After the cleaning and the inspection was completed they were able to show us where a crack in our fireplace was and we scheduled a follow up appointment to repair the crack on the spot. They are coming out this week to repair it, only 2 weeks after the initial inspection.

These guys were polite, social, tidy and informative and made sure I knew everything I need to about my "new" gas insert before leaving.

GLUE EVERYWHERE!! When we confronted them about how it looked they responded with “well that’s expensive glue! You should be happy that we use those high quality materials” it took me 2 hours and my own materials and labor to make it not look like hot trash.I would never do business with them ever again and you shouldn't either. This is my only google review and that should say something because the service was that bad.

Michael Brown rated it 1/5: The tech, Brandon Dominguez, was assigned to clean our chimney flue and replace our firebox firewalls. I mentioned to the tech (11-15-2022) that I had burned a fire the previous night and that I had a special fireplace vacuum that would allow me to vacuum embers that may be still hot from the previous night.
He assured me that he had a vacuum that would do the job.

It turned out that the fireplace embers he vacuumed burned through his vacuum and damaged my rug in several spots in addition to a spot on my hardwood floors. Obviously, I did not pay their invoice, now they have created more damage than the $489 invoice as the rug that they damaged cost nearly $4,000.

The tech mentioned that he had an expert carpet repair referral that could restore the damaged carpet. The carpet repair tech called to tell me that my pictures were much different than the ones sent to him by this company and that he is out, he doesn't want to do business with anyone that is deceptive like that.

Today, the company’s tech Brandon called me to say that he cannot help me if I refuse to pay the $489 invoice.

Now we have to buy another carpet for our lower level.

The owner, Leo Martin, has not returned my call.

Do not conduct any business with this company, they are not ethical and have no integrity, the tech was moving so fast he wasn’t careful and created 10X more damage than the invoice we owe.

They not only took care of my repairs promptly but also pointed out areas of concern on my roof that I did not even know about. Special thanks to Benjamin who came back out to make sure that the work was done to standard. I've never seen that before with another company. Not only does it work well, it looks spectacular as special attention was taken to make it look realistic. We are very pleased with Chip who listened carefully to our needs and installed our logs exactly according to our needs and in a very timely manner. He was careful to make sure his work was done neatly and cleaned up after he was done. He was also very pleasant the entire time. We could not be happier with the end product.

I have a 55 y/o home and it’s anything but typical in construction. He wasn’t phased at all and knew exactly what to do. I feel like I got my money’s worth having an expert with the right gear come and really look over my chimney. Plus the time saved by having the options immediately available to fix my system was quicker and easier for me and that provides more value for what I paid.
Samer Melhem rated it 1/5: The chimney on our house was leaning onto our roof. I had already had another company straighten the chimney with supports external to the chimney chase. I asked chimney solutions to give me an estimate regarding supporting the chimney via angle irons internal to the chimney chase (which their website states is how they support chimneys such as mine) as an added measure of support. Despite being able to describe the situation in detail, I still had to pay $200 for someone to come to my house. Chip Carruth showed up. After his visit he sent me a quote for straightening and bracing the chimney, changing the chase cover, and applying a "flash seal" to my flashing. I had just had the flashing redone after having my chimney straightened and was in the process of pricing chase cover replacements so I asked Chip how much to just install the braces. It was at that point that I stopped getting any response. Despite multiple calls and emails, I was simply ignored. Very disrespectful. $200 wasted. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Marcus came out and let us know exactly what the status was of our fireplace and chimney and sent us a quote. After calling several companies, it was evident they were the best priced.

During the whole "pre-sales" process, Marcus was available for conversation and texts to build my confidence in their company. We ultimately went with Advanced Chimney Sweeps after months of conversation.

During the installation process, Marcus and his crew was polite, professional and great to talk to keeping us up to date at ever turn of the install. Marcus stayed until the job was complete and went above and beyond making sure that everything was done to our satisfaction, showing us pictures of the cap/rain pan and explaining to us the warranties.

We look forward to seeing Marcus and his team for our annual fireplace maintenance.

I had no luck with two other companies but Sam from Project Chimney was able to come out the day after I called! He arrived on time, did a thorough assessment, explained the issue and presented a solution. Once everything was fixed he allowed me to take a video of him giving step-by-step instructions for future use. He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend Sam and this company. You won’t be disappointed!

We just moved into our home and I had no idea we needed to have the gas fireplaces checked and serviced. When it came time to use them the pilot would not light. Sam worked me into his schedule to make sure we could heat our home comfortably on these cold days. He got both fireplaces working beautifully!
