This was only our 2nd inside and 3rd outside.
Our last technicians were also polite and pleasant, but Randy stood out!!

I had a previous pest control company and I won’t drop dimes but after our “old timer “ tech retired things just were never done the same. And it just so happened to be one day a few days ago I was sitting outside when Joe came to my door step and talked to me about this company, I listened and I was a bit skeptical at first but then he started showing me things that had been left behind (we just bought this home and had it inspected maybe two weeks prior) and I looked with him and he was right. So he didn’t didn’t pressure me but I double checked with my husband when he got home and he agreed it was perfectly fine to switch I went with my gut and I’m so glad I did ! I loved the job that was done. The tech was so nice and now made sure to work around my schedule this week so that the job was able to be done properly and even when the time was crunching and I had messaged him the tech literally showed up and he was on the phone and we all figured out a plan together. The tech did the outside of our home and he came back a few hours later to do the inside and I was amazed and the great job! He was so friendly our dog loved him and he wasn’t afraid to show her some love rather then be afraid of her (my girl was happy lol) and my son was napping and he was so polite and quite he never woke him up or anything! It's the first time using this company, so time will tell. The tech that came out to perform the first service was very professional, did a great job, and communicated very well on when they would arrive, etc.

This being said, I don't appreciate the sales/marketing process. I'll start by saying that I knew I needed a pest control service, and intended to enlist one. However, there is a clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign at the entrance to our neighborhood. I work from home and was interrupted for a decent length of time while the process ensued. Though the sales person had a nice demeanor, it was a poor experience that ultimately left me feeling swindled into signing up. In addition, the text I received after the service had a call to action to "tip" my technician. I've never had to tip a tech in the past, nor would I expect to have to. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong there. But the tip message didn't bother me so much as it was really a prompt for a review and that "techs receive bonuses for good reviews".

I'd ask that this company take a hard look at their sales cycle and marketing strategy around reviews. I'd expect a few more reviews just like this one to come through if it remains as is, so don't be surprised if others feel the same.

I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. They are thorough and professional. The people who have provided us with service are personable and friendly. On the phone they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the products they use, you can't even tell they were there. My highly sensitive nose was never bothered.

The sales rep told us services would include inside and out with our garage included in the service first tech came out only did the outside
Called to have the inside done they scheduled someone
Second tech came out again did only the outside
Called to have someone do the inside again.
Third tech came out announced he was a very nice tech and apologized and rescheduled on the
4th visit we finally got the inside of our home completed. Tech was great very nice.
We didn’t see any decrease In the amount of pests in or out of our home.
Called today because they left a message saying we owed for a service that wasn’t performed and we are going into collections. We called and representative on the phone was very apologetic but wanted to charge us a cancellation fee plus the service we never had they said the second attempt to complete the first service was the reason for the charge because they serviced the outside twice when I just wanted the first to complete it she’s talking to her supervisor to see what she can do about the cancelation fee and charged service we never got.

A B rated it 3/5: They were great at letting me out of my contract when requested for a fee. My special requirements of needing monthly service weren’t being met. The manager was very nice and assisted me.
The reason I wanted out was because I kept getting cancelled on by technicians and I have special requirements needed for reliable bug services.

I can’t give a four or five star review just because of my experience, but it won’t be negative either as they did work to meet my requests after.

The Tech did not call to inform us what time he was coming out. 2. He was supposed to do pest control Maintenance on the front and backyard. He was supposed to put granules down on the front and back yard. 3. He only put the granules in the flower bed and half of one side of the front yard. 4. He did not do anything to the backyard. 5. He did not even have the common courtesy to come and say he was done, he got into his truck and left! So rude!! That is not the way to treat NEW CUSTOMERS!!! 6. Now our front lawn looks as though it's dying in the places where granules were put down, brown bare spots are there now! My husband called and they scheduled us 2 weeks out for another visit, while they should have immediately come back out the next day!!! How disrespectful and rude!! As a consumer, we are paying for crappie service. With the way we were treated I could not recommend this company to anyone!!!
