They called me at 11 to tell me they would be there within an hour. At 2 they had still not come. Had to reschedule the appointment for Monday. Monday shows up and after being 3 hours late they call me stating that they would not be able to fulfill my appointment and would reschedule for the following morning. Overall 9 hours lost waiting and at best offered me a 10% off. Again crew was good, company is not reliable and poor customer service.

Pickups have been prompt and easy to schedule through our account manager. The staff have been kind and professional when addressing our questions and concerns. Recently, our business needed to pause our service in the beginning of 2020 due to the uncertainty of the pandemic. Kenny recently took over our account and patiently guided us through the process to reinstate our service when our business reopened.

Overall, we appreciate Kenny and the Republic Services team for providing outstanding client service and would recommend them as a solution for your waste management needs.

We were having trouble finding anyone who could come by in time, but Dan and RM Rubbish were able to fit us in even though they had to work late. They arrived when they said they would and were careful and efficient in removing the furniture.
Hopefully, we won't have to deal with future removal on such short notice, but I'll definitely be giving RM Rubbish a call next time we need disposal services.

Michael Decker rated it 1/5: This is my second time @ this location to pick up recycling. Each time I have had 2 back 2 the dock at least 3 times because they overload me. If you are dispatched to pickup here I highly recommend refusing the load. You will spend hours @ the dock and will end up going between the dock and scale multiple times before they get it right. I will not make delivery time which means it has to be rescheduled which will waste more of my time.

For example, today I had a building issue and needed to get the trash picked up a day early. I simply emailed Save that Stuff and they took care of the early pick up no problem.
Another time, we forgot to put our trash outside and the truck driver came in and asked where the trash was.
In today's day and age with lots of big national waste management companies, it's nice to have a local, friendly company like Save That Stuff here in the Boston area. I highly recommend them.

This company ships trush to landfill, check before you load because if they start loading you even if it is not fully loaded, they will want $250 to unload . Beware they mark trush "post consummer products". Mike is the one who wanted me to pay him $250 cash. Only accept cash.Today is 4/15/20, They did sweped out trailer .
