I am not sure if they have new management or just questionable practices, but I would strongly advise you to BEWARE and do not give them your credit card on file. We asked for a regular cleaning and told them that we did not want a deep clean as the cost and services were more than we need. (For background – we simply have a birthday party for our child and wanted to tidy up (dust) our already generally neat home.). We told them “ No” on the phone to a deep clean, so they offered to do a regular clean at a lower rate. Instead, after the job was done, they charged nearly double the cost and said the first clean (if you miss having them clean your home for a month goes back to the deep clean rate). Without telling us in advance or giving any warning that we would be charged $495 dollars (and without ever doing a true deep clean at our home), we were billed double what we expected. If they would have just been upfront, we could have used other options to do this cleaning job for half that price and would have never gone with them at that rate. So please be careful as I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. More so than being out of this money, I am sad to have to walk away from a company that I enjoyed doing business with for a few years.

They honestly don't know how to treat there good employees I had a employee recognize after 2 days of being at Kohls very first time working for the company and NOTHING not a Good Job Nothing.. He's easily available, super friendly and always does an incredible job for an awesome price. Honestly couldn't be happier! The products used are natural and leave my entire house smelling so fresh and clean. If you have a hard stain you thought was impossible to get out Muhammad will do the impossible. I've seen him get just about anything out of my giant sectional and white swivel chair over and over again. Having a 2 year old and now a 2 month old life is hectic. Pens, chocolate, blood, urine (currently potty training) lord help me! Anything you can imagine it's been on my couch and he gets it out every time! The two women who took care of the deep cleaning did a phenomenal job! Their attention to detail is unmatched. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets did a great job as well and the other gentleman who cleaned the windows didn’t miss a speck of dirt. My home looked brand new when they were done. The only issue I had was that during the power washing, dirt splattered on my front and back doors. I wish they would have wiped them down when they were done. It was also quite a bit more expensive for each service than I’ve paid in the past. With that said, Miracle Cleaning really lived up to their name. I would hire them to clean the inside of my home again!

Donna Wall rated it 5/5: Lasting Image Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job with a property I was listing to sell. It was quite stained and dirty, but they worked diligently to get it restored and looking new again. They also came out on short notice and their prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend this company if you are needing your carpet or grout cleaned or any of their other services. They were highly professional and also a family owned company. I love supporting my community’s small businesses.

Then at noon the trucks had a blow out and were delayed so we called & they came. Did a great job with the low water machine so when the movers get here it would be sry. Stayed at orig quote. Great service!

The house cleaning professional was on time and thorough. She cleaned the house spotless – way better than I clean and I’m fussy! The house smelled so fresh and sanitized. I highly recommend this business.
Brian Jun rated it 1/5: I booked a week in advanced and even got a confirmation email saying I was booked. I called 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to make sure they'll be on site on time because I would not be home. The lady on the phone told me there was a system issue and that I was not booked. I even forwarded the email confirmation. The lady doesn't even apologize and says that she cannot fit me in on my original scheduld date. Cannot believe how unprofessional they are and show no empathy. Now I cannot move in on my original date.

Your statement is incorrect. Please make sure you have the right information before replying to your reviews. The booking on May 9th was for a cleaning that was scheduled on May 12th not for June. I booked my June 27th appointment on June 22nd. You never called or emailed once about this appointment. I was the one that called and emailed multiple times with each time being unresponsive from your end. This is why I called 30 minutes before my "scheduled" appointment because something seemed off. In addition, I found another cleaning service because you could not honor my original scheduled date. Lastly, the lady I spoke on the phone, from my recollection, did not apologize once and her tone was not apologetic.
