Don’t show up with any construction material (unless it’s in bags) or a commercial vehicle (uhaul or box truck or similar) or you will be turned away and sent to the quarantine road landfill which is pretty far away and much more involved to dump trash (pay by weight to dump and you must pay cash). Sometimes you will try to dump and they are out of space which can be a long wait for a fresh dumpster. Show up early on busy weekend or summer days.

Today was the breaking point!! Waited in line for an hour just to get turned around at the door and say it’s cut off time. They let every truck in front go but told the last four no (includes myself). If you close at 5 don’t let anyone in. But to let others in and cut off the line!! I see why the city is filled with trash!! Employees are rude, unprofessional. I recommend the county any day. You will have to pay a little more but hey. It’s worth it. Sad part is, this will not change with this facility!! They need new management ASAP!! It’s no way you should have to wait in line for hours just to dump one truckload!!! They always have excuses about cans. when In reality everybody’s always half assign. Four years ago this place was the best place to come!!

Largest single polluter in the city, worse than coal-fire plants. Receives millions in "green energy" subsidies, just because trash is technically "renewable". IT MUST GO.

A poo burning factory is the first thing you see entering Baltimore, and the last thing you see when leaving. It really sets the mood upon arrival, and helps solidify your experiences in memory after departure. Excellent choice of placement. Stay classy, Baltimore.

Fred Chasteen rated it 5/5: Great place to dump as long as Elijah Miller is your loader operator he takes pride in his work to get the haulers in on the tipping floor safely so that the haulers can get dumped and on their way to get to the next load I wished that the other loader operators would take a page from Elijahs playbook because he really knows how to rermain calm and handle anything the plant or haulers throw at him

Greg Sawtell rated it 1/5: Baltimore's worst air polluter is suing Baltimore City (for setting stronger pollution limits and Baltimore County (for not sending enough trash). They are now trying to evade democracy by securing a contract renewal before it expires through a deal with Mayor Jack Young. The people just elected a new Mayor, council president and Comptroller who all pledged to end the city's contract in 2021. The city has options for alternatives that will create more jobs, less pollution and are better for the environment. We can do better than being a regional trash burning hub. There is no reason Baltimore City needs a large trash incinerator and a large landfill – as long as do we will not get started with any serious or scaled efforts to move towards Zero Waste (which is the mainstream modern approach to materials management).
