I called soomaster and they found exactly what was wrong and fixed it today, as well as backed the repair with a warranty so I know something like what happened with the roofing company won't happen again.

They did not understand the concept of "who" the financial responsible party was. So Many calls and at the end of the day…. NO SERVICE TOOK PLACE. The tech called me the day of the service, I gave him the contact number and he called…Apparently from his truck, the client didn't answer but he was there and IF the tech would have gotten out of the truck, the service would have been completed.
Someone from the company called me and literally chastised me because the client wasn't at the location and was clearly unaware of the appointment time. Who is she to have a conversation like that with a customer, the PAYING customer. Additionally, she was equally as rude telling me that there was no payment information. I must have told 10 people during the appointment setting AND the tech who called me that I would pay. At this point I have had enough of her attitude and called her out on her unprofessionalism and… SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

I called back and left a message and got a return call from Douglas. He called me at 10:00 AM and I did not get the chance to return the call until 2:00 PM. The conversation did not go well and I gather it was because HE made the effort to call and I didn't answer. I asked if he was the owner and he stated "The owners don't take calls". Maybe they should so they can see and understand just how poorly this business is operated.
