with him in his service vehicle. My local guy wanted to charge me $500 to replace it once LG sent the part so I greatly appreciate their quick repairs all under warranty.

  • Lois Heidenescher rated it 1/5: It took 2 weeks to get anyone here to look at it. Our washing machine was not fixed. The repairman hooked up his computer to the computer of the washer and it told him nothing was wrong. He did not ask to run a load or turn it on to see what the problem was. It was still broke when he left. We did not call back because we couldn't wait another 2 weeks for them to come back. We had to hire someone else to fix it. They were here in two days. Had it fixed 9 days later due to the weekends. They also checked the connections. With checking out the whole washer, they found that the inner tub had a broken nut. A new nut was ordered and the washer was fixed.
  • Jane Tenbroeck rated it 1/5: Repairmen came twice in June for our clothes washer, concluding that we needed a part, and they would order it. We waited the prescribed 10 days, but they would not confirm or deny finding the part. After many more calls, they said the part was discontinued and we were to be called by the Resolution Dept. We were never called. We called them repeatedly, only to be put on hold for over an hour each time, then they disconnected. We have a warranty that will not run out till next May, and they are required to replace the washer. Obviously they are trying to renege on their warranty. We are ready to report them to the Attorney General.

Cheryl Downey rated it 1/5: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TECHNICIANS ARE NOT TRAINED, AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE TO SELL YOU A WARRANTY. Our dryer turned itself off due to it getting too hot. Called a Sears where we had purchased it to repair it. The technician arrived an hour over the time quoted. He did a diagnostic test on it, and said he had no idea what was wrong because everything checked out fine. He then said let's just change out the heating element because it's probably ready to go out. He then told me about the Home Warranty System. I told him it wouldn't do me any good cause I have all GE Monogram appliances and Sears doesn't cover the Monogram line. He called and spoke with a guy from their sales dept who supposedly said they now do cover it. I asked to speak with the guy to confirm it, and he said he disconnected the call. I thought I'd trust his word and sign up; so I did.
The next day the dryer was still heating up too much so I called back in. They sent the same tech out. He told me he only fixed lawn mowers and snow blowers. He informed me Sears does NOT provide training on fixing appliances, basically they just ride around and shadow with another tech. He called another tech who told him to change out the thermostat, and the tech walked him through on the phone how to do it. I paid for the appt, parts, and warranty program. Today our cooktop exhaust started acting up, I called in to Sears Warranty Dept where I was transferred six times after giving them my name and phone number. I was then told, contrary to what the tech told us to sell a home warranty, they do NOT cover our GE Monogram appliances and even though we paid for everything, our warranty is not considered "Active" for another month. I'd have to pay the full amount for a service call and parts. I was COMPLETELY LIED TO AND DECEIVED. We will definitely be canceling this and filing a complaint.

  • Charlotte Pfingsten rated it 5/5: Fixed the heating elements of my oven and went really well! Professional, quick, and really nice quality.
  • Ron Myers rated it 4/5: they worked on my Craftsman ZTR mower, needed bolts that had fallen out, had to send for new bolts. was very pleased with them, my only problem was there time of visit was 8am till 5pm. seems like they could narrow that down a little. mower runs great now.

  • Erica Perna rated it 1/5: Stay FAR FAR away from this company. We attempted to use them to repair our Kenmore water softener, that stopped running and would not drain. We had to call them to come back out 3x. Each time they claimed to have fixed the issue and each time we were charged. The 3rd visit was to re-evaluate what the SAME tech had done the 1st 2 time, that didn’t work. We had turned the unit turned off because it would continue to fill with water and not drain. The tech turned it on and failed to turn it off when he left the storage room the 3rd time. The next morning we woke up to a flooded basement. Sears referred us to Sedgwick claim services to have the damage assessed and repaired – which we did. Had to call and follow up with the local office at least 10x- couldn’t get anyone to return our calls for our claim follow up. Finally they responded that our claim was denied- we had to prove it was a Sears product (it’s a Kenmore….) and that the original work order from the tech said that they were originally called out because it was leaking, which was not something we filled out or signed but was actually submitted by the tech. It wasn’t leaking, it wasn’t draining. The tech was very difficult to understand.
The 2nd time we called we requested a different tech, the scheduling agent insured us she would assign someone different, which she didn’t. The same tech came out for all 3 calls. I’m not sure if the tech knew we requested someone different and intentionally left the water on to the unit or if he truly didn’t know how to repair it. Between the poor service from Sears and the poor unprofessional scam service from Sedgwick. I’d avoid both, it cost us $500+ to have someone come out and clean up the basement and we bought a new water softener…. STAY AWAY!!!

  • Deb Friedrichsen rated it 5/5: I had been told by another company that the glass replacement for my oven door wasn’t available anymore. Brandon Wolfe found it, ordered it, and replaced it. He was fast, reliable, and cleaned up after himself.
  • Melody Stark rated it 1/5: I have used Jackson in the past. This year I went with a different company. (Better pricing for winter check up) Because I thought Jackson was a great family owned company I decided to contact them to see if they could give me an estimate on repairs. I was told to speak to Todd. When I called Todd, he acted like I was bothering him and asking for the moon. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them for future services.
  • Ariel Salinas rated it 1/5: Literally almost got ran over by someone driving these vans. Wish they would've slowed down so I could get the plate number & report it but I just saw the company name on the van. I know who ill be staying away from if I ever need heating services.

  • Stacy Schoonover rated it 5/5: I had them out (Trinidad) to service my washing machine yesterday. He was punctual, honest, and very thorough (showing me a video of my machine and what was wrong). I then purchased a used washing machine through them due to mine needing too much work and me needing one quickly. They gave me a great discount and got rid of my old one for me. My new machine is up and running and I’m thrilled! They had a great selection for my needs. They were great to work with and I’m very happy!! I would highly recommend them!! So glad we found them!
