For work that I had already paid for! I was being told that the CEO was dictating the pricing, yet I couldn’t get him on the phone to speak with. I left numerous messages with their offsite coordinators (good luck trying to get in touch with their office – you never will!) and I’m still waiting for my call to be returned, a month later. I am disgusted by the way they run their business (if you can even call it that). Please be careful with who you trust. I urge you not to trust Fireplace Solutions.

They were very thorough, sending me a video inspection of the cracks than required the re-lining and then the "after" which was 100% better. Brian was very professional, friendly and trustworthy…. He kept me informed of the progress and was faster than his initial estimate. I should be good, fireplace-wise, for the foreseeable future, but I'd call them out if I ever needed anything followed-up. Overall Lucky Scully were great communicators, professional and charged fair prices.

They had a repair person out quickly and I was very impressed with their response and notification of their ETA. The rental was in an old building and they told me that it would not be safe to repair and could pose a fire hazard. I appreciate their concern for our safety and their honesty, instead of trying to sell us something we did not need they did the honorable thing and for that I am grateful. I will definitely use them again for other properties.
