We cancelled another company that really did not measure up to Leisure World. Their installation of our gas logs was very timely and professional. They cleaned up nicely afterward too! We spent a little more than the other company but it was well worth it!

Recently I was dealing with Bad Mustard Or Yellow Algae…( for about 2 weeks) Just knew I could do it AND didn’t want to Bother them.. Well I gave Up, went in & they told me exactly what to do… Woke up this morning/ NEXTDay and Pool was clearer than it has ever been … They Don’t try to sell you EXTRA, Just tell you what you NEED!! Yesterday I could BARELY See bottom of Steps to Day I can see Complete Bottom Clearly!!! Proud as a Peacock!!!🦚

Webster rated it 1/5: I purchased a high end Master Spa hot tub from Michelle, owner of Above and Beyond in February 2021. Service was good until I made a warranty claim about the spa cover which the photos I took clearly show was defective. Apparently the manufacturer put the foam insulation into the cover while it was still hot causing it to weld itself to the cover material, which made it impossible to flip the insulation over from time to time per the manufacturer's instruction in order to keep water from pooling on the cover.
I sent photos along with an explanation of the issue to Michelle, the owner of Above and Beyond, which she forwarded to Master Spas. Master Spas requested additional photos which I provided, in abundance. Since then, which has been over two months, I have heard nothing from Michelle or Master Spas.
I have emailed Michelle and left numerous messages, as she never seems to be available when I call. At this point it is clear that she is ghosting me and has no intention of doing the right thing.
This is an example of how you don't really find out what kind of business you are dealing with until there is a significant issue, which replacing the hot tub cover qualifies as. Michelle, as owner of Above and Beyond, as well as Master Spas have demonstrated they are not good companies.
I would never consider doing business with either again. Take heed, shop elsewhere.

Would not recommend, and then would not help with converting over to chlorine. Found this company locally and went in. They showed me all kinds of pictures of high-end pools that they had supposedly done (not) and making me an offer I couldn’t refuse (I should have known better😔) and that great price just continued to get more and more costly. Every time I would question anything, he would placate me like I was a stupid woman and I didn’t know what I was talking about. When in all actuality, I helped build my first pool years ago. Unfortunately, they did not know what they were doing. Details are on the pictures. The amazing people at Pool and Patio we’re so kind and came to my rescue. They took a horrific situation and turned it into basically a brand new, beautiful pool. The peace of mind that you have given me… Is priceless!! 🙏🏼 Thank you so much to Chris and his crew and everyone who has helped me. Don’t waste your time with other companies. They worked seamlessly with our builder, dealt with all kinds of weather and Covid related supply issues but still got it done on budget and on time! Always respectful of the other crews on the job site, clean and precise. The constant communication and updates were great. This was the second pool we have built and it blows our old pool away! We can't say enough about Chris and the team at Pool and Patio!

I interviewed 5 pool companies maybe more but Chris came out and was honest about pricing and things to look for and know prior to install. Him being so upfront on costs and the job made me choose his company. Now my kids enjoy the pool and I’m very thankful we decided to do the project. I would recommend pro built pools to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking company. Also I’m sure we will be contacting them to do a fireplace and extended patio.

After speaking to a couple of different companies we are very happy we went with Probuilt. Chris and his team were great! There were a couple of hiccups with the electric and the pool opening but this was no fault of Probuilt and Chris made sure it was fixed quickly. The hole for the pool was dug in January and we were swimming by April! We have had an amazing summer enjoying our pool! Now we are just sad it will have to be closed for the winter soon. After looking at several pools and getting bids from 2 companies we decided that ProBuilt was who we wanted. I knew from watching Aaron go about his routine of digging and setting the pool that we had made the right choice. His attention to detail was the first thing that got my attention. I was very appreciative that he never got annoyed by all my questions. The concrete job by team Alonzo was icing on the cake. You might have to pay a bit more for his work but the end result is a finish like I have never seen before. My wife and I highly recommend going with ProBuilt if you’re thinking about getting a pool!
Michael Thompson rated it 1/5: 4/2020 we went into contract with Probuilt Pool for a pool install. A part of the pool install was an agreement that they would stub for a future slide and possibly tile install. 4/2021 Tile and Slide was installed and Chris the owner told me the cost of tile would be $X (have text showing that) and he told me a couple times $Y for slide. He billed me 4/2022 a year later for these items an amount significantly higher than what I was told on a backdated and unsigned addendum. I paid him the agreed upon amount for the slide and tile which I have two statements via email that he would accept those payments 4/25/22. I was hesitant to pay for the slide as it is leaking. It has been leaking since install and Chris and his partners have tried fixing but never fully completed. He is demanding money for a product that is not fully functioning. Now due to sloppy install of the pool slide, his crew back filled my retaining wall the wrong way as to now it is starting to lean forward. The owner who installed the retaining wall even noticed the issue a few months back when he came out on a separate bid. I spoke with him a week ago and confirmed the reason to the wall leaning.
Chris agreed to the prices we just spoke about, has my money, and is now going back on his word and will not agree to ZERO out my invoice and come fix the Slide. Probuilt committed to providing me a full use pool and slide. As the slide is useable and we love it, I would like for the leak to be fixed permanently. They state they stand behind all their work 100%, but yet he seems to not be holding up his end.
The tile that was installed I have a statement from the owner on the cost. In regards to the slide he told me one cost and went back on his word. I paid him the amount for the tile that he stated. I also paid him for the slide that we both agreed upon yet he claims I have not made payment. Any comment about him giving me a year to pay is not my issue as we were waiting for them to send invoices out which took them over a year to do. When we did get invoices he was paid in full on the amount agreed upon in a few days. I have in writing that he agreed to these payments. I made the mistake of not getting these things in writing as Chris likes to tell you what you want to hear. Get everything in writing from him in a timely manner and make sure everything with your pool is working correctly before paying.

I lost control of our water water we opened it on Labor Day, but with a sample George was able to instruct me on treating my pool. I went back 48-hours later to verify that I was doing it right. Michael further instructed me and today our pool looks beautiful (no picture, it's after dark)! We can see the bottom of the 11' deep end.

The store was kind of busy but the gentlemen patiently answered my questions. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Asked if they’re all one size, got a short ‘oh no’. Not one single person approached me to see if they could help. There are so many choices online (and cheaper prices) so I don’t have to withstand indifference or rudeness. What a bummer, I moved to the area a year ago and would have been a lifetime customer if you actually hired people that had an ounce of customer care attention.

They don't have great expectations for how your pool should look after paying $85 for his "summer help" to spend 15 min on your pool. I complained to the owner and he told me to find a new company. SO HE didn't even care that the job was half way done! I Was told I needed a new pool cover. They took the old one (instead of leaving for at least SOME coverage over the winter) and I never got the new one. The 5 STAR company I use now never had problems getting covers they said. And do a pristine job! Don't settle!!

My husband and I were buying a home with a pool and he inspected the pool for us as well as taught us what everything was and how to use it (chlorinator, pump, filter, how to vacuum, etc.). After we bought the house, we found out the previous owners didn’t winterize the sand filter and the pump was spraying sand into our pool. Luckily, I called Brad and he was able to come over and fix it ASAP. He is reasonably priced and he won’t sell you anything you don’t need. If you are looking for a reliable pool expert, he is your guy!

I was never out of town and did tell him I had meetings and would leave a deposit check for the cleaning with one of my guys on the job site. I would be back next morning at 7am to pay him the remaining if it was completed. He was persistent to be paid in full in advanced. Whats fishy is the deposit check for half up front when Brad told me the job would take 3 hours total. He quoted me 1200 for the pool cleaning and replaced him with a certified and licensed cleaner who did the job for $290 and a weekly maintenance of 65 per week. This guy required nothing in advanced and said its odd for pool guys to require money in advance for a cleaning. Also, morris pools only attempted to use the main drain line of the house to clean the pool because I told him I was not paying him his deposit until work began. The doors in the pool room where locked and I couldn't get a key from the owner until next morning. He wanted that deposit check so he tried to use the main drain that is designed for gravity fed water and not forced water. Thats why it flooded.

Gave me quote through text without seeing it, asked me to pay in cash, wanted payment in full before start. Flooded the basement of property and left it to my employees to clean up.
MJK rated it 1/5: The owner of this company came out to install our brand new liner for our pool and destroyed our liner. Claimed the material was bad, which it wasn't. Said it would be fine and would patch it. This is what we came home too. We highly suggest never using this company. They are con artist and do not know what they are doing! Every return was leaking along with the pool light. Also multiple wrinkles in the liner. They also used some make shift vacuum instead of buying the proper tools to install the liner correctly. We bought the same liner again which as Morris Pool didn't offer to pay for the one they butchered and had a professional company install it with no issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Monique McDaniel rated it 1/5: This man (Brad) only accepts cash. He writes no contract or provides a bill. He took $800 of my father's money and didn't fix the pool. We were trying to get him to complete the job, but he wouldn't answer our phone calls. He charged $500 to fix one side of the pool that had fallen in on itself. And $300 for trying to find a leak that he never found.
His business is one big shiest. He only takes cash so he does't have to report it to the IRS. This should have been our first red flag.

Update: All of the negative reviews speak for this business. As well as the positive. You never know what your going to get with someone this inconsistent. And his responses? Comical. You really want to hire someone who argues with his costumers? On a side note, he wanted me to clean the pool? How am I going to do that when the pool won’t hold any water? What a knucklehead. Wanted me to do his work we were paying him to do!!

They deep cleaned and opened the pool then came and maintained it twice a week for the season for $490 a month then winterized it. I was very happy with all of their services
