I needed some carpets cleaned and carpets repaired in a rental of mine and was not happy with those zero rez people. Boy did Allklean deliver. Kevin came out and explained in detail his process for my pet urine issue and what he could do and he got to work. He was fast efficient and thorough. He was also a super friendly guy who had all the answers. Not only do my rental carpets smell great, they look brand new!

He stretched out the wrinkles, repaired some fraying edges, attached other edges that I didn't realize needed attaching. Used his high pressure, high temperature truck mounted equipment . It's pretty cold outside but the door guard kept it warm inside while allowing room for the hot water supply and suction hose which was connected to his van in the driveway.

Zachary rated it 1/5: Do not use this company. We scheduled a move out clean with them for 4-5 hours with two cleaners. We had already moved overseas at this time so we had a neighbor go and check on the cleaning for us and they barely even cleaned one floor of our house. When I called the company the man that answered said that they needed an additional 4-5 hours than what was quoted to finish. When I told him that what he said was done was not done and I have pictures for proof he told me that I am wrong. They then went ahead and still charged me for 9 hours worth or work since there were two workers. The state they left my house in looked like they came and worked for 30 minutes. The unprofessional manner of the employer I talked with was unbelievable. I would recommend any other cleaning company in Spokane. Pictures below are of my fridge drawers and cabinets that they said they cleaned and are obviously not.

They wrapped and cared for my belongings as if they were their own. They carefully packed up the truck and placed all of my items exactly where I wanted them. They were quick, helpful and very kind individuals. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone I know!
