He just did the initial service today so I'm not sure how the treatment will turn out. We were told it will take about 10 days for the bugs to go away and Erwin Said they would be back out in 2 weeks to do another assessment for free.

After the first nontoxic treatment, I noticed that that I did not have this issue nor did I have any of the pests trying to enter my property. Now I use them for general maintenance indoor and outdoor. Since the first visit, they have been professional, on time and responsive. The technicians are great at their job and very respectful of your private space. The price is very affordable. I would highly recommend them.

He worked out a schedule to trap them for a very reasonable price, caught almost all of them the first week and came back until he was sure there were none left. Highly recommend.

I have a blanket contract for both properties where I pay for 6 months treatment in advance, which ends up being a little more economical. A service technician has not shown up since September 2022. I have called multiple times wanting to speak to someone locally here in Los Angeles; but I get customer service in another state. I explain the problem and get no where. Customer service basically is calling me a liar, saying they show a technician has come out every month. That's impossible as the technician needs a key to open the property gate. And I would have seen someone enter towards the front door via my Ring camera. Previous technicians during the past years were given a key from me. Then in September 2022, the most recent technician said he was transferred to a desk job and the company is having a difficult time getting a technician to take his place in my neighborhood. So he was considerate and professional to return my key until a replacement technician was established. Something has radically changed within this company. I am cancelling my contracts.

Service technician Owen Foster called me ahead of schedule to let me know what time he'd be coming by and arrived when he said he would.
Owen thoroughly inspected the interior, attic and exterior. He showed me small open areas where rodents entered my home. He explained in detail the services Rodin Pest Control offered and showed me specific step by step procedures how their techniques could help my situation.
After my consent, Owen drew up a detailed and easy to understand proposal which included all areas agreed upon. After I signed the proposal he quickly and efficiently went about closing the open areas of concern and set rat traps, carefully showing me placement and how and why they are effective.
Following day Owen came by to set the mosquito traps.
Bottom line is I believe Owen to be an ethical representative of Rodin Pest Control, he's straightforward, exudes confidence, knowledge, skill and most of all really cares about people and doing an EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Very nice, smart, knowledgeable, responsible technicians who have taken great care of things. Most recently, Omar has been the star. This week, I needed a separate job, because a neighborhood bear had smashed in the door to the crawl space under my house and this was letting the rats back in. It was old construction, a nonstandard size, and we needed a heavy duty replacement (the bears will be back). Andrew F. came and did an excellent, clever, solid job of installing a new door. I was very happy and would be glad to work with this team again.

El Guide Loco rated it 2/5: Scheduling is the biggest issue at Fenn. I don’t understand why they can’t make a schedule a week in advance and actually stick to it. That way the customer could actually make a plan as to when to prep and when to vacate. Also in my case I was told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and then he called in the morning saying he was on the way for our schedule appointment. We were not finished with the prep and we were not ready to vacate by the time the technician arrived However the technician whose name is George was very obliging and very pleasant to deal with. He waited for us to finish before he started his work. One week later we had follow up treatment. Tech arrived as scheduled this time. However, we re-entered after 4 hour vacate to discover puddles of liquid on floor and boot prints throughout the house. I called Sat evening and left message for the manager Bernard. It is now Tues 10 am and I haven’t heard from him

Tanler came out an said that they did Identify Termites in the attic area. My borrower didn't feel comfortable with the inspector trying to charge them 1400 dollars for repairs so we had a different company come out and look and they found nothing. So not only was Tanler trying to make a quick buck off the borrower they were also going to expose his wife who is in chemotherapy to harsh and toxic chemicals that come along with doing this. Terrible and wont ever use or recommend to any mortgage colleagues or professionals who do business in this area.

I asked for a call back and got a call back within 15 mins. The schedulers new what was happening and didn't hard sell me on anything. They answered every question and explained it well. My exterminator was John he was so accommodating to my time needs as i have pets and a wheelchair user to evacuate. And explained what he was going to do before he started.

Los Canada rated it 1/5: The guy who came out to do the service was professional. The back end of their business is terrible. Paid $175 to start a monthly service and $65 a month on going. Got charged for 2 months even though they never came out. Tried to say one of the months I was serviced but they went to wrong house and bill was for different type of service. Took 5 days to get a call back after calling twice to speak with manager. Manager doesn't get it and won't refund me anything even though they have tried to charge me for 2 months with no service. Do not use Stanley Pest Control. Terrible service.

I have used other companies in the past and this was by far the smoothest tenting process I've had. Brandon & Wendy were wonderful the entire process and always kept me up to speed on where we were in the process. The installation of the tent was seamless and the team that put up the tent were very professional and courteous from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!

Sally Hampton rated it 5/5: After I lifted the rug and discovered termites had eaten up my floor and termites were literally swarming in my bed, I knew I had a major termite problem. I called several companies to get inspections and estimates for treatment but two of the reports conflicted and I was getting confused and didn't know who to trust. I happened to be at a family function and brought it up to my husband's ex wife (yes, we are friends!) and she immediately and passionately recommended My Termite Company so I called them. Lee was sent out to inspect and I immediately noted that his inspection was the most through; he was, by far, the most knowledgeable compared to the inspectors sent by the other companies. He went over all of his findings in great detail and the options. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and even gave me ideas on how I could save money on the repairs! When I got the bid for the fumigation and preventative treatments, it was extremely fair and also made the most sense. So I went with them for everything and am very happy I did. There was one minor hiccup due to miscommunication but the owner, Wendy, immediately resolved it and was clear she stands behind the work and will go out of her way to make sure everything is done right for the benefit of the customer. I can't say enough nice about working with Wendy, Brandon and Lee and am so relieved to know the termites are gone. I highly recommend this family owned company.

I received the contract with specific areas to treat and repair, was scheduled for the next week, and Jose and a helper came out to do the work professionally and neatly. Their bid was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
