Office staff were not able to send me anything to show proof of permit. Disappointing. Install crew was not familiar with the unit being installed and assistance was needed to program the control board. The crew seemed more anxious to move to the next job and didn’t feel they had time to install my provided smart thermostat. I called the business and they sent service tech Andrew who did a great job installing a smart thermostat! He was familiar with the task and completed it quickly and made sure the system was cooling before leaving. Thanks Andrew! The installation failed the first inspection for a vent stack problem. ACS was prompt resolving the issue. However, this necessitated me taking additional time off work to be present for the second city permit inspection. The second inspection passed and now I’m interested in seeing how much energy this new unit saves.

Then I had the system installed that manages the calcium etc. and controls it. It was a busy afternoon for them but they were always happy and very pleasant. If they saw me as they were working they always had a smile on their face and said something nice. I enjoyed having them in my home. They did an excellent job!

The electrician was at our house for an hour, left a God awful mess, the outlet isn’t properly anchored into wall, it jiggles BAD, and the “new breaker”? It’s an old one that wasn’t labeled afterwards- we had to use the process of elimination to figure out which one it even is. I’m literally waiting for the City to inspect and tell us it needs to be fixed. The absolute worst part? We were charged $780 for this mess. I’m so angry and we feel so taken advantage of. Plus the electrician asked us how we felt about our plumber (because they knew them personally); 1. It’s none of your business. And 2. Our plumber went above and beyond making a very stressful situation better. The plumber was professional and kind. I expected better and our experience with ACS was awful.

The technicians and Sales rep were friendly enough. However they quoted me near 5 grand for repairs to my furnace, and 14 grand to replace my furnace and cooling unit.

I had another company come out to take a look, and they reported that the furnace was fine and didn't need to be repaired or replaced. Even if it did, the cost would be considerably less.

They ran a little behind, but they showed up at 5pm. Michael immediately diagnosed the issue which was an easy fix. A blown capacitor. He was very polite and did a good job on fixing the issue. Price was decent. He even sprayed down my outside vents around the unit. Very professional. He had our A/C up and running in no time after it being 86 degrees in my house. Would definitely recommend them.

The dispatch I called to set it up was very helpful and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and had me scheduled and off the phone in 5 minutes, which was very convenient considering it was almost midnight when I made the call. The next morning I received a call from the technician 30 min before arrival. Isaac arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very efficient in making the repair and had the system up an running in less than an hour. He also went above and beyond to check and replace the filter. Also, Isaac was a very personable individual. He was extremely nice and patient in explaining the issue and making sure I didn’t have any questions. Just pleasant individual to be around. I would definitely recommend Interstate/Isaac for an HVAC issues.

Found a part that needed to be repaired but also mention my system was on its last leg. Several days later they sent Jeff to come give me an estimate for a new system. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy about anything. Decided it was best to replace my entire system. The next day they came and replaced my entire system. We’re nice, respectful, and left the house cleaner than when they got there. Couldn’t recommend this company any more

I called five different well rated companies and AirCo was super from the very first contact call. They were quick, figured out and resolved my problem perfectly and were so nice. They explained my options clearly and their price was very reasonable. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Gosh, they were so fast getting to my house after I called. They had me back up to fixed full power in thirty minutes.

They put the Ac on the old slab that has a giant hole under it, didn’t fill the hole, feet are just holding it up on the edge of the hole. They have the condensation line running right on the edge of my house and didn’t redirect the water away from the house, I just had my floors replaced from the last AC. And they just left the foam and duct tape along the house without a cover – I’m sure that will hold up in Oklahoma weather well, but it’s an extra $400-$600 for that. Very unhappy. They also disconnected my old condensation line and just left it so now there an open pipe leading into my crawl space.

(Other companies seem to jump at the chance to sell a new system.) Isaac from AireServ was really great. He explained everything he was finding and he figured out that our problem was an air flow issue. He cleaned the evaporator coil, the condenser coil (?; not sure that’s what it’s called. The outside unit) and the blower fan, and he changed the filters. Our system is now working really well. We avoided the costs of a new system and also of adding more coolant. A very pleasant surprise and I feel like we saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company.

He was able to get the part needed to fix our furnace the same day he came out. Furnace is now working again. We have now moved our yearly service over to Aire Serv and it was all because of Clint.

Clint was our service tech and let me say he was the best service technician I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and explained the exact issue. Had to go get a part but it was replaced within the hour and it was back to working perfectly. Even spent some time discussing future plans with my HVAC system and what all is involved with that. He repaired what he thought as the problem and it worked for a few hours. However it went don again, we sent a text to the company and our technician was out on his first call. He reassessed the problem and quickly repair the problem. The AC is working better than ever. We even revived a call the next morning to make sure everything was working. This in my view is a legitimate 5 STAR company.

Efficient and conscientious, as he made sure to clean up after himself. Great customer service is extremely hard to come by and Alex delivered that and then some!

Diagnosed the problem and informed me of options. Had part replaced and cooling in short time. Will definitely use them again!

First of all, Hibdons was 2 hours late to their time-specific appointment with us.

Second of all, the gentleman looked at our unit for a few minutes, then tells us he will just email is a PDF with information for a new AC. He seemed to have no interest in sitting down and discussing what we needed. Then I asked him if he has my email, he said yes.

I said, "which one"

He looks at his IPAD and then said "oh wait, I don't have an email for you." (I expected this because they never asked for my email on the phone when I made the appointment.)

Then, he takes my email and leaves.

It's been 2 weeks and he has still not sent me any PDF with cost of a new AC.

So, not only were they very late, but they never even got back to me, ever.

I reccomend any other company you can find.

Financed and everything was done. Never met him but he took car of me. My wife said the did a great job. I'm very pleased.

The previous company we had out offered no solution and told us they would not be able to do any repairs. It was nice feeling like we had more than one course of action. We still decided to replace the unit and within a few days of ordering they were here, and had it installed. We were very happy with everything!
