Our experience with David was nothing short of amazing! We used the company for pool maintenance, liner replacement and a LOT of small pool jobs along the way. When called initially for an estimate, he promptly came to our property to give estimate and information about the process.
He measured the pool area that needed to be replaced on the same day requested and ordered our material the next day. His work is also warranted.
He was very prompt, organized and professional every step of the way, I highly recommend. Our pool is beautiful because of him. Thank you again David it was a pleasure! We will continue to use this company for our pool needs.

I liked that he would send me pictures of the pool after each maintenance session. The pool looks great. When I asked him to replace the salt pump, he took the time to research the equipment and was able to reprogram the device instead of replacing it…saving me hundreds. He also closed my pool for the winter and did a superb job.

We were very uneducated on the setup and basic knowledge about it. They came and tested our water, cleaned the pool and winterized it for us, all at a very reasonable price.
On top of that, he made a recommendation to install a pump to help determine if I have a leak or not, came over after I purchased the part and installed it a couple of weeks after the part got in (and didn’t charge me additionally)

We will be using them to open our pool next year, and can’t recommend this business enough!

The service men were fine and seemed knowledge, but after they opened and threw chemicals in, our pool is STILL GREEN. They came out for 3 visits, 1 of which we were told they didn’t have the tools needed to do the job, which is fine, but we were told additional visits cost more money. Again we paid for a specific package and service because we wanted our pool CLEAN, and NOT GREEN. If I could give 0 stars I would, will be doing business elsewhere from now on.

Since I didn't have a cover on the pool, they had a lot of cleaning to do in order to get the pool clean and ready to use. They were always on time and ensured that I knew exactly what they were doing. As a result, I subsequently used them to close my pool. The two service technicians they sent to do the job were excellent in every way. They informed me about what they were doing and explained what to expect regarding winterizing the pool. Fusion closed my pool last season and opened it this year with multiple new issues. Their attempt to fix the so called issues hasn’t gotten me any closer to having my pool available for use. Amanda will do her best not to fix any issues you bring to her attention. I am very frustrated with this company because Amanda single handedly has ruined my trust with fusion pool. If you want someone to speak to you in a rude dismissive manner please visit fusion pool.

TYLER ROSS rated it 1/5: Terrible experience. Closed my pool without pulling up anchors that they claimed were stuck and they couldn’t get them up. Isn’t that part of what I’m overpaying you to do? Not to mention they broke our storage door and just left it on the ground with no mention of it. Will be looking elsewhere in the future. I thought that paying more for a closing would ensure it was professionally done. I was wrong.

After receiving parts, he came out and repaired my display, cut and added new piping for my drain where leak was found, and cleared out my impeller, which returned my jets to 100%. He even returned a 3rd time to add a connector to my drain tube for easier draining. Chester was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

Jason M rated it 1/5: We called Chester because of his reviews. He informed me that he was very backed up and it would be a couple of weeks before he could come out to see our hot tub. Three weeks went by and he called to ask if he could come over the following week. No worries at this point. I was just happy to have some help. Chester came by and looked at our tub – some leaks and a faulty computer. Chester said we should fill up the tub and he'd come back and test it later. So I filled it up and called him back. He again said it would be next week before he could come back. Next week came and went. I then called him and he said it would still be a while. I asked him for an estimated time and reminded him that it had been a month and a half from our first call. He then said maybe next week. Next week came and went… now we're approaching 2 months. I decided to fix it myself. My point in sharing this is that he may be too busy for your work. If he tells you it will be a few weeks, it might be best to find another company as you don't know if 2 weeks will become 8 weeks and still no help. He seemed like a nice guy. I just wished he was a bit more organized and followed through. If we had known it would be several months we would have tried other options sooner.

He came out as promised, looked at issues and gave me an estimate. I asked when the job could get done and he stated Monday. He showed up Monday and began work on the pump and a bad valve. A piece on my pump broke off requiring a new part that Samuel did not have with him. It was getting dark and I told Samuel he could come back tomorrow to finish, but he insisted on finishing the job. He went and got the part and quickly finished the job. I cannot express enough what a great experience this was. Samuel was awesome and I would certainly recommend to anyone. I really appreciate the quick, professional, friendly service Samuel provided and feel lucky to have had him come out to solve our pump issue.

Dana Stricklnd rated it 1/5: Would not recommend. Hired them to replace our pool liner and add drainage system for ground water in October. They stated pool liner would be in December. Initial install of the liner as done improperly. There were multiple wrinkles throughout the pool liner and they admitted they put it in wrong. So another pool liner had to be ordered wand the whole process started over again. They left trash in our yard each time, personal trash from them eating lunches in my backyard and the trash from the pool liner installation. They never communicated throughout the process unless it was us calling or emailing to ask questions. When addressing them leaving the old liner on the pool deck and asking if they would dispose of it, they moved it to our driveway near our trash cans. The pool liner has been installed a second time now and there are still wrinkles throughout. They used the same hardware that was previously in the shallow end of the pool to secure the pool liner to the side of the pool. They refilled the pool a week ago and still have not been back to treat the water. My backyard still has mounds of dirt piled up from them digging out the drainage system. They left bags of dirt/grass and a wheelbarrow in our yard. They cut huge branches off of my fruit producing fig tree without even asking permission. Would not recommend, they give little to no communication on the work process. I still do not know when the job will fully be completed correctly. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Mary Greb rated it 1/5: A 1 star review is too generous. We hired Pool Force at the beginning of the year to design and build an inground vinyl pool with concrete decking and a pavilion. Our contract end date was July 24 and we still have yet to make our last payment to the company.
To start – communication from the owner is non-existent. Not once did we have a project manager meet with me or visit our property. For 2-3 weeks after excavation started, I could not get a hold of anyone at the company via phone or email. They dumped tons of gravel in our street without notice and we were cited by the city during this time as well.

Second – We have a generous side yard with ample space for equipment, materials, etc to be left. We assumed and prepared to have our yard tore up BUT we did not plan for them also destroying our neighbors yard, dumping gravel in her flower beds, accidentally spraying concrete on her house, and damaging her gate and fence beyond repair.

Third – During the liner installation, it was ripped in 2 places. At this point, we were already past our scheduled completion date and I asked them to just patch the holes and give us a discount equal to a new liner instead of starting over. Once we filled the pool up, a few days went by and the steps began the settle. Walking through the shallow end felt like walking on sand in some spots and sure enough, there were divots and craters that started showing up.

I alerted the company and they drained the pool, pulled the liner back to fix the floor, and refilled it (hello extra water bill).

The pool is now worse than it was before it was drained. The pictures attached are its end state…does this look like a $65k pool to you?

Finally after a nearly 3 month delay for no apparent reason and cold weather, the pool is finally complete. I received the final invoice and was less than thrilled at the discount given for the damaged pool floor and liner and there was no remedy offered for the damage to the neighbor’s property.

*side note* – At some point during the installation, the company owner asked if we wanted Wi-Fi/remote functionality on our pump equipment. I said sure, if there’s no additional charge, and thought nothing else of it.

I asked for them to make it right by giving us an appropriate discount, and instead the owner brought up how he “upgraded” our system and added additional lights to the pool (which I never asked for or knew were being installed until after the fact). The free “upgrade” does not cancel out the damage to the liner and pool floor.

Know what he said? They’re going to take out the “upgraded” system and replace it with the basic one in our contract…..and STILL not give the discount that was requested.

Overall, my backyard is beautiful and I’m grateful to have a peaceful space to come home to…BUT the process to get here has been horrendous and to have a less than perfect result after a total project cost of over 6 figures is extremely disappointing.

Stay away from Pool Force. They do not have the experience or business acumen needed to run a company with contracts this size. It’s unfortunate their bad reviews started popping up after we signed our contract but I hope that with enough research, people will discover they are not the right company to do business with.

Not only did they miss multiple appointments to start the installation but it took them 2 separate appointment days to Screw up the installation. The installer flat out lied to my wife when she questioned the fence having an excessive amount of slack in several of the sections which were supposed to be pulled completely tight. "The sun would tighten everything up." After two failed attempts for them to install the fence correctly they left with one of the sloppiest installs you could imagine and no resolution to the problem. I have tons of pictures to prove it. We were forced to have them come back out remove the fence and give us a complete refund. When they came to remove the fence they did not fill in the holes they drilled in my concrete to install the failed fencing. I will never go back to Leslie pool for any reason because I am so disgusted by my experience. Oh and now we have to have another company come out to do a different type of fence around the pool. So we have been trying to get a proper fence installed since May. Keep in mind we are very patient people and I have never written a bad review in my life. I would recommend calling anyone but Leslie pool.

Elisabeth Hapenny rated it 1/5: Worst place to go if you have a Frog system. They do not know anything about the system. Got water tested there. I was told my copper was too high and pH to acidic. I explained the system I had and was told that they knew what system it is and told me to add soda ash. It completely messed the balance of my pool and destroyed my filter! I went to the place that sells the Frog system (should have gone there to begin with) and they instructed me how to fix the mess and had to buy a new filter to replaced the destroyed one! When I went back to Leslie’s to return the unused items I told them that they did not have the correct info and that they should not inform customers if they don’t know the system. The lady behind the register got a bit defensive and I explained that I was just letting her know so that this did not happen to another customer. When we had out of town visitors and requested him to switch cleaning schedule, he always tried his best to accomodate. He is always pleasant, friendly, and work very hard. His wife and daughter who sometimes came to help Brian, all work very hard including the teenage girl, a very nice and impressive family. I will continue to use his services as I couldn’t ask for any better services.

They not only installed a new liner but also a salt water system and some electrical work to make my pool safer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with your pool.
Lisa rated it 5/5: I have used this company for 3 years and they treat their clients as family. No Mater the question or situation I threw at them, they arose to the task. My husband is disabled and they were able to automate the pool to make it more manageable for him. They installed railings and took the time to explain things to him when I was not around. If you are looking for a family business, these are the guys to choose. You never know how good you have it with a company, until you have to stop using the best around. If they service you are give them a chance!!! Thank you Amber and Brian for helping my family…I took you guys for granted!

It would be a good business practice to give their customers a curtesy call when their pool technicians are on their way, running late, etc. Multiple times now our scheduled repair has been missed, with no word or warning from the company. They were supposed to come by this morning, but apparently got off schedule, which is perfectly fine. What is not fine was that we received a phone call at 330pm saying they were leaving our house because we weren’t home, when we had no clue they were coming to the house. Better communication would do this company wonders.

They promised to come back and fix issues that were caused by their install and never did ! Matter of fact they blocked my calls. I’m not done fighting for just ice and principle , like the single moms review that they took her money and ran It’s amazing how the terrible reviews they had last year are not visible to read this year. Beware

Today when I visited the store they said the machine was down so I couldn’t pay. They asked me to come back and I did. They said the machine was still down. I then called and asked Pete if he could help me out because I work out of town and need to get the pool cleaned today. Pete said he wishes he could help but there is nothing he can do. He said I guess you’ll just have to go to another pool store. So I took his advice and I went to Leslie’s pool store in Redmill and I’m glad I did. Very friendly, helpful and even gave me a military discount!

Atlantis impressed from day one by only using the highest quality materials and components and Ben was able to start and complete our pool project months ahead of schedule so it was ready to go for Summer '22. Atlantis is extremely customer oriented to the point that Ben came out himself on Memorial Day weekend to address a pump issue because he knew that we had big plans for the pool that weekend. This is my first experience with an inground pool and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. They made us feel comfortable 100% of the way. First question we asked was how long once a hole is in the ground to completion, they said 6-8 weeks, weather permitting and they delivered. They even started our project 6 months sooner than originally anticipated, working through the fall/winter. Now it is ready for when it gets warm. Love it! Our family is forever grateful. I know if we have any questions, they will be here to answer them.

Ben was extremely professional in presenting a formal proposal to us, outlining how the work would be done as well as the financial outlay throughout the process. That professionalism, responsiveness and accountability continued throughout the entire process; it seemed like no question was too small for not only Ben, but his chief technician, Jon, and their entire crew on site. In addition, their office manager, Phoebe, was not only a delight to work with but ensured our questions or thoughts were moved along in a timely fashion to Ben and Jon. in short, promises were kept, timeline was established and met, issues / concerns were addressed and solved. While we enjoyed the pool in late summer / early Fall we are very excited to enjoy it all season long. I would highly recommend Ben and Atlantis Pools to anyone who was looking to install an inground pool.
