They fixed my washing machine in 30 min. An the mechanic showed up with tools very professional an the part he fixed was only 100$ for a coupler motor an transmission was good he said the last mechanic from reddi industries didn’t know what he was doing or he was lying

Called Reddi early in the morning and received a very quick call back from dispatch to set up a same day appointment time that I felt was extremely reasonable on what is probably a very busy day for them. Cole, the service tech called in a timely manner to inform on the way. Arrive well within the arrange time slot. Job done professionally and being the second time I have used this company this year. - Joseph Skidmore rated it 5/5: Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.
Excellent service and excellent work ethic! - Carley Dodson rated it 3/5: The two men that came out fixed the problem quickly, but they were also quick to leave without any explanation of service, just a quick bill. When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.
Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.
- Richard Burke rated it 1/5: This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.
When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.
Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%
I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.
I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

They got into the roof and cleaned my very clogged vent and saw that my neighbor -it's a duplex- was very clogged as well. They waited for me to get ahold of the neighbor so their vent could be cleaned as well. Super nice and helpful, kind and professional techs. They went the extra mile and I would recommend the service 10 out of 10.

Very friendly, did a great job, and even took an extra step to adjust a previously crooked install to align the dishwasher in our cabinets better. Would definitely recommend!

anthony lewis rated it 5/5: Shawn came out to my house to check on my Samsung refrigerator the freezer had all of a sudden gone out. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue was the sealed system condenser and told us it was a expensive fix but if its within 5 yrs then its covered under Samsung warranty. Great news it was within the window and so we submitted it to Samsung and they where not going to fix it and issue a refund or replacement. But then they came back and said they would not due to the part was a tray not the sealed system. This presented a BIG issue i reached out to Shawn again and he told me the condenser is attached to the tray its the same part all one part and fits the criteria for the sealed system. After reaching back out to Samsung i kept getting the run around and it continued to be a nu since and they kept denying it. Then i reached back to Shawn him and his staff went above and beyond and talked to there engineering an explained its all one piece and then it was indeed the condenser and tray together and after 6 hrs of back and forth and not having a freezer for over a month they finally granted me to be refunded due to the part on permanent back order. With out Shawn and his amazing team i would be SOL but he went out of his way and made sure i was taken care of. This is a family owned company that truly cares about there customers. Thanks Shawn and your team for an amazing customer experience!

Shawn came out and fixed our ice machine and was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure every question i had was answered thoroughly. John was my service guy. Came in like a pro but fail miserably at the end……I had this big rant, but at the end of the day; he didn't keep his word. After explaining my time off work, he assured me we would not have any issues. Apparently he did make a note about our conversation, or he's just a man who can't keep his "word"! Anyways ask for a Google review after you make sure you leave a happy customer. Otherwise I would never thought to review a service center.

I checked the GFCI and the breaker and after that I was out of ideas so I called Rick's appliance repair to make an appointment for a technician to come to my home. As we were setting the appointment the manager asked to speak with me. He had me look under my kitchen sink for a light switch that turns the power on and off to the dishwasher. As you guessed it had gotten bumped and was in the off position. Thank you Rick's Appliance for helping me to troubleshoot the problem over the phone!!!! I appreciate the assistance and excellent customer service!

Just had the worst experience ever with this company. I called twice to verify the parts were in before driving from Hutchinson. Mariah told me they would be at will-call. When my wife arrived, they did not have one of the parts even though they "had seven in stock". The person at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful, and sent us out not even offering to cover our gas. Barely could muster an apology and took 0 responsibility for their problem.Don't EVER buy from this company. Such a scam. Don't care 1 bit about individual paying customers. Pathetic excuse for a business.

Kelley and Dawson came out and it only cost us about $200. It was a small, easy fix. A new unit was not needed. Today I called in the morning. They came out this afternoon. I had a clogged drain line. It was fixed in about half an hour. I will definitely be using them for all my heating and cooling issues going forward. Great company!

My Goodman system was state of the art, but the service technician had access to Goodman's system installation department, conducted himself professionally with their techs, and worked out technical concerns in a timely manner.
My system has been installed for > 6 weeks now without issue, and though I paid a little more for the 20 SEER system, I couldn't be happier with the performance, efficiency, and how quickly my house cools.
In total there were 4 primary workers who all worked well as a team, the system took about 12 hours to install, but they removed the old and installed the new and cleaned up any mess as they went.

He was so nice and knew his business.he told me the part I needed was not at his store. He ordered it and when it came in he was at my house to install it.He is so well mannered an very honest. I wasn't charged for the cost of the visit the first time he came. All I had to pay was parts and labor. I'm 82 years old and he is one of the nicest and well mannered young men I ever had come to my home for repair. This company is family owned and know how to keep customers very happy. I recomend this company to anyone that needs appliances repaired. They are definitely a 5 star rating.

She consulted with her technician, who told me, more than likely there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. She then talked to her tech who said he could be to my place in about an hour. I said let’s do it. Technician got there, told me that my refrigerator was fine, did not need a repair!! I only owed for a small service call fee. The dispatcher and the Technician were very respectful and honest the whole way through.I highly recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs! Thank you for taking care of my family!!!

He went above and beyond to educate me about preventative maintenance to keep my dryer in top working order for years to come. Living in Andover it can be hard to find companies to service this area. He did a great job to make me feel more like a friend than a customer! It’s nice to finally find a good, wholesome company I can trust for appliance repair.
- Brett S rated it 5/5: update: We had another problem with our Dryer not heating. They came out diagnosed and didnt have the correct equipment to repair. We were leaving town and needed it done that night. They ended up coming back with the equipment at 9:30pm and were "able" to get it fixed for us. They will really go out of their way to keep their customers happy.

Said they would be out Friday and showed up Friday morning to fixed it. I would recommend Spiker to everyone as they are true to their word when they will show up, very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable priced. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Call after a month and they told me it was in the warehouse and it would be sent out and repairman would come and replace stove top. Every two weeks I would call since I kept not getting a stove top and same answer till September. Finally they said it is not in stock and I am now waiting for a refund and NO stove top! Not at all pleased with their poor communication with their products or other staff. Sears service has went down hill with their customer service since it is difficult for them and you to understand each other.

My only complaint was the phone service trying to get the service set up. No one who does not speak first language English should be trying to trouble shoot problems over the phone The first time I called I hung up because he could not understand me and I could not understand him - Mike Davis rated it 1/5: LG scheduled the appointment for us to have a technician come out to diagnose and give us an estimate. The service charge was $99 which would be deducted from the cost of the repair if we had them do the work. After checking the dryer and giving me a price of $84 for the part and another $124 for labor the technician said that they did not deduct the cost of the $99 trip fee from the cost of the repair. He diagnosed the problem and specifically told me it was a Thermostor and corrected me when I said thermostat so I assumed he knew what he was talking about.
He said he could order the part and could return in TWO weeks to put it in because that was the first available time they would be available. He advised we could order the part and replace it ourselves if we wanted and told me what I should get. I ordered the part he said only to find out it wasn't actually the Thermostor but instead was the thermostat so I had the wrong part so we still don't have a working dryer. Nothing they said was accurate and I would recommend you never do business with these scam artists.
