When I mentioned that I had just put my 10 month old daughter down for a nap, without hesitation he offered to come a little later so she could nap some! When he came to clean our carpets, he was kind, personable, professional and explained everything he was doing. With this being my first time getting our carpets cleaned, I had no idea what to expect. Corey’s work exceeded every expedition I could’ve had. My carpets look and smell brand new. Not them he Moved my living furniture got underneath everything. I thought it was really reasonable. I just thought there was no way they were going to get all these stains out. I actually waited for half the stains to come back. There were a lot of stains on the white carpet upstairs. I waited and waited. They never came back. I still can't believe it. How good it looks. I am thinking about calling them to go over just 3 spots again downstairs but hate to bother them.
Kinda mad i didn't do this years ago. When our parents passed away. We were about to pull up the carpet and replace it. Now we can invest it somewhere else in the house. They were running the 30%. The only thing thats disappointing is the guard and deodorizer. In a spray bottle. I thought it was this huge coating not no few pumps here and there in a spray bottle. 😆 oh well. Smells great. I'm so very pleased to say the least. Ronnie needs a raise. He wanted to make sure I was pleased with his work. I totally made him a care package of delightful food to go for breakfast and lunch. Take care of our people that keep working in this plandemic not taking a yearly break and they will take care of you. I still can't believe almost every stain is gone. It's crazy. Embarrassing or not I had to show the pics. I want to put down those clear rugs that your grandparents had now 😆 Get coit.

All told my bill was $70 more than I’d planned. I don’t blame the tech; I think the person who set up the appointment could have been more clear.

Rob L rated it 1/5: As a customer of over 15 years, this company was always my go-to for carpet cleaning. We usually had them out annually and had no problems. It was always the same friendly voice setting the appointment. I should have know the business had changed when I scheduled. It was a breathless person on the other end of the phone that quoted us a price that we would later learn was not what we were charged. When the techs arrived (30 min late) I recognized him as he had been out the year prior. My recollection was he did a fine job as evidenced by the fact that we used them again. The cleaning, though brief, went uneventfully. When presented a bill that was more than we were quoted, we inquired and were met with an indignant “well, that’s what it is.” My wife and I said no problem, we will take it up with the office. After presenting the tech with my credit card, he tossed it back at me along with the receipt and turned toward the door. No thanks for your business, no have a nice day. As he was walking to the door, mere feet from me, he calls out “so rude.” I inquire as to what he said as he was walking down the driveway and he would not answer. When pressed again he said you are rude. I asked why he would say that and he got in his wrecked, rusted out van and, after dumping his dirty water reservoir on our cup de sac, he sped off. I called to speak with the owner and though he said he was not happy with that he neither apologized or followed up with me as he said he would. A company owned by someone who does not uphold their word is not to be trusted in your home. It’s obvious they hire bottom-of-the barrel techs and do not hold customer satisfaction in high regard. There are many reputable carpet cleaners in Louisville. This is not one of them.

Both of them have been great to work with over the years and are always willing to go the extra mile for us. They are efficient, quality focused and always willing to stay until the job is done. The owner, Butch, is always focused on providing top notch customer service. He stops by occasionally to check in and make sure we are being taken care of. You don’t have many companies out there that have that level of customer service anymore. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

To my surprise, they refused to "take my money" upon arrival. They inspected the carpet, even the corners and informed me the carpet was new and absolutely clean. That kind of customer service and integrity made me a loyal customer. I'll refer their services to everyone.

They are dependable, very conscientious about their work, and pleasant to have as our team. When issues have been addressed with them, it only needed to be mentioned once and there's never been another concern.
However, when we have outside events use the facilities the clean-up afterwards has been less than Office Pride quality. When this happens we make a call and the management is good about making sure it gets corrected. Allen is definitely detail-oriented and does a fantastic job!
